This particular Peet's Coffee location is awesome!!! I have found the staff here to be consistently pleasant, efficient and accommodating. My drink is ALWAYS made perfectly to my order and I enjoy their delicious plain croissants and bacon, spinach and cheese frittatas. I do not live in the area but will drive to this Peet's location because of their outstanding service and quality food.

Made an early morning stop at this location. Staff was very pleasant and the drink tasted delicious. This location has a nice sized dining area but does not have a drive thru. They also have outdoor seating options. I would definitely recommend this place!

I love this place...The flavors are good The people are usually nice and even though they're busy they usually take care of your pretty quickly.. My favorite is black tieThis is a must stop for anyone who loves coffee and goodies!

We're visiting from the east coast and Peet's is relatively close to our hotel. Truly the best coffee I've ever had and we'll be here every day during our stay.Our first visit wasn't stellar as they forgot part of our order and we had to wait quite a while for husband's ice coffee. Otherwise it's been great!

Coffee is pretty good.Asked for something special and they made me a red eye. Espresso shot in coffee.Location is convenient with lots of parking. Lots of seating both indoor and outdoor.

I came in today just before noon to pickup some coffee with some friends and I’d never had an encounter like this. The barista taking the orders was surprisingly rude and throwing attitude. The place wasn’t that busy but I know online orders can slow it up. I don’t know if it was just an off day or what happened, but I won’t be returning. At least the coffee itself was good.

there’s a girl that works there looks like taylor swift from the upside down…kool-aid dipped blonde hair. she is crazy rude. 😭i thought she put my drink out onto the counter and when i grabbed it she was like “that’s not for you👹👹” and she snatched it back. absolutely did nothing to provoke her and the coffee was mid.

I went into Peets just a few minutes ago and had a displeasing experience. I ordered my drink which was not correctly made and tasted horrible. My friend ordered her drink and I suppose the cashier and my friend had a coffee misunderstanding which happens from time to time. When we grabbed our drinks the iced coffee was a cold brew. My friend let the lady with the nose piercing know her drink was incorrect and the lady said "well this was on the screen" and just had to go back and forth with my friend. Customer service aspect was just not there. Our drinks were thrown out. My cookie was crusty and tasted old. I wasted 17$ which I didn't get my receipt, and my morning going to the Peets. No thank you we don't want you to remake our drinks, the negative energy was distasteful. I hope you do better with your next customers.

I love Peet's...Their coffee is GREAT!Their Staff is always friendly and helpful.They keep the place spotless.Atmosphere is really great... The music choice is awesome (Different days have different genres, so you might get Classical music, Jazz & blues, golden oldies, and some Rock...)Occasionally it gets crowded, and might get noisy, but it's a community, so if you are a regular you start making friends there!

I love this place. It’s a gem. The baristas are top-notch. They always go out of their way to assist and accommodate patrons. You’ll get to know their names. Shout-out to Chance and Hannah and the rest of the team. I love your vanilla latte. For those thinking about visiting or taking a moment to work from (like I do to write and edit at a comfortable location), I highly recommend it.

This location is great. Very small compared to other coffee houses but the coffee is mostly great and when it's not, they are more than willing to make it again. The baristas are always nice and the customers are polite. This location brings in a very gentle clientele. I always look forward to going here when I have time because I know I'm getting a quality experience.

The drinks are great but every time I come in they’re never fully stocked. They’ll never have lids ever for instance. I also try to order a bagel but they’ll be out by 930am? How is that possible being a chain coffee shop. This hasn’t happened once but on multiple occasions.

100% better than Starbucks! Highest quality coffee, always super fresh, and an amazing collection. Peet's breakfast tastes homemade, and it's always affordable. Plus, you receive a free coffee, or pastry approximately every 10 visits.

Austin atmosphere, awesome Energy, awesome people and awesome product. Really enjoyed my hot mocha, especially the in-house made whipped cream. Too bad there are always older Middle Eastern gentleman speaking loudly in their language. I wouldn't mind it if they weren't so loud.

Peets coffee in general is great. I definitely choose this over the competition. But, this location seems to be a bit dated, items are scattered all over the place, and a bit unorganized. Also, the Baristas could be a bit friendlier, since they are handing off your drinks. No smile, no have a nice day, nothing from them.

When I got there tonight at 7:15 the staff was having a meeting and closed at 7. The manager or could have been an employee had the kindness and courteous attitude to offer me and my guest 2 pastries and some water. 5 STAR TREATMENT...kuddos goes out the entire staff . This is exactly what "customer service " is all about. Very rare in today's world.Thank you,Jimmy

Every Peets I go to is the same: friendly employees with at least a decent atmosphere, seating (obviously location size varies and therefore amount of seating), pretty good coffee and teas, and dependable wifi. Not going to get 5 stars because one more thing in common: Unkempt bathrooms.

Was here the other week. I ordered an Yuzu iced tea. It was ok, but I was glad to see how seriously they enforce social distancing and mask wearing. The young man at the counter asked this Karen to put her mask on. Was glad to see some businesses actually enforce the rules.

Probably the best "chain" coffee there is. Service at this particular store on the Ventura Freeway in Tarzana was excellent on both 12/23 and 12/24/19. I like that they gave free coffee on 12/24 with the option of donating the cost to a children's food bank charity. Yes, I did. What kind of jerk wouldn''t?

This Peets is quiet but usually most tables are full. Drinks are great - usual chain coffee shop fare made with a good variety of their own coffees (espresso I made with different beans on different days of the week!) And are a little less sweet that sbux or coffee bean and tea leaf. The Black Tie is my favorite having sweet condensed milk with cold brew coffee so you get little sips of sweet with an overall not too sweet drink.There's interesting coffee brewing tools and machines for sale that I usually haven't seen elsewhere. The place is clean and staff friendly.There's no changing table in the unisex bathroom, small parking lot but lots of meters on the street.Pete's no longer carries it's own teas but now has Mighty Leaf. They've also started serving breakfast sandwiches - very much going the way of other big chains.

Horrible experience. Seating; non-existant, unclean; dirty countertops and tables, coffee; mediocrity at its finest, chai latte, over spiced and brewed coffee overly sour with no creamer. A non-family friendly environment with a table of strictly old men centered in the very center of the room taking a wide space, I suppose that is acceptable? Or the usual environment?
