Grand opening weekend store was busy. Some items were missing but can be expected saying that it was the grand opening weekend. High quality food. Great prices. Very healthy choices. Will definitely be coming back to partake and this brand new market to the high desert.

Had the pleasure of being able to be a part of the grand opening & one of the first 100 people to get inside. Amazing product selection. Great customer service. Friendly employees. Checkout was quick despite the amount of people inside. Super happy to have Sprouts here in the high desert (no more traveling to Redlands). Sprouts Farmers Market is a visually appealing supermarket that offers a variety of high-quality products. The steep prices match the quality.Now, let me tell you about their pickup service. Spoiler alert: it’s a bummer. I ordered the groceries in the morning, and everything seemed fine. Even got a sweet $15 discount when I paid online. Picked up my stuff a two hours later, so far so good.But here’s the issue: when I got home, they’d pulled a fast one on me. One of my items was removed (without telling me), and just like that, my total was too low for the discount. The crazy part? They had the item in stock! Felt like they were pulling a fast one on me. Ended up paying more for less. Not cool, Sprouts, not cool.Tried to get in touch with their customer service, but it was like talking to a brick wall. No response, nada. So, long story short, Sprouts isn’t half bad if you’re shopping in-store. But their pickup service? Yeah, I’d give that a miss. And don’t even get me started on their customer service…So there you have it. Sprouts has some quality stuff, but their service could use some serious work.

Well I definitely have a new favorite grocery store! The healthy options that sprouts provides is amazing. They have a wide variety of products that I used to only be able to get through online stores. It feels so nice being able to get my special brand of coffee from around the corner instead of having to wait 2 days to a week to get it! Everybody should definitely do this place a try.

Okay so I'm very sad about this because it's a Sprouts Market so they have lots of cool stuff but I was most looking forward to the meet being able to purchase free range cage free chicken and the grass-fed beef and all of that so I bought a whole bunch of the Sprouts brand chicken which advertises on the package that it's cage free I did not stop to do the research and see where they actually get the meat from and this was a huge mistake because I'll tell you what normally I do Buy free range chicken that's from a farm here in Southern California so I know what free range chicken meat taste like and the stuff was nasty that Sprouts is selling I don't know if I got some old chicken or out of it was marked wrong but I cook it the way I always cook my chicken and it was like rubber and the texture was just gross I couldn't eat it I was like gagging trying to choke it down and I threw away the other two packages I'm not even going to try and I definitely won't be buying that again I'm going back to my farm race free range chicken that I usually purchase from a different store. I mean I'll probably still go there for other items but they're definitely won't be purchases from the Sprouts brand meat.

Was not impressed with the famous sandwich paid $1 for avocado and there was hardly any in it. They forgot red onion in my wife’s sandwich and she had 2 small pieces of roast beef. Ingredients were fresh tasting though.

I love this store but today I made a mistake by not scanning my barcode for the deals so I had to get a refund. The manager on duty (the white bigger lady, head cashier) was very rude to me and her employees. I asked if she could help me and said she couldn't on self checkout, when there was many other computers open to use. She made her cashiers do it when they had a huge line and was rude to them in front of me. Plus she was just standing there doing nothing with an attitude. Ew. This is very unprofessional! If you don't like your job, you shouldn't work there! Thank you to the pretty girl cashier with the dark hair and the bagger for being so kind.

Went to the grand opening. Very crowded but shopping was okay. Free samples and a shopping bag. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Store well stocked. Wide variety of options for anyone.You also had a staff assigned to greet you in line to assist with placing a 20% bar code to use for a week at checkout.

I decided to check out the sprouts because my experience with them is the Rancho Cucamonga store and never had an issue with them. And the Rancho store does seem to have a great amount of fruits and veggies and quite a variety. So I was hoping for the same here. I was extremely disappointed. The variety was severely lacking and what was there. Honestly did not look the best quality. So looking around the rest of the store I did notice a few Brands of food I had just purchased at another grocery store being sold for between $3 and $7. More expensive for the exact same item. Now I don't mind paying a premium for grocery items that are a specialty and maybe organic or what have you. However, when you have a mass Market brand of food, in this instance, Tillamook shark cheddar in a large block for $15.99, and you're charging $5 more than a competitor. Then there is something seriously wrong with your pricing. Yeah I might go there if I need something that only is purchased at a sprouts. However, I will not be back for anything that I can get elsewhere because it is blatantly obvious that the pricing is based off it being in a sprouts grocery store rather than a everyday regular grocery store. And hopefully the fruit and vegetable variety and quality is lacking due to the season and will improve as harvest Time gets closer for various types of items. We'll see. I don't mind checking in but buyer beware and do your research and don't overspend just because it is a sprouts

So before you purchase any CBD gummies be sure to make sure it is SEALED I had bought some and I have not opened the container at 11pm, store does not open until 7am to make a complaint. Please double check to make sure the seals are not broken. I am missing 5 gummies and it contains 60 peices, my boyfriend double counted.

Went to the opening, I wasn’t expecting so many people to show up but I waited around and I did my shopping for the month. I spent $400 and items were fresh (as they should be). Staff was courteous. I revisited the store today to pick up some fresh fruit and grains. Store is still clean that’s great, but without the discount I got the first time, I don’t think this will be my first choice for groceries. For example heritage flakes here: 2lbs 11.99$ Walmart 2lbs 1.3oz $9. Baby food here: 2/$5 Walmart $1.34 Same brand. Even Staters is more affordable for healthy, organic options. Some items are just $2-$3 cheaper at other locations and just because you’re a “healthy” food store doesn’t mean you have to overprice your items! Btw the “baguette” is not a real baguette it’s just regular old bread in a baguette shape. It’s not good and just tastes like white bread loafs. Might only stop by for fresh produce (which is also overpriced but not as bad as other items).

Several times I have been charged round up donations without cashiers letting me know about those charges. I do not mind donating, but I would like to be informed about them. I choose self checkouts now.

Haley from the vitamins, she did an outstanding job guiding me and informing me about all the questions I asked and even gave me more facts to help me down in the future. She has a bright future and does an outstanding job taking care of customers. A coworker said she was the Encyclopedia and Haley truly does show her knowledge.

Dont buy the pre- made hamburger patties. They totally fall apart on the grill and they season them with some kind of awful spicey garbage. What a waste of money. The orange juice is GREAT !

Excellent customer service . I went in and I got a sandwich made 4/7 the guy that made my sandwich was from another department he was just helping out when I say he made me the best sandwich I ever had . I can tell it was made with love thank you 😊

Our first time in the store. We were so excited to try the sandwiches. Staff got the sandwich tags mixed up and I got home to a totally different sandwich :(

Nice store inside....BUT.....prices are not for many.....very pricey....not everyone is able to afford this market....I doubt it will last in the high desert.....🤷
