My hubby and I went to get some hardware for our vehicle. An employee organized the items in the wrong drawers. We could not find the items we wanted, so we had to hunt to find them. I spoke to the manager, Victor, told him the situation and how he needed to observe the drawers. ( See photos). I even asked to walk over to show him. He blamed it on the customers. The thing is, it was clear that the hardware was organized in the wrong slots. He didn't offer to take a look and told me that they have someone working 40 hours during the week to organize that section. He walked away and never checked the area. He blew me off and ignored my concern. Ppor management and customer service. Used to be a five star but not anymore.

Time installer arrived: Saturday, 10/21/23. 8:00amI was in your store one week prior in search of a new microwave. I asked could I get the old measurements on file from my old purchase. I scheduled to pay a Home Depot installer to come out to install the microwave. When they arrive they found difficulty because the door wouldn’t open due to measurements. The 2 men that took thr merchandise back as return refused to put old the microwave back in the original location and placed it on the front porch of my home and just left. I am 89 years old with no way to put the microwave back up leaving a big empty hole in my kitchen wall. I’m complaining about Home Depot poor representation of installers and their blatant disregard and disrespect and property. He also statement “I do not work by the hour”Beware of the Installers!!!

Update: I went in for my refund and was able to talk to Jaime (Store Manager) who was amazing about the entire situation and made sure to rectify to the best of his ability.Worst experience of my life. It’s been 8 months and I still have no product or refund (a large appliance). Anytime I try calling or going into the store the employees say it’s above them and they are going to check on it, they never do. Called multiple times to speak with the store manager and was told he was busy everytime, rerouted to the Assistant store managers who said the same about checking on the order and never followed through. Had to call customer care to get a refund, so I could go to Lowe’s where the store manager was more than happy to help me. I wouldn’t buy a roll of toilet paper from this store. The ASM’s need to be retrained in customer service. Jaime (the store manager) needs to make sure his employees do better.

The Garden Department Tree Service: today December 17th at 2:00 me and my husband went there to buy a tree the two young ladies that was working didn’t even acknowledge us and act like we were bothering them when we ask for help. They had a young man last year and the year before was so helpful and polite these two clearly needs customer service skills.

Do not purchase any appliances from this store. I ordered a dryer online the hom depot website. This was after the 2 female workers ignored that I was obviously browsing the area for 30min. When the dryer was delivered I discovered that I needed a gas dryer instead and made the wrong selection (my fault). When I called the online services they stated it would take a week for them to come pick it up... I had also asked if I could return to the store, which they stated I could. When reaching the store, the employees refused to return the dryer. They refused to honor their written policy on returns. I had asked if the manager could explain to me the confusion. The manager them proceeded to tell me that because my wife signed for receiving the delivery it voided me returning the item to the store and I needed to have GE come pick the item. Everytime I go into that store, none of the employees have any knowledge to help and most of them have bad attitudes.

Well........I am a mobility impaired old lady (arthritis). So, when my best friend Mike and I visit Home Depot, I wait out in the car while he goes inside and does the leg work. When he locates the products that we are looking for, he sends me photos and tells me about what ever it is. Home Depot is our go to place for home appliances. A couple of months ago we bought a terrific stove that I love to pieces. The other day that we were there it only took Mike about 15 minutes to locate a new air conditioner for my bedroom window. It had to be small yet powerful while at the same time not going to use so much electricity that we could not afford to run it this summer. Home Depot always has a nice selection of appliances in our price range. And, of course, the store has all of the usual home improvement supplies that Mike needs to repair our house.****UPDATE****Just wanted to let you know: in addition to my bedroom air conditioner, we have now purchased a GE stove, a Frigidaire dishwasher and a Frigidaire refrigerator from Home Depot. The air conditioner Mike went into the store and brought it out in the cart. All of the kitchen appliances were purchased online. Just thought that you guys out there might like to know.

On July 2, 2021, I ordered an LG range microwave online and it was damaged badly during delivery. When it was delivered into my home on July 12, and I was in the process of painting my kitchen and therefore did not open the box right away. The delivery guy said “No worries, if you have any problems whenever you do open it, just go ahead and call the online customer service number from the website and they will help you and take care of any problem.” He never told me I had a 48 hour deadline to check for damage. He never offered to inspect the item prior to leaving. I had absolutely no idea I had only 48 hours to check the item. I finally opened up the packaged microwave on the third day after it was delivered and noticed the microwave was damaged (see photos). I called the Home Depot online customer service number right away, and they said that since it was past the 48 hours after delivery, it would have to be replaced under warranty with LG. So I called LG, and the representative said it was clearly damaged during shipping, so it’s Home Depot’s responsibility to replace it. I physically went into my local Home Depot and was told there was no way they could accept a return or placement for an online appliance order and that I’d have to contact LG. So I once again contacted LG. An LG representative was assigned to me and inspected my microwave and saw the damage, and determined it was damaged beyond repair, not repairable due to the shipping damage. They referred me BACK to Home Depot customer service for replacement. So I called Home Depot back again as instructed, and made them aware that the LG representative refused to replace the microwave. They told me they would not replace it because it had already been 48 hours past delivery. So now I’m stuck in an endless loop of Home Depot not taking responsibility for sending me a damaged item. LG told me they would cover a defective item not a damaged item. Here is my experience over the past few days. I can’t believe they are willing to burn me on a $350 microwave after spending over $5000 on four appliances in that order. Unbelievable. This has been such a huge burden on me and my family. I have wasted many hours for my time on the phone being on put on hold, being transferred to different departments and different people, and having to re-explain the situation multiple times to multiple people. All I want is my microwave replaced due to damage that was done during shipping. Home Depot, you need to take responsibility. The return policy states no return after 48 hours on “some microwaves”. It doesn’t specify which microwaves. It certainly did not specify during my online check out of this item. And your delivery staff did not relay the message either. What absolutely horrible customer service. I hope nobody ever has to deal with the lack of empathy your employees have shown me. I am beyond frustrated and will be until this matter is resolved.9-03-21My issue has been resolved. Miguel the Home Depot store manager was able to swap out my damaged microwave with a brand new one. Thank you Miguel for helping me, this process has been long and frustrating but luckily you were able to help me in the end.

Came to get a half dozen keys copied. Had two options.. the diy key machine or have one of the clerks cut them for me. I would of went the diy route except it was much cheaper to actually have them cut for me

The manager, Jaime, was very gracious in providing soil for our school gardening project. We are so excited to finally get this project going at our school. We were able to get everything we needed except good soil, and Home Depot helped us get started. Thank you.

Clean and friendly service, the app said a product I needed was in stock and it's location. I arrived, found the item exactly when I said it would be and the cashier was friendly, efficient and made sure I found everything I was looking for. That means a lot. Went looking for a few items, first time there, didn't know layout. After asking 3 people where thing are, got one person able to point me in the semi right direction.The info for the aisles are flat, you need to be in front of the aisle to see info.Got to check out ask if they had a military discount, the cashier said I had to have the app. To get discountTHANK YOU LOWES FOR MY MILITARY DISCOUNT, NO APP NEEDED!!!

I entered your store on Roy Rogers drive around 6 pm on 11/28/22 for an online pickup. My usual store on Bear Valley didn't have what I wanted, so I chose to pick it up at this location. There were two employees in the area, and they were both on the phone. I was the only customer, so I waited till one of them was done. The short blond older woman was done first; she walked away from me without acknowledgment. No someone will be right with you; my co-worker will help you, absolutely nothing. She moved product around in plain view of me and only changed course when someone approached the return side of the area—the tall, long-haired gentleman who was also there was still on the phone. I went to the return side where she was to get help, but now I'm two customers behind. I had already decided I would never come back and waited to be helped. There was an issue with the customer's return in front of me, the other co-worker was still on the phone, and two more customers arrived in the pickup area. After a few more minutes, the gentleman was done with his call and started helping customers.I switched lines again and became the third customer in line again. The tall long haired worker acknowledged me before it was my turn. When it finally became my turn, he was delightful, and his customer service skills were excellent. The short blond lady, however, was so rude even with all the pleasantness I received, in the end, it couldn't fix the first impression I received especially going from being the first customer to the seventh. I was a Store Director for 20 yrs and an employee doing this goes against everything about customer service. I aware she knows what it takes because she was delightful to other co-workers and the manager who had to help with the return who entered the area. So I guess customers are not high on her list. I will have my items shipped to me before returning to this location.

This is a fairly standard home Depot store when it comes to the layout, products that are stocked, quality of customer service, and overall the quality of service. Great place if you come in with a list of items needed and the employees don't get in the way or make the shopping experience unpleasant or stressful.

What a joke this place is. Came here to buy a Milwaukee impact wrench. Asked if I could get some help because power tools are locked. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody helped. So much for customer service. I'll order online from a place with a better price. ✌️

Just tried to return a heater I bought two weeks ago to buy a bigger one. Store wouldn't let me return it so I dropped it on the floor and told them to trash it. This store is only good for people who steal stuff and not for honest customers. I was in a hurry so I bought the new heater anyway but I recommend doing business elsewhere. I'm sincerely fed up with the poor treatment I receive at home depot and will take my business elsewhere.

They are like headless chickens, and they believe that all customers are holograms. There is no knowledge of products nor proper direction of products. They all just seem to not care and listen to bad coworkers' advice. I.E. Customer 1: Excuse me where is blank? Employee: It's way over there, you'll find it.
