Very upset with my purchase. I got this mini cage for my new lizard while I was going to get my big cage the next day. Under the top there was a cracked off corner that I did not see. My lizard escaped over night never to be seen again. I want my money back but it’s out of my way and it worth the time to go get it. I give three stars because they had a good variety of animals and staff was decent.

Love this store. There is a very wide range of products for almost all animals.Very friendly staff, as soon I walk in they always say hello.Definitely recommend

Liz was so patient and gentle with our puppy. I wish we can have her do our puppy’s grooming each time but she is moving to another branch. Hopefully we get the same experience from our next groomer at Petsmart.

Everyone is nice and funny! You can se they all love the pets they are grooming. Every dog left looking dashing. I had the only cats and they looked so sweet.

New review on auto ship;So I left Petco because I was having problems with auto shipping. I would get wrong items. Or I would get my auto shipment too late. Sometimes I would get double auto shipment, because I am on a limited budget it would cause problems during the months for me financially. So I went to Petsmart thinking I would have better results. But right from the get-go problems. Problems with the auto shipment. A huge problem now whereas I am being charged $92.53 twice within a day of each other because someone decided to press AutoShip twice at Petsmart. Now it's left up to me to take back 2- 40 pound bags of cat litter and a 40 pound bag of dog food. Oh, I didn't tell you, I'm disabled. I can lift about, 15 pounds on my own. I do not recommend their auto shipment unless you are John D. Rockefeller and have extra money hanging around in trees. If you are like me; on a limited budget, do not go with Pet Smart maybe go back to Petco. They are more understanding with This aspect and will refund you. And not tell a disabled woman to take back 120 pounds of cat litter and dog food to the store. For a refund on items she did NOT order!-PetSmart is fantastic, you can find almost anything at PetSmart that is advertised on TV that you can’t find anywhere else. Their prices are comparable, they use price compare Shopping. They’re just fantastic😃Their employees are wonderful too, if you have any kind of problems or issues their employees are there to help you at any point in time. I go there often and enjoy the atmosphere as well as all the sales that they employ, Thank You Petsmart, for being such a wonderful place to shop!😻😃💕 🐶🐾

I went to south Torrance Petsmart Sunday-3/5/2023 cuz there was a link issue for payments for on line orders for the 3 day sale. The associate at the register was rude& uncooperative & so I asked to speak with the Manager - she explained the on- line pymt issues & was Happy to honor the sale prices unlike the associate at the register that refused to match the on- line prices. WHICH I MAY SAY NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!!! So I give 5 stars 🌟's to Manager & 0 Stars to the associate @ the register at 10AM on Sunday- 3/5/2023 - YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE GIRL!!!

Been taking my dog here for grooming for about 6 months now and I'm always satisfied. I always feel comfortable leaving my baby, knowing he will be taken care of and safe. Highly recommend this location.

Lots of availability at this location. Staff is great and takes great care when grooming my senior German Shepherds and I saw it first hand with another Sr on the table. The girl would pause and pet the dog… was gentle with him too.

Very helpful staff, and pickup orders are very quickUpdate: I noticed that the prices here align with their app and website, they are also very helpful with price matching the website if anything is off. Agreed, doesn't sound like a big deal, but other locations nearby have higher prices. I'm glad I can always shop here and know what to expect!

When you're looking for some crickets you can always count on PetSmart they have some of the highest quality crickets out on the market today they're so good that you can literally eat them and survive and be healthy truly amazing highly recommended PetSmart location for customer service and friendly staff

This is a good PetSmart, there are usually always products that are in stock and the line is never too long. Someone is always there to greet you and answer any questions you may have.
