This store wasn’t bad when it first opened, now the customer service sucks half the associates look like they hate their live so much they decided to work at Walmart. Forget getting help with locked items. Either they don’t come or there will be 5-7 associates 3 isles down talking doing absolutely nothing. Sad thing is I worked here for a few months and ended up back at amazon because their management is about as good as 1 year expired bag of dog food. Do better Walmart.

I went to Walmart on Geer Rd last week, I’m very disabled and this wonderful young man named Alex helped me in to the store. He went to look for an electric cart but there wasn’t one. Then he helped me with my groceries, put them in my car. He is one of the nicest, caring man. Please make sure you tell him he is doing a great job. It really is a shame you don’t allow tips.

These supervisors and cashiers are the most racist I've ever seen. I picked up two bottles of wine today when I went to run some errands with my 14-year-old son. Although we chose to check out using the self-checkout option but one of the employees advised us to take it to the register line since we had alcohol. But even though there was a big line, we waited in it, and when it was our turn, the cashier woman started acting strangely because she heard we were speaking a foreign language. She requested our identification, but I told her that I am the buyer, not him, and that he is a minor. She persisted in saying that this is the policy and that she doesn't feel comfortable selling it to me.Let's face it, nobody has time to stand in line for no reason, therefore if you decide you are uncomfortable selling something to someone, you should learn how to apologize! In addition, this is not your policy, according to the corporate I spoke with. Furthermore, a customer buying alcohol with his wife and son was standing in line ahead of me, and you didn't even ask to see their identification. However, you exploit a nonsensical policy as justification for your bigotry! I hope the managers of this Walmart site can instill in their staff the value of professionalism over racism because I won't be returning at this location anymore!

Good store, they just tend to be out of items that I need and want a lot of the time. But they do restock them in time so it's all good. Great prices and the store is always clean and organized. I love all the changes they've made with the remodeling. My sister loves this store too. So much so that I call it her store. Every time she comes to visit, we go shopping here. I love how cool it is inside especially after coming in from out in the heat. They have a lot of variety. The produce is fresh. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you. Thank you.

Most inconvenient store you will ever shop. Everything is locked up. Hey Walmart, if you don’t trust your customers, why open stores!! Where is your Loss prevention? You have these cabinets infront of all the cashiers and customer service employee and the door greeter and yet it is still locked. The worst part is when you ask employee to get one for you, no one can find a key!! And your General Manager was too busy to listen to customer concern. You guys have no culture of customer service!! Worst location ever and I’ll never shop here

When I picked up the order they said couldn't find individual avocados so I was given a bag. I went in because I forgot to order something and soon as I walked in I saw a container of 100 individual avocados. At a different time the same thing happened with sparkling cider, walked in after they said out and I saw a pallet full.

I waited in the cosmetics isle for 20 minutes and no one ever came to help me, so I left. I get it’s a busy time of year but 20 minutes is ridiculous, why have things behind glass and not have staff available to open them!? Horrible experience.

I usually go out of my way to go to this Walmart because I know that have great deals on the food I get, eggs are very expensive elsewhere and here it's a fair price, very helpful staff and this one is very clean and organized so I always give it a plus

More options than what is available at the Patterson or Turlock Walmart. Decent prices. However it’s hard to shop when they are stocking items as you shop might have been because it was late on a Sunday night.

This is a great place to shop because it has everything I need and a big selection of food, great selection of produce. I can get in there and out of there in 20 minutes. Once you have your list and your route, it is easy. They also offer pickup shopping, you place your order and they have someone who shops for you, I haven't tried it.Sept 30, 2022 Walmart was remodeling the southern section of the store for a long time. I finally got a handle on it. That section is all refrigerated, meat, milk, juice, sandwiches, hot dogs/lunch meat, bread, and so much more.Jan 2024 - Walmart is replacing a row of freezers. Great job Walmart. New freezers, probably more energy efficient. If they are doing 1 row, they will probably replacing others also; due to the fact they are all the same age. I was there 1/27/2024.

I hate it.My wife forced me to go there for my covid booster shot.The people are pleasant enough but that's about it.The isles were crowded with boxes, I ran into 4 or 5 people trying to navigate the clutter, we bought some wine so couldn't use the self checkouts ( one of the reasons I don't go there) and had to go to the back of the store to use one of the two checkouts manned by a human.She was a nice lady, had a few good laughs.Did I say the produce and fruit suck?

They were cleaning up blood in the aisle and the cops were there taking a report. Didn't feel safe. Don't understand the market concept. I searched Walmart.. for a blanket and pillow.. that Walmart doesn't have anything like that

I love that they have pick up order and they load it in your car for you. Such a help when you have 5 kids. Pharmacy is awesome. Karen is so great she was able to help get insurance situated to cover my prescription. They go above and beyond for their patients in pharmacy.

They have great prices, when they have the products. Or if you can actually find an employee with a key to get them for you. They lock everything up. Tried to buy eye drops and laundry soap today. Nobody has a key to open the glass doors. Not going to bother with this store anymore. I’ll pay a little more somewhere else.

This is a great store...even with supply line shortages. They are well stocked. Pet food is still a bit iffy but it's getting better. I'm referring to in-store shopping. Different story if you shop online for delivery. You can have anything that they carry on your front porch in less than a week. Next day, in most cases.I have been shopping online and picking them up at the store for several months now. Very easy, using their app. You can pay to have your groceries delivered too, $10 per delivery. For that same $10, paid monthly, you can buy a membership with unlimited delivery.Footnote: this store, located on Geer Rd in Turlock has one of the best produce departments. I think they are comparable to Raley's or Safeway. That good...really.If you haven't already, check them out. Jeez, I left out the most important part. Their prices are fair. Lower than most. Friendly, helpful staff too. 🙂

Never enough checkers, no baskets other than carts, really poor produce and people stocking shelves with large rolling carts are always in your way. They often leave them parked in the aisles. It's very hard to get help with anything.

I have been getting my medications from Walmart neighborhood market pharmacy store no. 3047 Turlock. for more than 7 years, always I am having a great service from this pharmacy. Thanks to Thevy, Marion, Hilda, youhan, Stephanie and Nilofar for always helping me and treat me like I’m the most important patient. The pharmacists and the technicians are very kind, friendly and professional. I really appreciate their help and concerns.

I have placed & picked up 2 online orders to date. I’m exceptional happy & appreciative of this service since I’m partially disabled. I commend your employees for there efforts and awesome customer service. I have only one suggestion to your employees who deliver the products to your car.Today I almost hit a young lady as I was backing up, she walked right behind me with her cart and didn’t even look or flinch. It scared me so I would greatly appreciate this being brought to their attention to avoid any unnecessary accidents. The young lady was very short had her hair in a pony tail and wore glasses. This was around 12:15 today. It scared me as I would hate to hit anyone walking behind a moving vehicle. I know my backup lights were on and I was slowly backing up. I was in stall 5. Thank you. As I said - just a cautionary issue.Thank you.

This store has yet again proven it's customer care is really non existent and the manager could care less about improving that status in any way whatsoever. Unless your need has a direct impact on increasing Walmart's "bottom line" then you, even as a frequent paying customer, and your needs are constantly discarded and done so in a very enthusiastic way. I've never seen an employee with this company more happy to do their job when it comes to telling a customer no or closing a department 5 minutes early and turning the customer away for the 2nd time in a week! When I was told no one was going to help me because the customer service desk is closing in 3 minutes (it was actually 6 minutes before, not 3) they said it in such a giddy way, it was ridiculous!! This employee truly enjoyed denying a customer's need/request! It was pathetic. This is not my first, second or third issue at this location and I can honestly add it to the endless list of negative experiences I've incurred at other locations with this company state wide plus I am not the only customer who has felt this way. Pretty much everyone I know has had countless issues with this company. That's just sad. I'm taking my business back to Target who's employees are experts in customer care. They even keep their customer service desk open until closing like all other retail stores. For a headache free shopping experience, I seriously encourage other consumers to do the same.

The only reason I shop here is because it’s the most affordable. It comes at a cost though. Don’t shop here unless you want to grocery shop without a cart every single time. Oh, and make sure you check the expiration date on every single item you grab unless you’d like to grab 1-3 months expired meat. I wish there was another option in town. I used to really like this store but the past 3 years it’s gotten SO bad. Produce selection is disappointing too.

I shop here because of the prices and location close to me...however I have come to rely heavily on their excellent pharmacy staff. There is one pharmacist in particular that I feel goes above and beyond to help me personally with my health and well being. He greets me by name and knows my case personally, which coming from a chain I felt was excellent service. As for the store, I do find that they are sometimes out of items but this is due to the great prices and when I return it is usually in stock. They carry a wide selection and the store is clean considering the foot traffic they get. The staff is helpful and friendly. Pretty great for the size of chain Walmart represents.
