First off, did not know there was a build-a- bear INSIDE of Walmart. Lol second, the ladies in there were absolutely amazing!! I wish I could remember both of their names but they had the best customer service! Made my daughter's birthday 10 times better with their help and just the love you can tell they have for their job. I will certainly be going back. Thank you ladies because you made her day and mine!❤️❤️

We enjoy Buildabear with our little one. Not a fan of all the staff. Some are definitely better than others and very helpful.

We came here to as a birthday celebration for my kid. Stephanie was the associate today and she was soo nice. She was very patient and kind. She really made my kid feel extra special on their birthday. She sanitized all the high touch points before we entered. Even though its a small store, it still had a good collection of dolls and outfits. We will definitely come back in the future.

The staff is incredible! My son is 3 and is sensitive to sounds etc. They really went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable.

Worker's where very helpful during our visit. The little area was well organized and stocked with many different options that my kids when absolutely crazy for ! Will be coming back soon for my kids birthdays :)

Nice little store inside the Walmart in front of the cashier's. Helpful staff. They were out of most of the special Halloween characters but the kids were still happy with the experience.

Enjoyed visiting this build a bear location for my grand daughters 5th birthday today, 7/14/19. The two customer service girls were extremely polite and kid friendly making this visit experience priceless seeing my granddaughters face light up with excitement. Would recommend this location to all high desert areas.

Stephanie was so helpful and sweet. I went in with my mother to stuff our furry friends, we have been to this location once before and our experience was great. This time however my mother was rudely barked at by the manager for asking a question. Cilla was her name. My mom was so upset just asking a question and to be rudely told “no we don’t do that here”. I understand companies have rules but to not only bark out the answer but interrupt my mother. I’m sorry but that is just rude. Other employees don’t make you feel welcome or like you are having fun, but Stephanie did an outstanding job. Save your time and go to Riverside or Ontario.

Went here for my 18th birthday. Workers were really nice and friendly, very helpful and attentive. It's small and a bit crowded, but as its in a Wal-Mart, that's understandable. The wait for the register wasn't too bad either.

Have the "helps us keep social distancing" wait at the entrance and lady at the shop does not say anything. A greeting maybe, there's 2 customers inside, decided to enter....then lady at the counter decided to engage and tell us to wait outside and let us know until one of those 2 customers leave, we can enter.......ok I do have to mention, once past that...lady provided great customer service to my love one, super nice to a something years old

Yes its smaller then most but hey its the only nearby store for over 50 miles any way. I love that walmart and build a bear are working together. I have visited this store 4 times already all with good wait times, great service, friendly staff and good deals on the walmart only bears for $10. Your not going to find everything you find in a normal bigger workshop. But they carry about 20-25 bears and one wall of clothes/things. I suggest ordering online and going in store just to stuff and get birth certificate. Just to have the bear you want. They also do everything just like a normal workshop so we got our birthday bears and celebration here as well. Always very clean inside and easy to move alround using a stroller inside. I suggest you try it out and create a bear with your child.

It may be samll buts it's better than the crowd at Ontario Mills. The staff was so sweet and helpful. My kids love their stuffed animals.

It was great first time, I took my daughter's, they had a great time the two workers there just made my girl's day they made there first experience really great . Only wish prices weren't so high lol and my girls went a little crazy
