Cashier was very nice and helped put groceries in the cart. I like the 🛒 shopping carts because they have a phone holder and cup holder. Staff is always helpful when you're looking for an item.

Can’t load any coupons in store even though they have scan codes. Manager knows they don’t work and is completely unhelpful says you must clip coupon from app at home. What’s the point of having all the scan codes and info about coupons in store if they have to be accessed at home? Awful App, store staff unhelpful

They have awesome sales. We love to go especially during their meat sales. Most items are in bulk. A nice selection but just watch out for the prices. Bulk isn't always cheaper.Employees are very nice and helpful.I recommend you giving it a try.

Social Distancing makes it hard to get through lines quickly but I like the stores as a whole. Lately there is a few items that I was looking for that they aren't stocking, or they are and I'm not there when they do. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. They have a pretty good staff at both Visalia locations for the most part. Cashiers are very nice most of the time.

I was helped by Amanda (opr 40035). She gave me excellent customer service. She was friendly and helpful. She called the back regarding an out of stock item. She genuinely seems to enjoy working with people.

Very well stocked store. Plenty of parking available and not filled with shopping carts. Lots of good deals in meat department if you look. Best dairy prices in town. Helpful employees always around. Good beer and liquor departments.

Prices not the cheapest employees some very nice some not so much a nice selection of items store always well stocked..do employees stocking produce and shelves not understand if you block isle its kinda hard for the one seeing to it you have a job and get a paycheck because we shop in your store might want to be educated by their boss. Excuse me works well for most shoppers not look the other way and keep blocking aisles. Now I remember why I haven't been back in 8 months rude employees pretty much sums it up guess their manager doesnt care..well just because I needed a container still same RUDE employees!!!! Thank you for response from Smart and Final I will give a few weeks and go back!

Stopped by there today to get a couple of items asked a couple of the girls that were stocking items for a price on an item since they were placed in the wrong shelf and they quoted me three prices that it could cost. This isn't an isolated incident it seems to get worse every time I shop there. I won't shop there anymore I'll go to another one. The owner should read this and address this issue that is ongoing on the Center Street store. I would say 99% of the employees work as if they don't want to be there. There's agencies that provide social and public relations skills to employees management might want to look into that.

Your items should be marked better and so called fine print larger,to many people get to check out and have to put items back or pay more with out knowing till they get home. Also you tellers should not be schooled on purchase orders with people in line. Out he wise, love the store

I love the store and appreciate the measures they have gone to to insure safety during this pandemic. However I was very disturbed yesterday first when another customer refused to follow guidelines either regarding wearing a mask or distancing as she then twice came close enough to touch my cart, then when I saw an employee stocking the eggs, I went to comment to him only to see that he had removed his mask also. Then in check out line saw another customer without a mask. The policies are only as good as they are enforced.

Which Smart & Final? The one on Mooney was the only one that keeps the Toranis Caramel Syrup fairly well stocked. These stores sell so much of this product they should always make sure there is plenty on the shelf.

Always enjoy my visits to Smart and Final.. they have the best rotisserie chicken.. 3 lb. Chicken always very moist..and piping hot.... great fast dinner.. their brand is always good... Jitney are always fast and I receive great service... I recommend this store to everyone...

Will never come back. Arrived in an electric folding bike and they wouldn’t allow me to carry inside. Asked to park next to their electric scooters and they sent me outside.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I went shopping there and all of the fruit was moldy 🤢 thought I had found a batch that wasn’t trying to be understanding because sometimes it happens, get home my strawberries and blackberries were both moldy as well! Don’t shop here for fresh fruit or veggies

I am very upset! I was looking for an item and I called to see if they had it. A gentleman on the phone told me they did and he would set it aside for me. I called back when my husband was going to head out to confirm that they had it on hold and I was told they did. My husband drove 30 minutes to the location just to find out they had not set them aside... that the item was not in stock
