Was updating decor in main bath, ordered black towels from Amazon. Paid a bit extra for higher-end plush. They were NOT black. They were more of a dark gray, so sent back and saw Big Lots had some. I hadnt shopped there in a decade or more. Great prices AND found a nice shower curtain, a black w/ rope uplifting sign, and fake greenery in a black pot that is perfect!

We just bought a beautiful dark grey recliner on sale. The manager brought it to our home & helped my husband set it up. Sorry I didnt get her name but she deserves a raise! Thank you again Liz & Wayne Garfied

I love this location the store is always fully stocked and clean. Some big lots are like an indoor swap meet but not this one.

Adequate parking, friendly staff, quality items unfortunately at the time I went they needed a serious restock and I was highly surprised at the high cost of some items when I was supposed to be at a discount store. The store itself could’ve used some TLC but I understand they are currently hiring as they are understaffed, or were as of Dec 2023 at least.

I bought 8 storage tubs on July 3. When I got to the middle ones of the stack, two had busted corners. I returned those, and was told I couldn't exchange them as I had no receipt. The cashier looked up my profile and saw where I had bought them, so she asked the manager, who told her no exchange, but just a card back with $17 on it. I was charged a 20% "restocking fee". What!!?? They were certainly not restockable, unless they hid the breaks to the back like they had when I bought them. I had paid $20 plus tax for them. I won't ever go back, and I will gift someone my $17 card. One reason I shopped there was because of their great returns service.

Big Lots has such great variety! They have the cutest home decor section. I was so in love with all the little signs and pictures they had to decorate our new home. Also can't beat those prices!

Lots of well stocked variety of inventory. Great selection of furniture such as recliners and smaller couches and sets. Plus outdoor patio or pool area sets for entertaining or just relaxing. Shade umbrellas and fire pits, too!

A really good variety of everything I need in one stop, some snacks, holiday decorations and some toys and stocking stuffers for the little ones. Service was really friendly and helpful, the customer service was above the bar in going out of their way to help me locate the items I couldn't find, holiday shoppers couldn't leave the store in disarray, workers seemed to really take pride in this store because it stayed clean. Weekend holiday shoppers were no match for the cashier's this evening, be sure to check all the ilse for those hidden holiday gems. Happy holidays.

I love this place. Great karaoke on Friday nights. Miss Sammi is awesome. The girls are beautiful. The bartenders are awesome. The prices are great. Beer and beer like products they're all they carry no hard liquor. Pool tables and fun are guaranteed. They usually have a food truck out back for the huge outdoor seating area and tonight it's karaoke outdoors.

I purchased a vaccum from this store and it broke down. I brought it back to the store and got the run around for about 40 minutes. Then the manager came up and asked for my info. Said it would be an hour wait before he could get ahold of someone. I left them with the damaged vaccum because I couldn't wait an hour. So not only was my time wasted but I was also in a sense robbed of my hard earned money. I will never conduct business again with this crooked store.

Products in stock. Good prices good selection. Bathroom was accessible and spotless. Very refreshing. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I will be shopping here in the future.

Employees are usually super nice and helpful! And these are visits far and apart. I purchased furniture during one of their 20% off Friends and Family Sale(s). The tall gentleman is very personable/professional. As a bonus, he loaded the heavy boxes on the pickup.Just a nice guy all around.

I always avoid this store, but decided to run in for a few odd items for a crazy Christmas theme idea. I was floored at all the unique items they had! We couldn't find a cart, so ee tried to carry it all. I literally plopped my arms full of stuff on the counter, nearly dropping it all. Love this place. I'm sure I'll drop by again.

I love big loss but the customer service is like everywhere else in Tulare County.... It sucked! Does anybody in the county enjoy their job, have a happy life of its everybody just mean and hateful? It seems like nobody enjoys their jobs. Nobody smiles, they greet you but only that is half believable.
