This 1 star is for the Pharmacy, not the store.It can easily take 3-5 (or longer) days for your prescriptions to be ready. The pharmacy staff is rude and does not even make an attempt to assist people. Good luck trying to get through on the phone.I recommend sending prescriptions to a locally owned pharmacy, or even Rite Aid in Mojave if you’re in this area.Common medications are always out of stock here as well.

If I could give Zero I would! The pharmacist Kelly is extremely Rude! She raises her voice and speaks very loud and has a poor command of the English language. I don't know where Walgreens found her! This woman is ill tempered and will yell at you for simply calling to check on your prescription! Even though she has told you to call at that time! She will tell you your prescription will be ready after 1:00 but when you show up at 6:00 pm it's still not ready! I have come to truly hate my visits to Walgreens because of her. I made a formal complaint with corporate about 4 months ago, and still not a word back! Walgreens is 💯 percent UNPROFESSIONAL.

This pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. The pharmacists are extremely rude. Plus they have you wait forever.Everytime I need a prescription filled they always have some type of issue. They need to learn how to properly do their job and have some compassion. This location should be shut down.

I can't deal with this chain anymore.Made a required by Walgreens appointment for a vaccine at a different location. Showed up, only found out they didn't have it until super late in the process. The guy was really nice and called around finding this location had what I needed.I tried to be there yesterday. But I had to reschedule my required appointment today only to find out someone else came in and, against two policies this location told the nice guy over the phone, was able to get it yesterday. They did need it more than I but there's no way they should've been able to get it due to Walgreens requirements.3 hours of my exhausted, post 12 hour days of time gone this week with nothing to show for it but me crying out of frustration and exhaustion over a stupid vaccine. They're going to order it. It may be here in a week. But they're the only location that will carry it in town.But will I have the energy to call and verify it's there next week? Will I have the energy to go in? Will I have the energy to not lose my marbles if I do go in and something goes wrong?Almost certainly not.And then I have to go in for 3-4 boosters. Maybe more if my titer isn't good enough. Will this just repeat itself several times?Yes. It will. LPT: don't.

Worst pharmacy phone customer service on hold for over 30 mins and they hung up. Always had 3 customers ahead of me. Smh shut these lazy fools down.

Worst Walgreens I have ever been too. The pharmacy is the worst! You get a text saying your meds are ready. Go in wait in line for an hour just for them to tell you that your meds aren't ready. Someone needs to get this place in order. Ridiculous

Seriously thinking about switching pharmacies. They have 1 lane of a 2 lane drive through open and always a long line. Today, I assume due to weather, there is no line. I hurried up to take advantage of the situation. I was the only car at window and it still took 19 minutes 😡

I had to wait 2 hours to get my prescription of antibiotics and pain meds for a tooth infection. Even then the automated system said it wasn't ready. Finally I got a hold of a live person and they said it was ready. Acted like no big deal that I waited almost 4 hours for this.

If I was able to give a zero I would. Absolutely the worst service from the pharmacy manager Kelly Vo. She was extremely rude while I was asking questions, she would interrupt each time while I was asking a question. Do not waste your time with this location.

I'm not gonna give details, but no matter if they have one or 10 customers on the line, expect to wait at least 40 minutes to be attended by a rude and slow person at the register... last time I was there I just left and be attacked verbally by a "worker " I prefer to drive far than going to that trashy place with people who don't respect customers.

Went in for a Covid test, scheduled it online got there about 20min before my appointment time. It took me an hour to get to the pharmacy window, with only 4 cars ahead of me. When I finally get to the window took them 10 min. To attend me. Once attended it took them 15 min just to le me know they can’t find my appt. I showed them my confirmation then she had me wait there another 10min. After those 10min they told me they will give me a call after they find my appointment info. They called me 3 hrs later, I went and had to be in line for another 45 min. Then I finally got to do my test. Well I’ve been trying to get my results and the system finds the test number, but once I put in all my info to get results it won’t give me anything. Think they gave me somebody else’s test number. Ugh!!!

Walgreens is the worst. Especially this one on Roy Rogers. My mom went to go get her 2nd shot and they had no proof of her 1st and wouldn't expect the paper she had. We had to wait while they looked through all the paperwork that was collected on that day. I just need proof of my vaccine and they can't provide it for me because they don't have the lot number! Something as important as Covid vaccine should not be taken so lightly. They are so unorganized and unprofessional. I was told they were to busy to look for the lot number. Meanwhile I cant return to work until I have proof.

If I could give 0 it would be 0 this is the worst Walgreens ever no matter what time of day there’s always at least 30/40 minute wait! They close when they want to no matter what it says on the door or phone they never answer the phone you’ll be on hold for over a hour as I currently am this is ridiculous and makes no sense fire the whole staff because I mean what are they really doing ?

I went to pick up pictures my friend sent me, I waited over a half an hour, but still they could not find my pictures. Had to go back again The next day, finally they had my pictures. Thank goodness. I hope my next experience will be much better.

Absolutely worst pharmacy I’ve ever been. Huge line, not moving at all. I have to come back to pick up my meds because I couldn’t wait that long. Definitely changing it to better one.

To day I have appointments at 1:20 pm COVID Booster i went 1:10 pm.The Lady Anee was help me. She said pharmacist on break. come after 2 pm I went back at 2:00 pm again but steel they didn't started to give vaccine.on line says 12:00pm to 4:00 pm in between giving vaccine. so My question is why they open window by online . & who's given me vaccine ( 3:55 pm ) she said we shorted pharmacist. We are sorry 😐That's answer ?? not good especially from Walgreen pharmacyI know vaccine is free to me but what about service public westing time.So my suggestion is closed on line appointment.Come in line & Make walking appointmentWalgreen pharmacy15318 Roy Rogers DrVictorville CA 92394

The service at the Walgreens is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! One of the pharmacists was taken her time with the vaccine. There were 5 people waiting for the vaccine. 4 of the 5 people received the vaccine. We had to wait another 40 minutes to get my son's vaccine. One of the workers forgot about the paperwork.

False Advertising Alert!!!! We schedule a NAAT Rapid Covid Test Online with Walgreens @ Roy Rogers Location at 4:45pm we got there early went inside they said we had to wait in the Drive Thru Pharmacy. We waited in line to find out they said this isn’t a Rapid Test. No Walgreens offer a Rapid Test. I informed her it’s on the website, I had Apt for it, also the Cruise told me to go to Walgreens for a rapid test. This is False Advertising at its finest. Thank Goodness I found Health R US to do the Rapid Test to Pick up the Slack Walgreens put me thru. Here is a screen shot from there website!

Jasmin on multiple occasions has been condescending when asked questions at the drive Thru window. Wait times are outrageous alone and on top of that to be helped by someone with so little regard to customer service after waiting for an hour is infuriating.

Need to be Shut down. Very unprofessional, Inconsiderate of patients. The pharmacist And staff are very unprofessional very rude never on time. Everything they do here is slow so if you need meds or are you planning on going on vacation and need your medication please do not feel with this pharmacy. Let’s not talk about the Covid testing.

I truely don’t understand why the BBB HASN’T INVESTIGATED THESE WORKERS AND THEIR LACK OF ACTUALLY WORKING. ALL COSTUMERS NEED TO SEE IF THEY’RE INSURANCE DOES SCRIPT THROUGH MAIL, AND YES YOU CAN GET YOUR NARCOTICS THROUGH MAIL TOO.

The elder guy that’s works at the cashier moves really slow , even if your getting one item u will be there for 10mins , so imagine a long line . I don’t understand why they still have him working there the line is always long and he just moves very slow .

Terrible customer service it takes about one hour to be able to pick up my medication and if I chose to ship it to my house they forget about it and I have to remind them to ship it but they never did it so I ended up picking it up and it took me about one hour, I'm switching my prescription to Wal-Mart there is no long waiting I go in and out very quickly I'm less than 10 minutes.

This Pharmacy is literally the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to 😫 All employees are rude and unprofessional they never have my husband's medication ready on time and when they finally do fill the medication we have to wait in line for over an hour cause they wanna sit and gossip and talk like it's there break knowing theres ppl in line 😒 and drive thru is even worse it takes them over an hour to see maybe 5 cars in line it's absolutely horrible

This pharmacy has gone down hill since the new pharmacy manager "bowtie brown" took over. LONG wait times inside/ outside, employees are RUDE, never back from lunch on time. Too bad, this USE to be a good pharmacy.

If you are getting tested for covid, don't go here, they don’t send test timely. Their testing takes too long, so if you need it for travel go somewhere else. I tested on 3 days ago and the lab has still not received my swab.

Terrible customer service, long wait to pick up medications, long lines that doesn't move, more than 1 hour to be able to get my medication as well as the drive thru is a nightmare they take one vehicle every 15 minutes and sometimes there are too many, manager was rude and doesn't have consideration for customers, I switched my prescription to Walmart pharmacy and I go in and out in about 5 to 10 minutes.
