The entire staff has been friendly and kind every time we have ever interacted. Trainers are knowledgeable and the folks taking care of the dogs seem patient and experienced. Paradise Ranch is the only dog boarding and daycare facility that I experience zero concerns when we drop our dog, Teddy, off given their track record. Keep up the good work!

Couldn’t be happier every time I pick her up! I have been using their daycare service for a year ish now and the staff have been nothing but friendly and caring towards my dog. I’ve also used their boarding service. Everything is genuinely cage free, and I am more than impressed on how they handle so many dogs in one place without any commotion. I have used other daycare services where the dogs are barking like crazy and fights break out. The staff clearly have control over the situation and our trained on how to manage multiple dogs. I rarely even hear the dogs bark when I’m there to pick her up and drop her off. They also have cameras throughout the entire facility so you can check up on your dogs and how the staff is handling them at any point day or night. The most important thing is that overall her social skills have improved tremendously, and, she is calmer and more attentive at home 10 out of 10 recommend! Also recommend their training program.

WOW! Does Paradise Ranch have a cloning machine and stored my original dogs in the basement? These are not my baby girls, but I will keep them!!About 6 weeks ago I adopted littermate husky puppies. I, unfortunately (let be real… I was fortunate) had to leave for a race 3 weeks after getting them and scrambled to find a boarding that would meet our needs and expectations. My relationship depended on it!I found Paradise Ranch less than a week before I had to leave. They were quick to respond, and we immediately began the evaluation and orientation process. I’ll be honest, I am a helicopter dog-mom, and was nervous to hand my babies off to “strangers”. I also did not want to leave them with my fiancé because I didn’t want him to hate me while I was away for two weeks!!Everyone at Paradise Ranch was so nice and welcoming, Mihdi was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, especially with the short time frame. I was worried my girls wouldn’t pass the evaluation, but Paradise Ranch found the right group for them (smaller dogs), and we agreed to do the 4 hour mandatory day care the day before I board them.I’m embarrassed to say I was everything I didn’t think I would be. Maybe it was the race nerves, maybe I am just a little too excited and was bummed I had to part ways with them. I watched the cameras like a HAWK! My babies looked like they were having a blast — never did I see them sad or withdrawn. I think they would have won the naughtiest little girls award. With my desperation for the 14 day Board & Train, I was terrified the girls would not return home better than I left them. I became the crazy mom emailing and texting… and let me tell you — it was totally unnecessary!Despite my excitement when I returned home, I allowed myself to settle in (and did not watch the cameras the final two days!!), and picked them up in the scheduled day. My trip was only 12 days, but we agreed it was best to give me those two days and let the entire session complete. On pick up day, I did not believe the dogs brought out were my girls. Bowie, my strong-willed “what’s in it for me” girl came out Heeling!! HUSKIES DON’T Heel!! Or so i’ve been told. She listened to all the commands when first told and still does! Everest, my excitable baby was able to contain her excitement and follow through the commands. We are now 48 hours home, the girls are settling in and we are continuing to work on the new rules/commands. It’s completely changed the energy of our entire home, and I not longer fear my fiancé will hate me for getting the two instead of 1. We have two more private sessions, and I cannot wait to see my babies become the goddess little naughty girls in the dog world 🤪I will definitely keep Paradise Ranch in my back pocket for refreshers or when I travel for races again… I won’t be glued to the cameras next time around either!Thank you Paradise Ranch for taking care of my babies and putting up with my insanity!

This place is like a five star extended stay hotel/day care for dogs and it is an amazing. No cages, off the leash and supervised by professionals. It’s not a problem if dog never been trained. They have an excellent K9 training program to teach proper behavior. Age or size of the pet doesn’t make a difference. All dogs are getting proper education, the best care and loving they do need. On top of that, security cameras everywhere around. It gives an opportunity for the pet’s owners check on their pets 24/7. Just go on line and see your dog. This place is very impressive. Paradise indeed.

We have been bringing our 1ish year old lab here for both daycare and boarding. We love all of the cameras we have access to when she is there. During boarding bedtimes you can see all the dogs sleeping on all the cots! Pretty fun. Our dog always seems excited to be dropped off. They will even groom/bathe your dog if you ask which is super nice after they’ve been there for boarding!

It’s been years since we’ve been here. We came back with a new furry friend. We were dog sitting and needed help during the holidays and everyone there is super nice. They have cameras all over the place and you can view it if you wanna see how your little one or big one is doing. What I forgot about, is that you have to bring your own food and snacks. Not all dogs have the same diet. The one main challenge which ended up not being a challenge later on, was trying to get into the gate and leaving. For as many dogs as they had, the intercom electric gate system seem to work out well. Things to note, you have to do a assessment and they’ll see where your dog fits. I think they’re at full capacity now, but our dog got grandfathered in. We are very grateful to Management and Staff for all that they do. It is so exciting to see our little lady get to go to Paradise Ranch. Thank you for making it so much fun.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for years. Daycare is very affordable, boarding a little more expensive. My dog is always thrilled to go, and is tired when she gets home. I love that I can see her on the webcams when I’m traveling too. Staff is always kind.

If I could, I would give 10 stars to Paradise Ranch! My dobbie goes there almost every day for a few hours to burn her energy. The staff is not just friendly, they are super professional - everybody: the handlers, office people, especially their trainers Elias and Mihdi. Sofie was going there for a 3 week training and it made such a difference. And the owners are so great and helpful - if you ask them to go one mile, they will do five! They would listen and make any adjustments or requests. It is such a beautiful place, real paradise for our doggies:)

This is the best pet resort ever. My dog Henny loves it. It’s clean and well managed. I leave her over night when we are out of town, and feel 💯 confident my dog is well taken care of. Can’t imagine what I would do without them.

Recommend Paradise Ranch to everyone we know! Our dog Ruby is 2 years old and we have been sending her to Paradise Ranch for almost the entirety of her life and she LOVES it. We have had so much success with their daycare and especially with their cage free boarding services. The staff is fantastic. Kind, responsive and attentive. Also, the ability to to check on Ruby through the camera system offered is a fantastic perk when I am out of town and missing my dog.10/10 worth it!!

Does anyone else think this place is odd? When you go in for orientation, you have to watch this "Welcome video" that represents like bad utopian horror movie or an episode from black mirror.PROS:The facility is beautiful, clean and well designed to monitor large groups of dogs. staff seems well trained. Plenty of cameras to watch your dog.CON: expensive, difficult to get booking during holidays and here is the odd part I don't like..the dogs are not allowed to play. They use this unique "pack-leader" technique where each group of dogs (about 20)gets assigned pack leader staff. All the dogs indistinctly recognize that the human staff is the pack leader and they naturally behave and is submissive within the group. The staff is not allowed to pet, give attention or Play with the dogs. The dogs are not allowed to play amongst themselves (no chasing, no wrestling, no dog play) neither. If they start playing or getting excited, the human staff warns them by spraying water or putting a leash on them. This technique is actually clever and keeps the dogs calm and uniformed. but when I watch the camera, the dogs are just chilling.. almost like zombie dogs. They're not running around having fun. They're not allowed to. They just roam around alone in circles or just sleep. Their photos on the Google page look like they're having a hell of a time but reality is a bit different.end of story: if your dog is older, just likes to chill and hang out.. this place might be good. But if your dog like mine is social, outgoing and wants to run around with other dogs, do not come here as that kind of behavior is not allowed. And please.. did anyone else find the intro video during orientation a but creepy?

Amazing facility! Staff seems exceptionally caring and competent. They evaluate your dog to make sure it’s a good fit before boarding, but if he’s accepted, I’m pretty sure my dog will have a better time on his vacation than I will on mine!

Brought my puppy mini poodle for the week long board and train. We loved that we could look at the cameras whenever we wanted to check in and call the staff if we had any concerns. The head trainer Mihdi was great! He walked us through our pup’s training, commands, concerns and gave us prescriptive next steps. We have one more private session to do a check in once we’ve followed his protocol for a bit. Paradise Ranch is the best and most affordable training facility in the LA area. Highly recommend!

Words cannot express how happy we are with the 21 day training experience with Paradise Ranch Pet Resort. Our pup is 2 1/2 and we wanted to transition from a harness to a collar, as he was turning into a pretty consistent puller. When our boy was dropped off to us, he was incorporating his new learned trainings flawlessly and was more responsive than we have ever seen.Mihdi is a dog whisperer, and takes great care and attention to all his clients. He really worked with us until we felt comfortable and prepared. Thank you!!Our entire relationship with him has changed. We are not stressed on our walks, he is attentive and well behaved, and listens to commands with ease.We cannot thank you enough, for taking care of our good boy, and for instilling a new set of skills that we will incorporate for the rest of our lives together.10/10 recommend.-Saxon and Joe and Spud

We have absolutely no complaints about this place. We utilize both the daycare and the boarding services for two dogs and have been pleased every time. The cameras give me peace of mind when going away for an extended period, and I truly appreciate knowing that staff are present with my pups at all times. Having the option for my dogs to get baths after days of playing with friends and in the water is an added bonus.Updating this to only 4 stars after a lengthy boarding stay:After a little over a week, one of my pups was significantly skinnier than we'd like to see, even though I was reassured that meal time was monitored and logged. I was never told that my dog had not been eating adequately. I also sent medicated wipes to be used once a day to prevent UTIs, and made a point to talk to someone personally in the office to make sure that it could and would be done. Even after we paid for a bath prior to picking them up, my dog was FILTHY, as it seems not a single wipe had been used.

Great little place. No cages. My dog enjoy staying there. It can get warm but they have lots of ways of dealing with it, including lots of air condition space

I've been taking my 2 year old dog to Paradise Ranch for day care for ~1 year and recently boarded him for the first time for the 7-day board and train. I hadn't been able to get his leash pulling/manners under control and it has been a daily struggle (and workout) taking him outside. After 7 days of training and sticking to the training structure/protocol laid out by Mihdi I'm happy to report that I'm now able to walk my dog and have him stay by my side at all times, and single-handedly at that if needed. We have a few other behavioral issues to work on, but solving the leash problem has been such a huge weigh lifted off off my shoulders.Thank you to the team at Paradise Ranch for taking good care of my pup and providing us with the tools we need for training!

Our dog goes once a week and stays overnight when we are out of town. I love the different play yards for the dogs and the overnight accommodations are amazing. Beds for those who want them, floor for others, always a person in the room. Live cam so you can watch your dog day or night. Kiki looks forward to going there every week

We love everything about Paradise Ranch. We are now on our second dog (our first dog passed away in May 2020 after almost 14 years) who is enjoying her visits to the ranch for daycare and boarding and training. They are amazing with the animals and I feel very secure in leaving my dog with them for extended times. The team members are all great and care a lot about the animals. I highly recommend them.

This pet ranch is really one of the best! The staff is knowledgeable, and they find solutions for problems. They make sure your pet is well taken care of. Personally, we did day camp with training but clearly the boarding would be as excellent. The webcams are a fantastic idea, allowing you to check on your pet at anytime. I like how the dogs have quite a few areas they move about throughout the day. From the water parks to the shaded areas with misting, this is a top notch facility. Plus, the grounds are fully gated. I highly recommend this pet ranch for your loved ones.

any babies love this place! I have a Yorkie/Chihuahua and a pit bull and they get so excited when we pull up, and they're really tired when I pick them up which I absolutely love! Oh! And to know that I can log on the cam from home and watch them play is an extra bonus! And this place is the same price as one of those regular doggy day cares only Paradise Ranch Pet Resort is waaaaay nicer! No cages! I love it! My babies will be going here forever!

Hands down best place to board your dogs while you're away. We did the boarding and training package and it's worth every penny. The trainers do an excellent job teaching both the dogs and owners. The dogs are cage free and get to mingle with the other pups in a controlled environment!

So far we love it here. Needed our 1yr old pup acclimated to the dog world. They do an assessment and ensure my dog and others are safe. Plus there are webcams so you can check in.

We love Paradise Ranch for our sweet golden doodle Perry. I have looked at backup places and none of them come close to what this place offers. Its like the Ritz Carlton for dogs. I wish I could go here.Everyone who works here is nice polite and answers all of my questions. Thank you for taking such good care our our dog.

The perfect spot to spoil your dog! The daytime say care pricing can’t is such a good deal for all that play! A lot of indoor smelly daycare places are $30-$35, so why wouldn’t you just go here!? The cameras are great, you can see your pups playing in the fountain pool which is always heart melting . Thank you Paradise ranch!

I have a 7 year old pitbull named Bowser who comes here for daycare and boarding. I have been to at least 10 different dog boarding facilities through out the Los Angeles area, and nobody has come close to this place. One of greatest things I love about this place is their transparency policy. They had me watch a video on the day of the evaluation that goes over dogs and their behavior in a group environment, as well as their training standards and the dog handlers methods of maintaining a safe environment for everyone. During the video, I was also able to watch Bowser be evaluated with the lead handler. Fortunately, my dog passed his evaluation. The lead handler briefly discussed my dogs experience and the different behaviors my dog displayed upon meeting a strange new dog. Luckily, Bowser is well socialized so they didn't have much to discuss with me. However, they were quick to explain how they handle dogs that are more out of tune I guess you could say. After the discussion, and my dog joined the group, he hooked me up with instructions on how to access their live feed cameras. Holy smokes!! I was impressed by the amount of cameras available, and that they are in HD too! Coming from someone who has seen many different facilities, this was absolutely a huge win for me. I am not going to lie, I did tune in from time to time that day to watch him and it was so fun to see him interact with the dogs. A big big WOW factor are the water yards! They have 2 different yards with two shallow pools with water feautures. Its very hard to describe, I suggest you check them out for yourself! Bowser is privileged to attend doggy slumber parties from time to time. All I have to do is show up, fill out a form, give them his food and thats it. Its a quick and easy process and you can tell they get people in and out of there quick. The parking lot had cars coming in and going out. I am not the only person who wants to get away after being locked up I can see! Whenever I have a question, there is someone there ready to provide an answer, which I really appreciate. This place is a god send ,and I am happy to have my dog stay there. I know he loves the ranch and that he is in good hands. I see it all the time on their cameras when he is there. I can go on and on about Paradise Ranch to be completely honest, but I won't. Just do yourself the favor and give this place a visit! You're fur baby will thank you for it!
