This pharmacy has been nothing but a pain to work with. There is always something wrong at every visit. Prescriptions not being filled on time, Prescription notifications being sent out stating they are ready when we arrive to pick them up they are not ready. On this visit when I had a complaint about the current prescription to be picked up the associate dismissed my complaint. Yes I was corrected but only on half of my complaint. Was advised to speak with the manager but wouldn't come talk being too busy. there are too many issues to write down on this survey. The News is correct as are the employees working for CVS. The Management needed to see to the needs of the customers not their pockets. I have a $5.00 co-pay and always pay more I have complained in the past to both CVS and Caremark. The store is super dirty, in need of repair (Roof leaks every year above the Pharmacy, and nothing is ever done about. the ceiling tiles have never been replaced after the rain leaks. This CVS is totally in bad shape.

Lady at drop off in pharmacy had a rude personality and not very helpful. Would recommend going somewhere else. The ladies in the front of the store are usually nice but I usually try to go to a different cvs.

I had surgery and they refused to fill my Norco prescription, and when I asked why she wouldn't say, just told me to go to a different pharmacy. It wasn't the prescription itself that was an issue, because the next pharmacy I took it to filled it gladly.

We found what we were looking for quickly,we had to wait in line for a short time,the cashier was very friendly.

They tell you to wait 30 minutes every time, but won't give you your prescription until the next day. If you care for your health, stay away from CVS altogether.

👎worse customer service in the entire world every one needs to be retrained from the pharmacist to the cashiers always a problem I have never had a good experience with them I even complaint to management and my situation with the pharmacy got even worse

called to make sure they took my insurance I was told they did I get down there and the girl at the pharmacy gives me an attitude will never go there again
