I wanted soup and a salad. I couldn't hear them call my name. An intercom system would be nice.Tried their new salad with chicken and French onion soup. Salad was more than I thought, so got half of it to go. Not sure why they don't include bread and butter, because I always have to ask.

Extremely dissatisfied with management at this location. Don't expect much from them.But I do recommend their Charge Lemonades and the breakfast sandwich. This location is a nice quite location during the weekdays and busy on the weekends. They also have a few Kiosks that you can order at.

Tall female manager wearing glasses working today was very polite and professional. Although waiting in a busy line, she acknowledged and communicated my order would be taken very soon and further she thanked me for me patience!Wow! Sometimes kindness from a stranger is enough to make my day brighter!Thanks to the Employee, simply treating others the way she'd want to be treated. Why isn't that common anymore today??

This is what my sons sandwich looked like when he opened it. Normally we get decent sandwiches, this time I'm very disappointed. For a meal over $50 this is unacceptable. My boys were hungry and it was raining otherwise I would have gone back to get a fresh non-fingered sandwich.The soups we got were delicious. My suggestion is to NOT get the regular sandwich bread and get a sandwich on a roll. Otherwise, Panera's has excellent food.

This is our normal stop going to sfo. This is almost half way between my home ans sfo.We stop here for a break and have coffee and snacks (sometimes a meal).The coffee is good and they have some nice selections of teas (green honey tea is awesome)They also have a whole wheat bagel.called whole wheat flats (slightly thinner than bagels). Their fresh Baggett is also very nice.Wife loves the squash soupVegetarian options: They have a few options. Mediterranean sandwich and some soups are good. Flat breads are nice too

Everytime I order a soup bread bowl to be delivered, they forget the bread bowl. Why? And they sent me a cup of soup. Defeates the whole purpose of the soup. Gave you a second chance an you forgot it 2x's. We order out a lot. Sorry you just lost a customer. 2x,s ordered soup bowls an 2x's I got a cup of soup, no bowl but was charged the bowl price. Never again

I've eaten at plenty of panera's to know this one ( located in nut tree shopping center in Vacaville) lacks in food quality. Both the sandwiches I ordered had brown wilted lettuce used in it, we had to take all the lettuce off our sandwiches and the Napa chicken salad was bland tasting. Terrible sandwiches. I think they were poorly made because it was to go and not dine in. I would have complained there had we not been traveling to Oregon and was too far down the highway to turn around.

Sandwiches always on point and pleased to say my salad was fresh too great smoothie too only complaint is that the cookies were stale kind of wanted a soft chocolate chip cookie but brownies have been great and bagels are exspensive way cheaper at Noah's

They keep the place freezing cold and very uncomfortable for customer dining in. I feel like they do this on purpose to rush you out. It's 8:30 am, 56 degrees outside, and they are currently blowing the air conditioner inside! I asked them kindly to turn off the fans, and they said they would raise the temps; they did not. Hence, the rating they received.

Very popular Panera. Almost always busy. If you know Panera, you know how good it is. And you can order ahead, dine in, or take it to go. Ordered six meals for delivery and two items were missing. Tried calling four times and no one picked up after ringing for several minutes. Attempted to contact the driver directly and they won’t respond. Still waiting to get a refund for the items I paid for but never received. This is the worst customer service I have experienced at any Panera and will not be returning.

This Panera is in a wonderful area. It's near a kids park with multiple rides and there are many things to do there. The food is really good, but it does sometimes feel a bit rushed inside.Vegetarian options: They had quite an extensive list of vegetarian options, like the creamy tomato soup, which is delicious.Kid-friendliness: Most foods are fairly kid friendly, but they also have a dedicated kids menu, that contains quite tasty things.Wheelchair accessibility: This is extremely wheelchair accessible. Everything is on one level, and there is quite a lot of space.

Panera is a great little restaurant, the vibe inside is relaxed. It's a nice alternative to Starbucks if you want to bring a tablet or laptop to get some work done while you're there.Parking: Panera is inside the Nut Tree Plaza so there is plenty of parking all around the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: The front door can easily be entered with a walker or wheel chair.

Something is off here and I can’t quite put my finger on it. I ate her twice during my visit to Vacaville recently it just seems like the employees don’t care from the time that your order is being taken to the time that your order is ready they just don’t care. It seems like you are a nuisance to the person that’s taking your order and it seems like you’re an even bigger nuisance to the people who are preparing your order when you’re standing there waiting for it. Somethings just not right here there needs to be some serious customer service training from the top to the bottom. The food is also very inconsistent I ordered the same thing twice and they were vastly different both times different bread different spread on the bread different consistency to the soup just is not the Panera that you’re used to.

I am from out of town and was stranded with a disabled car near the restaurant. Employee Emily was on her way to work on her bicycle, She stopped to ask if I was okay and wanted me to know she cared. I told her I was fine and my son was on his way from the base. Emily literally told me to stop by the restaurant after I was all situated so she could treat me to breakfast. I was absolutely blown away. I didn’t make it to the restaurant but I will NEVER forget the kindness Emily showed me at a very vulnerable time. Vacaville Panera, you have a Diamond in Emily. Thank you Emily.
