Small but has the usual truck stop amenities. There is a Subway inside and also Taco Bell and McDonald’s nearby if you’re wanting a quick bite. Just minutes away from a fantastic view of Mt. Shasta as well!

This is not the best truck stops, but it boasts an amazing view of Mount Shasta. Plus, there is a grocery outlet across the street. Multiple stores within walking distance

This place has gone downhill. The workers don't care. The parking lot has trash everywhere. The trash cans are overflowing. The restrooms stink of water damage. The store is always cluttered. The coffee is never fresh. I personally have stopped stopping here. It's that bad. Parking is tight. The day I was there, a truck had its hood taken off.Drivers parking so you can not get out with waking them up.

So as always the place has everything you need from food and drink items to stuff for your cars or trucks. The lady working the counter today was so friendly and happy. It is always nice to see that when you walk into a place of business. They sell ice, have propane and the restrooms are very clean and well the views are nice as well of the mountains

We stayed overnight in our motorhome while traveling through on I-5. Pretty busy, but also quiet. Got Cinnabon cinnamon rolls in the morning, bought some souvenirs and snacks for the road, and had excellent customer service. Beautiful view of Mt. Shasta!

Overall this Pivot is small, but fine inside, though I'm not sure there are showers.Where the small part gets annoying is there simply aren't enough gas pumps. One per aisle and zero traffic control. It's a real hassle if you're trying to gas and go quickly

Easy in/out and fueling at the freestanding island/pumps for RVs, motor coaches and other oversized vehicles. We’re 36 feet plus towing a Jeep and had plenty of room.The only annoying thing is that pumps shut off at a certain amount and you have to go inside to pay then finish pumping.

I am a professional driver and i am begging for the hot water situation in the showers to be fixed. Can someone from corporate please send these folks a new water heater or one with a larger capacity. The hot water only last about 5 mins then the cold water will hit for about 10 min before you get Luke warm water. This is the third time taking a shower here and the hot water ain't there. Please corporate send someone out to investigate the issue. To all the other professional drivers out there reading this........ I've taken the step now it's your turn to make your voices heard to improve this location.

Trucker Life! Stopped by to take my 30 minute break. This is a perfect location to take a break since I'm halfway to Sacramento coming from Portland. Restrooms a decent, there's food to grab and also Cinnabon and Subway. Driver's lounge is available, showers as well. All in all not a bad place to stop by.

The Pilot in Weed CA is an awesome stop. We always stop here for gas when traveling between Las Vegas NV and Port Orford OR. This trip we did not go in as we were staying in a hotel at this exit. The Gas pumps are nice and they always print my receipt. He prices are very competitive. What I did notice that was new is the extra long window washer. It is AWESOME! You can clean you entire window from one side. Thanks Pilot.

Employee entered the bathroom, spraying something from an aerosol typ container. It immediately affected my breathing. I tried to talk to another employee about it but was treated with disdain. I am offended by this behavior and poor customer care.

This particular Pilot is saved in my favorites. The friendly and helpful employees keep the place clean, everything was stocked, they have Bean to cup coffee, plenty of parking spaces and there is an awesome grocery store across the street.

This is a great Pilot stop in beautiful Weed California overlooking Mount Shasta. Easy in and out and the staff is friendly. Also pretty much the last gas stop before Yreka if your heading North which isn't the best for larger rigs. Then you have to hit Medford Oregon.

Arrived at 8pm to fill propane tanks. Clerk says they do not fill propane after dark and refused to sale me propane. Their sign says otherwise. Thanks Pilot.Update: My wife returned to Pilot the next day close to 2pm when it was light out with 4 standard tanks to fill. The clerk insisted that they were too busy to fill all 4 and would only fill 2. She was told to come back tomorrow to fill the others. Wow! No thanks Pilot. Don't offer propane services if you do not want to provide them.For all others looking for propane fill because Pilot failed them, here is a partial list of other local providers:Solanos Do It Best Hardware store in Weed CA, Chevron in McCloud CA, Valley Pacific Petroleum in Mt. Shasta, and Tractor Supply in Yreka CA.

Female manager was amazing. However the male manager was obsurd. We're truckers who spend lots of money in pilots. In fact just today we spent $200 at there store. We came in to take showers and asked for towels but apparently a bus load of illegal immigrants was more important then tax paying American citizens. Needless to say we never did get towels and when we said something we were brushed off because the bus of illegals was more important . Way to treat a veteran who was born in this country. I guess at pilot get used to air drying.

Plenty of room. At the end of the road so getting in and out is easy (I’m pulling an RV). Very helpful service getting people signed up for the most beneficial program for you. Good prices, lots of deals, stocked well. Very clean.

if I could I would give them zero Stars we were parked at the pilot Travel Center because of road conditions in weed California highways were closed so I pulled in there and I needed propane for my furnace because I was getting low the manager refused to serve me because it was too cold outside for him to go out and pump the propane

I always stop here when driving through. I've stayed overnight here many times and always felt safe. The view is amazing and I absolutely love waking up to Mt Shasta view from here.They recently redid the inside a bit. I don't remember if the Subways has always been there, but I think it's new. If not, it got a makeover and remodel. The cinnabon most definitely wasn't there last time.There is also a Grocery Outlet across the street. Great for us roadteippers trying to save from eating out.

Place is always hop'n no matter the time of day. This is our go to stop for food and relief. Employees are pseudo-friendly. Clean restrooms most of the time. Subway is decent. Be prepared for windy conditions.

I’m giving them 5 stars for their kind and caring staff. My daughter left her phone in the restroom and after 2 hours we called the Pilot Travel Center to inform the staff. They checked the restroom right away and found it. Kept the phone in their office safe and returned it to us when we came back. Special thanks to Lisa and the rest of the staff!

Had been driving for seven hours and Pilot has a nice large lot on the north side for big vehicles to park which was nice. A little rest and shade to boot. Can’t ask for much more. Other than Grocery Outlet across the street.

This Pilot Truck Stop is not bad. There's not a whole lot in the area so your choice selection is very limited. The parking lot is rather small. But the restrooms were clean. The food is not too bad. Although, it would be nice if they had something other than Subway.

I always like this Pilot. There aren't many pumps and some people just park at the pump and then go inside for 10 mins, but that's not the fault of the staff.Inside is always clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly. They always open another register if there's a line. And you can't beat the view.

Stayed Wednesday p.m. and the early morning staff was very friendly and attentive. Made things right, when hot water line burst, and cold water gushed outta the shower. Taking care of drivers it affected. Manager is very professional and great with her guests. One of our favorite stops
