This was my first time coming here and I’m sure they have good customer service and all, but the other I went in there and I used a credit card that I had only used there that day.. and letter that day I had an alert that some had made some unauthorized purchases. Now mind you the card was new and I had only used it there ..

Their customer service is the best in town! The people make you feel like you are very important to them whether you purchase a lot of items or just a few things. The store is well organized and usually has everything you need on hand. It is well organized, well stocked and very clean!

Great selection of pretty food and pet accessories. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and as helpful as she could be. Prices may be a bit higher than online BUT, I will ALWAYS shop local, my money stays local and private stores stay in business.START SUPPORTING LOCAL MERCHANTS PEOPLE!!!.... Really nice lil store with reasonable prices and really good selection. My dog had a lil accident in the store and the lady was very sweet about felt so bad but she was very nice about it. I'll be coming back to pick up treats for my pup!!!

Maybe they were having a bad day, but I had a terrible and expensive experience here. Had a fencing emergency at home and needed a livestock pen NOW. I found one I liked on display and inquired if they had any in stock. I was told "we don't sell those anymore." OK, can I buy the display pen? "My boss told me we can't sell those." Was told that they had fencing panels "in the back." I went and found the exact same pieces needed to build the pen I needed - for almost double the price as listed on the display! What caused me to write this review is that when I went to pay, the cashier told me that the price on the panels was wrong - they are actually $10 more expensive each! If this wasn't an emergency, I would have laughed and walked away. They gained a sale, but lost a customer. Caveat emptor...

Walked in and was greeted.Many items to choose from for many types of animals. They have specialty feed for dogs and cats. Lots of reptile foods and accessories.Was happy to find chicken/duck/turkey feed, organic! No soy!!Will be going back to enjoy their feathered friends food.Also a gentleman carried a bag of bedding out to the car for me. Very nice service.

I used to go here to buy stuff for the puppies we had. We had 2 litters and I bought all the Canine Spectra 10, 1 Dose with Syringe, for all the puppies and gave them, their shots so they would be very healthy for the new families.Also got dewormer and grain free puppy food. This place has everything you need for all your animals needs.
