Very friendly staff, very eager to help and make sure I find everything I'm looking for. Not a very big store so they don't have the best selection in some departments, but because it's an Ace, I can usually find what I need on their app and have it shipped for free to the store for pick up.

They have a great little garden section out back and a super helpful staff who are easily at your fingertips. You don’t have to walk around looking for an employee! They are everywhere and they actually have customer service Skills! Also i had a lotOf knowledge get taught to me in regards to crab grass and how to getRid of it. It Get Like the employees were all very excited about Their job.

Mr Mayfield and company is a local business. However his prices are a bit steep but he is a supporter of many community events such as concerts in the park, and many others. The store is always clean and items are easy to find with staff that is more than helpful.

The employees there in my opinion or at least the female that approached us when i was there seemed a bit pushy. She asked if we needed help 2 steps into the door and when we said no she seemed put out then kind of followed us around maybe a row or 2 over the whole time which i didnt appreciate. That being said the store was clean, well stocked. We found what we were looking for and were on our way. I hate to give a mediocre review i always want to give a really nice one if im able and i try to be fair.

I am a licensed contractor and was in this store 4 times yesterday. I always try to stay out of big box stores. Was never asked to put a mask on once . First thing this morning the same person who helped me yesterday told me I have to have a mask. Now I'm returning to the big stores where communism is not rampant. No more business for me do from me

I bought a weber 22 kettle today. They had one in stock so instead of going to home depot I figured spend my money locally. After my online purchase for in-store pick up goes through I find out it is a display model with minor damages. When I told the store manager about my displeasure I got a nonchalant oh... When I asked for a discount it became an uh I don't know about that and a return was going to be inconvenience to them. Wait! What? I could have gone to home depot and gotten a brand new in the box for the same price. I am a born and raised local and have gone here many years. Never have I received customer service or lack there of I should say to this extent. Sorry mendomill... My business will be elsewhere after this experience with management...

It's friendly and organized. The store may be smaller than other hardware store， but they do have much more complete selection of all kind of tools, hardwares, lumbers, accessory, parts....., The only thing they are not as good is the selection of garden stuff. They have very small selection of plants. If you are looking for some hard to come by parts, try this place.

Hard to find hardware items are often found here. They are also good at figuring out my descriptions of what I need (cement stake, for one). Good supply, great service and decent prices.

Mendo Mill is a great little hardware store. The layout is good and there are always employes around that can help you out. They carry most everything you might need. Only problem is the prices which are always on the high side.

Absolutely the BEST customer service. There are always several people waiting to help you so if you know what you want, you can be in and out in 5 minutes. I always go here rather than the huge stores where you can never find someone to help and have to walk 5 miles to find anything.

Customer service was terrible...we kept being pushed off from associate to associate...then when we were sent into "the yard" where the material we were looking for was supposedly...the Hispanic woman, with her little red best on showing she was an employee, saw us coming to get to help us she turned around as we approached her and walked into an office door instead of asking how she could help us. Blatantly Rude. We'll do business elsewhere!

They had the caulking and the stuff I needed to put my brothers cooler in but wow everything must be made out of gold in there I can go to my local home Depot and get a 2/4for about 6 dollas don't even ask how much they were here
