I went in there for the convenience of the self service dog wash. The onlyproblem is it’s not well maintained. When you enter there is so much dog fur on the floor and each dryer station. They have dryer applicators in a bucket but they are also full of dog fur. The towels are not an exception either. It’s a bummer since for $17 it became more of an inconvenience for my Maltese and I. I will not be returning. Their shampoo is not that good in my opinion.

I can honestly say that their prices are about or not more compared to PetSmart and Petco. They’ve got identical products. A little pricey too. I really like their self doggy wash for $17, you get towels, shampoo/conditioner, ear cleaning, blow dryers and an apron. Other self wash dog stations are very time limited and not well maintained. The two times I’ve been here, they’re really good at keeping it clean. I hope, they don’t raise the prices like other stores do after a few weeks after opening.

So excited to see a pet store with QUALITY options for pet food and treats open in Tustin. They have everything from fresh, dehydrated, freeze dried and baked food for dogs. I was overwhelmed by how many amazing options there were to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I look forward to making it a regular errand for my pups at home.
