Among the three up here in the high desert, this is the one I go most often. Notwithstanding the coming new one, this has the most floor area and selection. Best food section. Check out lines the longest. Stock situation still variable since COVID, especially supplements like vitamins, but I seldom stay with one specific item. Staff least friendly for the understandable reason that they are very busy. Price marking and display hit and miss, I wish they reinstate the price scanners.

Fairly clean store on the inside. The outside parking lot can use some work though. Store is always busy in the evening. Seems as though they don’t have the bandwidth to handle peak times. The team is always friendly and ready to assist. Special shout out to Christen (may be spelling wrong). He was an amazing help. I interrupted his stocking because I needed assistance. It seemed as though a glass jar had broken in a box prior to the items being stocked and the glass dried in to the jar that I reached for. He stopped what he was doing, addressed and assisted me. His sense of urgency was on point. Thank you so much for assisting me today.

I usually shop at this store but I’m starting to get tired of how everything is locked up. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to unlock something for me and on top of that they wouldn’t even let me take it with me around the store because they said I had to wait until I got to the register and the value of the product I was purchasing was literally $2.32 but they were worried about me stealing it. Which I find crazy because I had just saw a homeless guy who was openly stealing in the store that they didn’t do anything about. It’s just seriously what is the point of locking up so many items in the store if it is such hassle and inconvenience to try to get a worker to unlock it for me. Thats what makes so many people not want to shop there because of situations like these.

I bought a p5 game and took it home opened the package and put into my system.... my p5 couldn't read the disc. I tried multi times with the same result.the very next day I take it back to Walmart to return it.... they told me sorry we can't return it because you opened it.... how the heck am I suppose to know that it wasn't going to work, without opening it.... needless to say I'm never buying a video game from here ever again...

Why are your in store shoppers always so incompetent when it comes to picking orders? Especially when we put what we want as the replacement items and they grab something completely different then what was also requested as a replacement? We shouldn't have to get ahold of them to tell them they are grabbing the wrong items when it clearly shows and states what we were ordering.

The prices are normally wrong. The staff is hit and miss but many are rude. The associates will pile items in the wrong place over a cheaper tag and even when you take a picture showing howany items are there and the price they will refuse to adjust it and then don't move the items. They are trying to trick people into buying items that are sometimes $20 more than what the tag its on says. I found a dutch oven that ended up having a $20 price just when I got to the register. I took a picture showing it was the only tag on the shelf and they refused to change it. I went back the next day for something else and it was still sitting there, theu just pulled the tag so there was no price at all on the shelf. The photos are after I already grabbed the one I wanted off the shelf. Even the glue below was tagged for $1.88 and rang up $2 something. I let her the lasy know and she told me I grabbed the wrong item. I went back, took a picture, and went to self check out where they thankfully changed the price. The glue was also locked up in the makeup section and after looking around for someone for 5min I gave up and ripped it off the holder, you can't get anyone to help you pr they all say "that's not my area but I'll call someone." After saying that I've even waiting for over 20min and the same person I asked is the one that comes it help. I honestly despise coming here but don't have much choice.

Visiting the Walmart off the 15 freeway early in the morning proved to be a remarkably efficient and pleasant shopping experience. I arrived there just before 7 AM, and I was immediately struck by the cleanliness of the store. It’s evident that the staff puts significant effort into maintaining a tidy environment, which makes for a more enjoyable shopping trip.The highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service I received. The woman who assisted me was not only helpful but also very knowledgeable and friendly. Her professionalism added a personal touch to my morning shopping run, making it more than just a routine errand.The ease of finding everything I needed quickly and the smooth checkout process were also noteworthy. I was in and out in no time, which is quite a feat for a retail store of Walmart's size. This convenience is crucial for anyone looking to save time while running morning errands.Shopping at Walmart these days feels very much like buying from other major online retailers like Amazon, where everything you need is at your fingertips. However, Walmart’s physical presence and the immediate availability of products give it a slight edge, especially when you need something on the spot.I appreciate the role Walmart plays in providing jobs and supporting local communities, and I hope they continue to focus on positive impacts, especially in these challenging economic times. Overall, the visit was a success, and I would definitely consider returning to this Walmart location for my future shopping needs. I went to pick up my medication today but the pharmacy was closed with shutters down during work hours. The sign outside the pharmacy said the hours are 10AM to 6PM. When I asked the employees none of them had any answers so I proceeded to a lady who had a “Team leader” tag on her vest. She was super rude right away saying don’t raise your voice and she called a security lady who started threatening to kick me out and then a couple other security guards started following me while I just wanted to know why the pharmacy was closed and when will it open again… horrible customer service.

These five stars are ONLY meant and I repeat ONLY meant for the wonderful crew in the Automotive department at this Walmart location. Every time I go there that crew does an outstanding job!!! They are always so diligent and kind. The rest of the employees throughout that store should take a lesson in customer service from the crew over in automotive, and this includes those that work behind the automotive counter AND the guys work on the vehicles. Thank you for keeping my hooptie on the road❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This particular Walmart has everything and I mean everything including a really good selection of pet products. I was surprised to find food for exotic reptiles and many different kinds of birds and small animals. They were well stocked and well organized which is sometimes difficult to find in a Walmart. Their grocery section had a variety and all of the produce seemed very fresh. Their staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

I used pick up, and they put 24 cans of vegetables on top of my 2 loafs of bread! Had to wait until they brought me 2 fresh ones! The gal who loaded my groceries was nery nice!

If you go early it's not bad. No fights or problems. Still the best place for bargains; you get a lot for your money. Just go early. And the grocery pickup is still free, and still a good option.

This Walmart Super Center is located south of the Victorville restaurant row. Adjacent to a hotel by Wyndam. As with all Walmarts, it is noisy but very vibrant. Walmart prudes itself on having just about "anything" that you may want. Compared to one of its rivals, it is not as glamorous or spacious. But it certainly is less expensive and all encompassing.

Really disappointed with our online order pick up. Our eggs were cracked and our fragile items were placed with heavy glass items and were damaged.If you want to experience American culture at its finest visit this Walmart- where people get into fights for close parking spots because they’re too lazy to walk a few extra feet.This Walmart has a nice selection of almost everything you could want.

I recently tested positive for Covid. So using the grocery pick up was the right thing to do at the moment. I’ve used it many times before. There was ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Whether it was an attendant just throwing my items in the trunk without bags, even if asked to be bagged. To, groceries being near expiration date. But this time around, the line has been crossed and I will say that I won’t be using this service anymore. In fact, I will no longer buy groceries from any Walmarts. Place is a joke how you going to put a taped broken toy in the box on the shelf with Christmas wrapping still on it and not give a discount especially if it’s the last one.

Every line is extremely long. The line for money services was ridiculous and on the first of the month knowing people have Financials to take care should have been staffed better. The cashiers are poorly staffed and lime are long amd self check out never works properly and would only take card I left my cash on the register and walked out. The store is so poorly run for all the money they make on a daily basis

I love this place great 🥩 meats at a decent price ,the stor is clean & they don't make you fill like a criminal if you walk out the front door with out showing them your Received customer service is great even around the holidays when everything is busy & crazy.
