Nice, and clean store, good deals, but I was being followed around, and when I asked for help to find what I was looking to purchase, as I was being assisted a woman over the speaker had asked if the woman assisting me was okay. The other woman had responded I'm okay. I felt disrespected, and they were being judgemental after all that I made my purchase respectfully, and politely left the premises. I will NOT return!

Love the store but was being followed around very rude and judgmental acting like I was going to steal from them. They even spoke over the intercom about stealing that made me very uncomfortable and I just left my basket where it was

The store does not let you use the restroom. They lie and say that it’s broken. I’ve been here numerous times I spend hundreds of dollars coupon here regularly. Someone needs to let the staff know that customers might need to use the restroom and they need to be open from now on.

I do love this store. Having said that I think it could be a little more organized. I find myself walking through the store two or three times to get everything that I need. But their grocery items are fresh and it's a great one stop quick store. The staff is always nice and I'm usually a complicated customer.

Store was well organized and stocked. We went in just shy of an hour before closing and they wouldn't let me use the restroom. They said it was closed for the day. There were a few things I wanted but I figured I'll get them at another store because no one wants to shop when they have to pee

I love dollar General, always have. I just felt a bit uncomfortable at this one. The cashier, and the only employee there, was chatting up some woman who was talking about how she was heading to rehab later on in the day (hard to not overhear). Then, I get to the counter and try to be friendly... Nothing. I dont understand why one would be friendly to some, but not others.

They had way more stuff to choose from than the ones I have been to so far , and the staff kept the place pretty clean which is cool cuz I hate going to a place is filthy and disgusting, that makes me want to leave to go somewhere else to just pay more for a better experience. The staff was really helpful as well

I love this place, Ocean is always there when I come in and has the best customer service skills. He treats me like a friend, even though I don't really know him. If I can't find something, he's so helpful in finding what I need.

More of a gas station style grocery store with better prices but no hot dogs, almost like shopping at a claustrophobic dollar store. Surprisingly well stocked very narrow aisles. Super friendly staff.

This is my favorite dollar general store in the area. The staff are always friendly especially Camille. She’s very attentive and helpful to the costumers. She’s amazing!

Employees and management are a joke. The other reviews people have posted are accurtate. It's impossible to get help and when you finally do, you are treated like you are a burden on them. A member of management (heavy set bald man possible early 40's) was beyond rude. Basically said to leave to another store because he wasn't going to honor or sell things at advertised prices. Contacted the BBB and corporate already.

The thing is, when I walk into a store, I am looking for 2 specific things. 1, cleanliness, and 2, customer service. These guys lacked both! The store was a mess, as most stores here are turning out to be, AND there were literally no registers open. Like, if I am in a hurry, , , just sayin. Get them registers open, and clean the place up.

Typical of thr other stores. From Hinesvill, GA where I first visited to here in Visalia, CA. All of them being clean and the staff helpfully. Prices are generally cheaper then grocery stores. Not a large selection for some products but can usually find what you need....

I always find the best deals at D.G! Plus, they have a little bit of everything, which keeps me from having to go to the bigger stores just for t.p. and laundry soap. It's my go-to store, without a doubt.

They don't have everything other DGs have, but they do enforce masks and distancing here so I greatly appreciate that.

They don't know anything about customer service.they removed price from shelf after complained about wrong price at register they wouldn't even fix the price and then the female cashier was rude to my wife and the manager is joke .will never shop here and don't recommend it to anyone you get better service at the flea markets than here.
