Best groomer ever! I have 8 rescues that were all a hot mess, but they took the time to come out and make all my dogs comfortable enough to work with. Reasonable prices and they really love animals and it shows! I’ll be calling them back for sure! They also do vaccines and were willing to groom my mini pig as well. Donna also had surgery and answered the same day she had surgery to book my dogs. That’s dedication! I love them and won’t choose another groomer ever!

Donna did an excellent job on both my dogs. I have a small Shih Tzu terrier mix who is a senior (15 years old ) And does not do well with grooming and had some matting. Pampered pets took their time with her to make sure that she had the best experience possible and wasn’t completely stressed out during the process. she is looking and feeling so much better! My second dog is a large shepherd / chocolate lab mix. He just needed a nail cut. They were able to squeeze that in at the same time as Bella‘s grooming for me.

OMG ... Ms. Donna is great! My Groomer moved to Canada and I was on the search for a new grooming service. When Ms. Donna was done with both of my fur babies. Their teeth looked amazing 😍. I took my dog Rosie here and I really loved her cut. I took her to another place before and they didn’t do it how I wanted so I tried here and loved it. They asked me how short I wanted her body and how I wanted her face also her ears. I called the same day and her cut only took an hour. The lady might seem a bit rude but that’s just how she is or she just talks like that. Anyways I’ll definitely keep taking my dog here. Pls give it a try!❤️

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy for their mobile service. The woman who groomed my dog was very nice and friendly upon arrival, I am very pleased with the services. My dog does not like new things and gets scared easily but she was very comfortable with pampered puppies.

Took my dog here on Saturday November 25, 2023 to be bathed and groomed, since their mobile grooming was not available today as they stated on the phone the vehicle was being repaired. There are a few things they need to work on.First: Customer service needs a little bit of improvement.Staff on the phone seemed fine, but in-store they seemed rather rude, which customer service should be the same whether on the phone or in-store.Second: Sanitization and Cleanliness of the business area needs improvement.The shop when I first dropped my dog off had a slight smell of dog feces. When I picked my dog up the smell was very pungent and strong, which made me sick to my stomach.Third: Animals being groomed should be treated with respect.My dog when they brought her out to me was doing her dad get me out of here routine, which indicates something the groomers did made her afraid. My dog does not get afraid easily and so the fact she was pulling me towards the doors indicates she does not feel comfortable at this groomer.I will not be recommending this groomer or returning to this groomer, since it's clear they do not understand the fundamentals of dog grooming, nor do they have the necessary experience to control misbehaving dogs.No other groomer I've gone to in the area has a sign posted that states they will put a muzzle on your dog to avoid getting bit, but charge you for that as well, since that should be included in the fee your paying for grooming services already when your being charged $60 for a small dog to be groomed. I am against the use of muzzles, as with some breeds muzzles make the dog angrier and I view muzzles as being cruel to dogs.

Very patient and friendly! My pup never have a good experience with groomers and it was a surprise Pampered Puppies did not complain about her one bit. That lets me know she knows what she’s doing professionally. You can’t beat her prices either! I’m now on a routine schedule for my fur baby and that takes a big task off my list knowing I have Pampered Puppies ❤️ Thank you

As a first time I honestly was unsatisfied. Took way more than 4 hours. My pups cut is uneven I had to do some triming at home to try and fix it. And even when I went to picked her she still wasn't ready. And they were gonna give her to me like that. That was my unfortunate experience. Will not take her again.

I've been coming to Pampered Puppies and have always been very happy with the grooming and customer service.Now they have a Mobile Van ,so I tried it and it's so convenient less stress for my dog because he don't like the car ride.But both places my furbaby always looks and smells good and so happy when he is all done with his spa day

Took my tiny maltipoo Lexi and when i got her back she smelled so good and she looked great! The best haircut she has ever got. The groomer did exactly what we asked and Lexi looked seemed very happy. They even put a bow with her initial on it. I definitely recommend this place it's great! I will definitely be going back.

Horrible place do not recommend !!! Shaved my dog's whiskers on one side ragged nails ask for a trim she shaved my dog.. I'm very very upset will never go back we'll report to better Business bureau.

First time taking my dogs here and let me say I’m happy I took them here. They smelled so good and my girl was groomed very well. Her hair was everywhere and she looked crazy and now she looks amazing(the one on the right). They were so happy there. When I got there they were pretty much ignoring me because they were having a great time! I got emotional because I was so happy they were happy and comfortable. It was also my girls first time getting groomed and she did so good. I would definitely recommend this place. They even got those cute collars and a toy for each, a treat for each and such an adorable picture on them on an ornament so I can put it on my tree. I’m beyond happy with this place. I love this place I have a medium size dog. He’s a king cavalier. His name is Buster Brown as he’s got an older he’s a bit more grumpy and tends to growl a lot but pamper puppy has always taken Buster and they do such a great job. He comes home looking super handsome, smelling good, and happy.

They are very nice and my dog always looks clean. When I call and set appointments I do not have to wait long to get service. I love that they came to my apartment. It's very convenient.
