I found this pet food & supplies store when I was walking with my dog.This store was small store, but they had most of pet supplies.And they maintained organized and cleaned. They had the plenty of parking spaces.They had various natural foods for the dog. Especially, they sold the famous natural foods. It is called "Dr. martin dog foods".And you can only buy this product from their website.The price was little expensive, but it was made from the all natural foods and no preserve & no chemical was added.And, when I bought it, they gave me a discount of $3.00.They also sold the real pre made foods were ready to feedyour dog. I liked it because it was not dry foods and it was realcooked meals.And, they had dog trained pads which were reasonable price.& they sold various dog collars and leashes which werestrong a durable so they would last for long time.Definitely, I would like to recommend this store to all of the petparents.

I bought 2 water bottles at this location and one of them leaked as soon as I put the water in so I called and asked for an exchange. They said I could do that as I had just been in the store, but when I got to the store the workers were rude and told me I needed a receipt. I was never asked or given a receipt but I had been in the store 2 hours prior and they acted like they didn’t recognize me. Anyways, they called their manager and let me exchange the bottle but continuously told me that these bottles “just leak” even though the other bottle I bought works perfectly fine. I most likely won’t be back after this experience.

I loved global prior to it being sold the owner was very helpful and made sure when people bought Vaccines for there pets they knew how and where to give the shot, as well as the vaccines always came with directions with each Vaccine which used to be sold for $6-$10. When I recently went in to the new location I paid $22 per FvrCp Vaccination and was give 2 of the correct vaccines, but instead of receiving the sterile solution to dilute the Vaccination they gave me 2 Feline Leukemia Vaccines, I repeatedly called the number listed online and on bottom of receipt and it just rings and rings and rings. I have not given my cats there injections as they still sit in bag in my fridge because i have had no time to get back down to the store. I worked at a Vets office for 3 years as a vet tech assistant thankfully because if I had not worked there and given vaccines to pets daily I would probably have mixed the two and injected it into my cats, because there were no directions and I figure if a Business is selling these Vaccines one would think that they train there employees properly when they are handing out Vaccines that are administered via injections and pets can have adverse reactions to them.Other then that issue there store is very clean and packed with all different brands of foods. pricing has gone up a lot, but they do have a wide variety to chose from for foods, treats toys, and more but please if you are not familiar with vaccinations take your pet to a Vets office or a shot clinic they may have one there at the store on set days but please ALWAYS READ LABELS BEFORE GIVING PET VACCINES, and if you still are unsure either google it or call your local vet office don't just mix things giving to you but a pet store employee.

Great service. Staff are very friendly & helpful. It's worth the drive for us because their prices are 33% less expensive for raw dog food than all of our local pet food stores. Special orders arrive on time & we always get a phone call letting us know when our order has arrived.

Best prices in town for pet food a must for all pet lovers they have a good variety of high quality pet foods and a friendly and very knowledgeable staff.(Update)This place has moved and has new ownership. You will still find a huge variety of high quality pet food and other pet items. Staff is still very and very knowledgeable. Prices are fair but I'm one who believes you get what you pay for.

Big variety of healthy pet food in several size bags/cans and there are also some misc. supplies. The new location is brighter & organized. We have been going there for a few years for our dogs. I highly recommend it!

RACIST!!! IF YOU ARE BLACK STAY AWAY !!!! I have been coming here since my pit bull was a puppy. He’s now 13. I came here today looking for ear cleaner for my new Frenchie. I went to the aisle and saw there were several options. I walked up to the front to ask the cashier if he had any recommendations but I saw he was busy so I didn’t interrupt him, I just stood to the side and waited. While I was waiting he yelled at me ( out of the blue for no reason ) it completely startled me he yelled “ WHAT! WHAT IS IT!! CANT YOU SEE IM WORKING” at first I apologized for what I have no clue. Then I thought about it. I told him he didn’t have to be so rude and he said I’m sorry if Didn’t mean to be that way. Then he proceeded to answer a white mans questions with the most joyful energy. At that point I said hmmm he’s a hell of a lot nicer to you. He never addressed that I was waiting and then became dismissive. After that I explained that I had been coming here for 14 years and he was HORRIBLE!!

She listens to what we are looking for and has always been able to give us great information on the product and help us make the right choice in our purchase. Great selection amazing return/exchange policy you would be a fool to not come check the place out. Best of all the owner is very down to earth and friendly. Will help your every need. Intelligent staff.I have leaving posts but this place deserves it. They helped me find the perfect food for my frenchie by allowing me to return all the opened bags I had to go through. At one point I was embarrassed but we finally found the food he likes thank global pet food.

Great prices and selection on food and a few other things like flea control. No nonsense warehouse with racks and racks of products. Frequent buyer program tied to your phone number which gets you a free bag after 12 bags of the same brand, I think. They close at 6 PM now so be aware. Not sure if that's just during the pandemic or not.

They have a full range of quality pet food and supplies. I go for the Halshan frozen foods. Both the dogs and cats love it. You can get a 4% discount if you pay cash, 4% off frozen of freeze dried food on Friday. Everyday of the week is another discount day. They can deliver and you can pre-order so that you don't waste a trip just in case they're out of stock. Great service.

Came here and store is closed they have a sign that’s says they have a new location. Went to the new location and there’s nothing. Called both numbers they have and no answer. No posts on Instagram or website indicating the normandie location is permanently closed.

I have been a customer of Global Pet Food Outlet for a while now. The staff tries their best to help in any way they can. The store has so many name brand items. In the past, the store has tried & succeeded to get unique pet food brands for me. Throughout the years, I have recommended Global to many people. The ones that go tell me they like the prices which are mostly lower than other pet food stores. If you want to save money on your pet's food, give Global a try.
