My first time was a fabulous experience. I was assisted by a wonderful man who was a fount of knowledge! I tried the kitty litter and the food he suggested for my bangel cat and it was a huge success. My little kitty is so happy! I even saved money compared to the other chains I was shopping at previously. I will be returning always. And bless your staff for helping me out to the car with the kitty litter and food! I use a cane and it's usually difficult for me to get to the car! Such a great place! Thank you thank you and thank you! 😸👍👍🤗

Great self dog washing experience! If you’ve ever tried to wash a 30 pound dog in a bathtub with a sliding glass door, not only does it kill your knees but it kills your elbows as you rest them on the edge. No more!Pet Food Express’s dog washing stations don't require any bending over! The fee includes several choices of soap (I got the sulfate-free), towels, and they clean up afterward!.I was worried about fleas and possibly transmitting skin diseases to my doggie, but was told that they disinfect with “Rescue”, a veterinarian product, after each dog wash. Yay! That eliminated my worries. The dog wash is perfect for anyone with a dog scared of baths. Mine didn’t like it, but he didn’t squirm either.Special thanks to Alyssa, who has helped me multiple times when I've gone in.

This was my first visit to the Thousand Oaks location to give my special needs dog a bath. The ENTIRE staff was beyond fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I'd give 10 stars if that was an option.

Nice store, friendly staff, easy parking.They have had everything I've ever needed, and a couple of good discount programs that help with the total $They have a dog wash, that's like one of those coin operated self car washes. It's about 20 bucks, which seems a lot, but your dog will mess up their place instead of your own bathroom. I do it occasionally, and it works out well with my 120 lb Rottweiler pup.

I mainly go here for the pet food! There is a lot to choose from and most are good quality. It's a big store with really cute pet clothes, treats, toys, dog beds and more. There's a dog washing station as well that always looks clean. Overall a very clean looking store with a nice vibe, good things to choose from, and helpful staff

I really appreciate that the staff are very nice and very knowledgeable. I've transitioned from a big dog to a very small dog and I needed advice on feeding her.They were extremely helpful and kind. They have a large variety of dog foods and really helped me decide what was the best choice for my specific dog.

We’ve used the dog washing stations a few times with great success. They are easy to use and I like the selection of shampoos for my pup. I appreciate my dog being at my waist height which makes it so convenient and the staff is friendly. We come here between more extensive grooming appointments to keep our dog squeaky clean.

We've been taking our shepherds here to bath them for a couple of years now. It is setup really well & convenient. They clean the stalls after each dog, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good setup.

Fantastic place. They have a pet drinking fountain to the left of the entrance. They also have a great self pet washing stations for a reasonable price. I will be bringing my kitties for a bath. I really enjoyed chatting with the staff, very kind. This location, even though they are new to the area: they have already hosted a fundraiser through the pet bathing stations; to help fire fighters that they may continue to rescue our beloved companions. Thank you to this store for your kindness, love and generosity. I will continue to shop here!

We love it here. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and love our fur babies as much as we do. It's also nice not having to clean up after a pet bath, because they do it for you. Great place!

Went in to look around. Asked an employee a question and the amazing salesperson spent more than 45 helping me. She went over option after option to help me deal with some food problems I'm having with both my dog and one of my cats. She was exceedingly knowledgeable and was able to give me information that I didn't know. Really a great store, not close to my house but I will definitely still be making the trip to shop here.

I'm a traitor. I work @ PetSmart, however, like to check out other pet retailers to see what's worth buyin'. Prices are similar & their selection isn't as wide as far as variety in brands. But, what they do have slightly differs & that's a nice change. Also, for $18 they offer a pet self-washing station. Apparently you can wash your dog, cat, guinea pig, pot-bellied pig, hamster, gerbil, rabbit, etc. Not limited to dogs only, like PetSmart's groomers.

I recently placed an order to be delivered to my home with this Pet Food express. The delivery service unfortunately misplaced treats that I had paid for. I called up the Manager on duty Michelle. Not only was Michelle exceptionally professional and friendly but she looked into the matter and was able to set aside the treats for me to come pick up at the store within 20 min. This fantastic customer service from Michelle and the rest of the team over there is why I will continue to only go to Pet Food Express for my pet needs. These guys really work hard, and they do a great job day in and day out. Thank you Michelle and Team!!

I go here to wash my dog. Buy a token, put it in the slot and wash away! I like this place because it offers two leads to attach to my dog's collar and it holds him steadier while I wash him. He's big and this is an easy place to get him in the tub. It's not as claustrobic as walking him up the plank as some places are set up and he is more calm with the way the tubs are here.

They have a do-it-yourself dog was just like a coin-op car wash. Very nice and Great Facility. Only $15 for 25 minutes. Includes Shampoo, Towels and blow dry.
