They're a great local small business dog store, sell all the good brands that I would buy my dog at good prices and they give you free samples of dog foods to help decide what type of food to buy your dog. That's really helpful when you have a picky eater like my dog. They also have really cute birthday cakes for my mutts 😁

1st time I shopped here for my doggy Theo. Today is his birthday and I casually mentioned it to the Sales/Cashier woman and she gave us a free doggy birthday bag filled with goodies and my mom and I thought this was an awesome gesture from them. We were really satisfied customers. They also give out a small bottle of vitamins for animals with every purchase. Waggin Tails definitely goes above and beyond for their customers and their pets. Will definitely come back here.

It's always such a pleasant experience. They spoil my dog and he really doesn't mind bath time anymore. Btw they have a bath station with all kinds of shampoos, conditioners, face wash, breath stuff, ear cleaners and hot spot sprays. The only pet store we got to!

Support small business!! Every time I come here, the employees and the owner are so knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Many of the products are a little on the pricey side, but I feel like that's not unusual smaller businesses. They do have a buy 3 get 1 free promo for anything in the store, and other sales throughout on other items.

Fairly utilitarian looking pet supply store. Not one of those big open stores like PetSmart or Petco. But this location has the essentials of what you need and the pricing seems reasonable. My only criticism would be the support. I was having trouble finding something and had to ask a couple times but none of the three employees would step out from behind the counter (where they were having a nice chat amongst) to come help me. I'll revise the review and my rating if I ever get back there again and find it to be better.

Neighborhood store with lots of options for pet food, treats, toys. Boutique, raw, birthday options all available. Employees are really friendly and welcoming towards pets. Prices are very fair for a local store. Haven't used their bathing services yet. Their clearance section has past best-by items.

A great, local, pet store. The owner is always so nice and she is so generous every time we bring our pup to the store. He always gets treats for being a good boy. Other staff are nice and helpful as well. They have awesome deals if you follow them on FB and sometimes give out goodies during holidays. I always find interesting treats and toys. They have samples out for your dog to try before you buy. Support local and find something new at Waggin Tails!

Every time I visit this shop, I run into the friendliest employees, always!!! The people here are wonderful, and they're total animal lovers.The quality and selection is quite good, especially for the size of the store. They have plenty of products for many types of household pets. Cats, dogs, birds, gerbils, and I believe even more? I find the prices here to be a bit high, but I blame that on the location and the insanely high rent at Union Landing.Overall, a great place to grab quickly needed items for your babies. I recommend visiting Waggin' Tales!

Great local pet store. I absolutely love the self pet wash they have. Their showers are raised, so it's really easy to wash my 2 dogs. Not to mention they have a killer rewards program. The employees are super nice andhelpful, and the manager is really good at having sales and promos all the time. It's my go to place.

We talked to a woman that worked here at a pet event in downtown Fremont and after speaking with her thought we would give the store a try and see what they have. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful! They carried all of the brands that we were familiar with and had a great selection of toys and treats. We came in to find a treat for our pups 1st birthday and found a section of birthday cakes for dogs! Needles to say our dog devoured the cake once we got home. At checkout the sweet woman asked if it was our dogs birthday and gave us a free goody-bag with some toys and surprises for our dog. We will definitely be coming back here for future pet supplies.

Always fun to shop here. The people are helpful and friendly. All my pets are on specific diets, and it's a challenge to get treats they can have. I've always been able to find their snacks here. Their furry supervisor, Otis the cat, is always at the register to ensure good customer service.

I enjoy this store. The staff is always full of knowledge. I’ve even googled what they have said and checked they were correct or in line with what sources say. Prices can vary and while I could order his pet food else where or at a larger pet food place. I want to support local An smaller businesses. Plus my dog likes the short car ride down to get his food. I buy about 3/4 bags at a time. Sign up for the rewards program too. I got like 15 bucks off one purchase since I had so many points. I also have a slight issue with grabbing treats for the dog too lol.

Fabulous little pet store! Definitely gives a smaller town feel than the big box stores nearby. They usually have a decent selection of clearance merchandise and promotions. On fivestars, if you use that. Accepts coupons. Friendly staff are willing to special order different brands for you. Buy a case of food and get a discount always. Adoptions on the weekend. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely love their birthday cakes for dogs and cats. I have 2 dog and 2 cats and they each get a cake every year. Staff is always nice. I also love their Halloween and sant photo events.

The restraining collar in the tub was broken. I managed to keep my dog in the tub but it was an ongoing struggle! They didn't have dog whitening shampoo, and knew it. I had to buy my own whitening shampoo upon arrival. The tub is a good size, the water temperature was easy to control, my dog likes his water good and hot. The bathing and drying both happen in the sink. There is a very nice raised plastic drain board in the bottom of the sink so while drying my dog he was not standing in water. It worked out well!

Very efficient. Took my dog to get her shots hadn't been there in 2 years they had all my information. I got her nails clipped they handled her very gently as she was shaking like crazy. I would recommend going there for veterinary care and supplies for any of your pet the employees were awesome and very helpful.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I feel like my experience here is much more pleasant and personalized here compared to going to a larger pet store. They have an awesome rewards program and when it’s your pets birthday they give you a complimentary little goodie bag! If you truly love your fur baby, then shop at Waggin Tails!

They are great! Very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They just celebrated their 10 year anniversary by giving discounts and free goodie bags filled with treats and toys for our furry friends. Right now they have two adorable sister kittens for adoption, Moose and Bunny. One is missing it's left eye the other is missing her right. They complete eachother! My daughter wants another cat and I'm tempted, but I'm trying not to turn into that crazy cat guy..I hope they can find a forever home.Here's to many many more anniversaries to Waggin Tails!

Love this store. The prices are competitive with larger chains and they carry specialty pet products I normally can't get without ordering online. They also have a great pet wash station. Plus Krispy Kreme is a few steps away so I get a treat too.

One of the best pet stores in the Bay Area. Very informative helpful staff! Sign up for their rewards program and save a ton (it's free!).They have all natural foods without the harmful substances that chain stores tend to carry. Lots of dog and cat food treats and foods to choose from.Would highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you have any questions about all things pets.Also, it may not be a big deal but they also put things on sale that you actually need at the time. Deep into the summer months our fur children tend to get fleas from visits to the park and they always seem to have flea and tick sprays on sale during these months to help you save a bit because we try to nuke them from orbit with the topicals, sprays, and shampoo!

The employees are so nice. They say hello when you walk in, carry heavy things out to your car, and will order something special if they don't have it in stock. It's a small store but a pretty good selection of dog and cat products.

I go here to get specific canned food for my dogs/cats. Its a cute little boutique but its a little crammed and a lot of items are over priced. I always look for cheaper online before deciding to buy something.Ive seen at least 1 item almost twice as much in the store than on amazon.That being said they do provide self wash here and VIP services.

I love this place for 1 thing and 1 thing only! VIP Petcare comes out to this shop every Sunday from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm and they have the best prices for getting your animals there yearly shots. $19.00 will get you your animals micro chipped! Love this place!
