Not too happy. Gave the number to my mom to make an appointment for her dog to get his haircut. They told her today at 8am, so she got up at 5, came an hour and a half from home, only for them to tell her tomorrow at 8am. Needless to say, she wasn’t happy because she wasted time and gas to get down here for not. I understand there may’ve been some confusion, but make sure the schedules align so no one’s time is wasted.

I highly recommend Downtown Dogs for their excellent grooming abilities. I took my two 13 year old Aussies in for a "puppy cut" and I got exactly what I wanted . They both look so cute and look just like puppies again!

Well my husband and I took our two dogs in to have their nails cut and they took in Pickle first I'm guessing cause she's the smaller of the two. Well they get done with her pretty quick and when they came out to get Bonez the one girl of the two says to us oh we can't take her if she's barking. My husband asked don't you have muzzles she replys they just try to get them off. Ok for one I told the first girl that this would be Bonez first time in there and she was just voicestress she's a big teddy bear and don't bite. But they didn't even want to see if they could do her nails. On top of it they cute her nail way short.

Our dog, Olive, goes to Downtown Dogs regularly. The staff is fantastic and takes wonderful care of her. She always comes home happy and worn out! I highly recommend Downtown Dogs for doggy daycare, as well as their grooming!

Our dog, Max, loves going to Downtown Dogs. He is a little skittish around new experiences, but never with Patty at Downtown Dogs. Once we pull into the parking place he can hardly wait to get out and see all of his friends !! I highly recommend Patty and her entire staff at Downtown Dogs!!! They are all incredible !

I took 2 very small dogs in and was told on the phone it would be $100. They must over book because it took 4 1/2 hours to groom 2 small dogs. When I went to pay I ask how much and I had to pay $110.00. And to top it all off the dogs hair cuts are not that great. They way over charge.
