I ordered 6 FB-15 tubs from them on 9/15/2023. I then waited until 10/3 to contact them when I got no response. A person did respond a couple days later saying they had a website issue and they never seen the order. So they shipped out via FedEx. Unfortunately delays yet again. I reached out to them again, however they will not do anything, said they already fixed this issue with me.I have been very patient, understanding and kind with this company.However they have now cost me money, and lost a customer.

I ordered one of their thermostats recently and found out via a random email in my spam folder on the day I was supposed to be receiving it according to the shipping information that they needed $13 for the shipping. I needed this item TODAY and this has severely inconvenienced me, I now have to run out and buy a different thermostat to make up for the difference in time. So now my $370 thermostat will have cost me nearly $800.... furthermore they did not have the option to pay the surprise fee via third party apps such as paypal forcing me to enter my credit card info into a browser page i was redirected to by their email (fishy) A phone call would have been nice, or perhaps just include the shipping cost in (non rack) orders. I would have gladly paid the extra money to not have to deal with the headache. I will be amending this review once I have the opportunity to check out the thermostat and when I see how/if they actually ship my order.

Excellent products and R&D. The wait times and ability to get them to answer emails or the phone is terrible. I’m sure they’re in high demand, but customer service could be improved. I’ve received tubs from them but have been unable to get racks.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. He customer service there is absolutely horrible. First I bought a snake through them on payment plan, paid off ahead of my date, just to find out when they went to set up shipping that the snake had been sold to someone else while I was paying for it. Now I've made the mistake of trying to buy another one from them, made payment in full, but then was notified my invoice was cancelled for non payment, even though I have proof it was paid. And you can't get anyone in the company to help. Tyler is supposed to handle snake sales, but doesn't answer the phone, doesn't answer emails, and anyone else you contact in the company only directs you to him. I would not recommend this company at all.

I can’t say enough good things about freedom breeder! Over the top customer service, everyone was extremely friendly! The tubs we picked up are by FAR! The best quality tubs I’ve ever used, I can’t wait to do more business with freedom breeder! Definitely worth the money!Update doing more business, with the great freedom breeder! Once again best quality and service in the game!

I had reservations about spending what I consider a decent amount of money on a snake rack. However, I have not only purchased again from them, but have plans to do so in the future. If I had to do it all over again, I would purchase sooner. On top of an outstanding product, they really are wonderful people to work with through the whole process. A+ to Jessy, Julie, Jimmy and the rest of the gang!

One year ago:“I have a rodent rack from Freedom Breeder that cost over $2700, I ordered some replacement drinking valves, connectors, three tubs, and a feeding funnel, which cost over $100 by itself. I bought and paid for it on Sunday, it was supposed to arrive by Friday, it’s now Thursday and they JUST shipped the package out of their warehouse and now it won’t be here until Wednesday, mind you they charged over $60 just for shipping from California to Wyoming, and still waited 4 days after payment to even ship the product and I won’t be receiving the product until 10 DAYS AFTER I PAID FOR IT! For $$61.xx I would expect to receive my product in less than 10 days. I have no plans to do any more business with freedom breeder, and my new snake racks will more than likely now come from Vision instead.”Decided to give them another shot... big mistake.One year later, tried again to order from them since they said there were reasons for shipping issues last time; I ordered 12 little rodent drinking valves, the whole package could fit in the palm of your hand, shipping was $10 to go from California to Wyoming (crazy high), and 10 days later I contacted them and they hadn’t even shipped the items yet. Was ordered, billed, charged, and paid for on the 1st, it’s now the 11th. I had the order cancelled. That was the last time I order from freedom breeder, 0-2 in my experience. I’d advise looking elsewhere.

Just bought some FB70 tubs and they were perfect in size. The staff was welcoming and helpful especially Julie. I will definitely be doing business with these guys.

There are a lot of great coconut chip suppliers out there.. be that as it may.. I dare say that Freedom Breeder Blox might be the most superior quality to any other coconut block chip I've used (criteria being: cleanliness, block size, dust free). Highly reccommend!!!!! Note: I use them for ball pythons.

Tried to order something online and their shipping quote ($34) was the same price as what I paid for my items. That's ridiculous! I placed my order 5 days ago only to find out that their shipping was a "seperate invoice" to be paid. So I wasted 5 days waiting on these people and now it's going to delay setting up my watering system even longer. Not sure why their basic shipping was so expensive... I can ship a live animal overnight halfway across the country and pay the same rate they wanted to charge me for basic FedEx home shipping. What a scam....

They had the most delicious types of lizards for samples and other delicacies. A very clean and orderly environment. The cooks and waiters are also very sociable and the owner came around to make sure we were doing fine. Love this place and will come back again!
