The manager and employee are lack of communication skills and a liar.We scheduled Our pet to get groom twice and got rejected twice .At first they said bring her Own Shampoo which we brought the second time and when we went the manager asking the paperwork which they failed to let us know right before. We traveled 40 minutes just to get rejected twice.

I went shopping for a fish tank. Sarah waited on me and she was awesome. She showed me so many options talked with me about the space, my plans and spent as much time as I needed. I highly recommend Turlock location and ask for Sarah in aquatics she’s awesome.Thank you Sarah my tank looks great.Kathy

Don't buy fish here. They refuse to sell any fish if we didn't have their exact requirements. The woman managing the fish area was rude and had a power trip over the fish. She also made it difficult for a mom trying to buy a goldfish for her daughters. Unfriendly and judgmental service.

Do not try to buy fish from here. For some reason they think they’re the San Diego Zoo and are the protectors of fish. They will legit deny you fish if you can’t answer their riddles or buy EXACTLY what they tell you to buy. Go to pet supplies plus instead if you are looking to buy fish. Don’t waste your time here.

Went to go get my dog groomed find out the rabies shots were up to date I have veto and I was in there two weeks earlier with the same dog and they should have informed me that her shots were due so instead of getting her room I ended up getting shots for her then I had to reschedule her grooming which was a very big hustle because I have to take time off work again to take her to have her groomed

Petco is a good place to run in and grab some pet food quickly. you can also spend some time there and adopt animals on weekends and have your pet dog groomed. Unfortunately they don't groom cats.

Well, it's pretty cool. I went in looking for a dog bed for our 3 year old min pin, wound up rescuing a 10 week old pup. Great customer service. Great, if expensive selection. It's a pet store. It does its job well.

They are almost always out of feeder insects (or they are all dead and dried up), the reptiles never seem properly cared for, and today I walked in to find a Water Dragon all shriveled up and dead/dying.Go across the street to Pet Supplies Plus for live insects for pretty much half the price, and don't support this kind of neglect anywhere.

We never have a problem been here so many times I take my son to look at the animals and to get our pet supplies well while on our last visit this lady had a power trip and was watching over us like if we where destroying the store my son touched the glass and told us with an attitude “you know someone has to clean that” mind you it 6 in the afternoon and I’m sure my son was not the first of last kid to touch that glass today, the first thing she told us was we couldn’t use the step ladder to see the animals on top. Which is fine I completely understand it’s just the way she told us. She needs to work on her people skills she was rude and on a power trip. I don’t know what her problem was. But we left after she told us about the glass and probably won’t be back.

Everytime I go here I notice they're fish tanks are FULL OF DEAD FISH. They don't look well maintained nor do the fish look taken care of.
