This pharmacy has the worst customer service.. I was there March 12 around 5:40 pm.. I'm not sure why they insisted of making my doctor change a prescription. When they didn't even give me what they where asking for they gave me what they wanted to give me not what my doctor asked for. I don't recommend this pharmacy for anyone with high blood pressure. Specifically this people working this day. For sure last time I bring them my business.

Great place and friendly staff but when it comes to getting vaccines there needs to be a better system. You have have an appointment set and it is hours later to be seen. Yes I understand there is other people waiting ahead of you but to only take 2 patients and than go and leave is unexceptional. Our appointment was for 4 pm and it is now going on 6pm and they are not doing anything or even telling us anything about our wait or what to expect. Will not come back to this walgreens for any vaccines in the future.

Worst pharmacy there so back up and worst of all the is that they close early at 5pm and they close there sliding door before 5pm the lady closed the instore door at 4:51pm. The girl that takes care of you with the half pink and black hair is Extremely RUDE and doesn't explain to you that because there so busy your probably not gonna get your medicine at the promised time they gave you. This pharmacy needs to hire more people to be able to take care promptly all there orders.

It’s a nice clean store but the pharmacy!!! You wait in line for almost an hour every time you come and there’s only 1 person working… the customer service is great tho they’re so kind!

DON'T EVER TRY TO FILL A PRESCRIPTION HERE!!!! NOT EVEN IF YOU TRY TO FILL IT (auto refill late too, that's why I call) EARLY SO IT WILL BE ON TIME BEFORE YOU RUN OUT. THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. SO IF YOURE ON HEART MEDICATION LIKE ME AND HAVE RUN OUT, the answer from the pharmacy was the best I can do is text you when it's ready. We were closed and trying to fill over 800 other orders. Or I can take it to another Walgreens which is just as backlogged

Pharmacy department - To speak to someone over the phone is almost impossible, I will be on hold for 60+ minutes and they hang up. I’ll go in person and still not have good customer service.I will do a prescription request days ahead over the app or phone to make sure I don’t go days without my medication and yet I have no status, no answers, and rude staff that isn’t willing to attend the customers.

I always have problems with my prescription. Today a wonderful young lady Janette was able to help me answer any questions I had and concerns. Because of Janett I gave 5 stars because of her ill stay with Walgreens.

My 74yr old Mother and myself, 51yrs old. Both of us are disabled. They came outside and voluntarily came to my car and gave both of us our vaccination shot. Fantastic customer service.

This place is horrible. I ordered photos online for pickup and I get a random text from a person saying they have my photos because Walgreens gave it to them and they event sent a picture with my photos and all of my information. They gave my personal information to a random person and that’s against HIPPA. I called and the manager said they would “contact me back” and never did. I will report this place as long as reporting the people who work here for giving out personal information and not fixing the issue.

This is the cleanest and most organized Walgreens location I've ever been to. As always, they have a pretty good selection and some decent prices on most of the merchandise. It pays to be a member of the rewards program and to watch out for the special deals.

Don't go to Walgreens on 395 & Palmdale for your prescriptions. What kind of pharmacy stops answering their phone before they close. We sat here waiting for the "your prescriptionis ready" text for an hour and a half after they said it would be ready, never received the text and when I called to check, they didn't answer. My wife is sitting at home with a broken leg and can't get her pain medicine until tomorrow. Every time we use this Walgreens, there's some issue.

The female pharmacist lied to my face!! I have had others complain about this woman. They no longer use this pharmacy, because of her! I was upset, and I felt totally disrespected! All people want is to fill their prescriptions and not be judged by someone, who lies about your insurance not covering your medications, because "she" feels A certain type away about them!

The wait time for prescriptions is too long. Every time I go to fill a prescription it’s never ready to come back in 2 hours when the app says it’s ready I wish I can go to another pharmacy but per my insurance I have to use Walgreens.

The pharmacy is horrible. I take seven medications and its alllwayysss something when I go in there to pick them up. Their app is junk too. Even if my meds are on auto refill and it says they're ready , I go in and they say " hmmm I dont see that it went through. Weird.. wonder why" aghhhh Save yourself a headache and go to CVS

Their parking lot is gross. There is dry throw up, dry blood, snot and urine on the ground outside the store. You can't even exit your vehicle. Have asked them to clean it multiple out of public health concerns but they don't care.

The employee, Sandy, had no customer service. She wouldn't accept my money, a $10 bill, because she thought it was fake. She didn't even check it besides just looking at it.

Lady in pharmacy was super rude. I called to see if my medicine was ready she told me no and they were closing so call another pharmacy. But when I dropped off they told me it would be ready in an hour. 3 hours later nothing.
