I have never wrote a complaint in my life but when it's come to my dog and just plain laziness I feel it's my need to warn others. I dropped my POMERANIAN off who is completely butchered! Pomeranians usually have long hair and if it is trimmed shorter at least be even! I'll just let the pictures show you all the evidence. They need a new groomer, 80$ to be completely lazy and use clippers on my dog is just unacceptable!

A HUGE thank you to Brittany and everyone (but especially Brittany) at Kriser's. These two beasties have some persnickety taste in food, and it's been a struggle recently to keep their favorite brand and flavor in stock at home. Brittany really went above and beyond; finding some at the other location, bringing it here to Sherman Oaks, and calling me up so I could come get it. Not all heroes wear capes, but if anyone has earned one, it's Brittany. Tom Kittleston and Penelope Lane say thank you! (Okay, actually Tom says "waaaaaaaaaaaahhhh" and Penny says "maow maow maow!" but I think that translates as thank you.)

Hands-down the best experience, every time. Amanda and the rest of the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and are concerned about one thing and one thing only, the well-being of your pet, even if that means not selling the higher ticket items. We love the store and will always continue to come back to the specific location because the staff make it such a pleasurable experience!

Love this little pet shop! Every time I come here, my dogs and I are treated so kindly. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and always willing to help me out with my dogs special needs. They have a great selection of food and toys, and the place always looks CLEAN and organized, which I really appreciate. I get both of my dogs groomed here regularly, and have never been disappointed with the service. One of my dogs is long-haired and can get matted very easily, she always looks so good (and smells amazing!!) every time I pick her up. My other dog is very anxious and the groomers are very patient and kind with her and give her a lot of special attention. I know that they both love their spa days here. Thanks Krisers!

Pickup is super easy. With pickup at the store, you get a 10% discount. If you wait for a sale then add the 10% store pickup - it could be a substantial savings. Been coming here for years and never once had bad customer service. Keep up the great work!

Love this pet store, wonderful natural pet products for our sweet boy to enjoy! The staff is always friendly and helpful, prices are great! We love their grooming services too our pup always looks great coming home and is comfortable with them

I heard from a friend that I should check this place out and they were so right! My Dane has skin allergies and the staff helped me pick out some food that seems to be really helping, and he hasn’t had any stomach issues since we switched food too!! I felt welcomed and the staff was eager to help me with good advice and took their time. I recommend a visit if you haven’t been already, I’m definitely a regular now.

Linda, the store manager at the studio city location was so incredibly helpful and really took pride in her work and her love of dogs! She helped me find food for my 15 week old mutt (coyote mixed!) puppy and 1.5 year old goldendoodle. Both of them have terrible allergies. She really took her time and shared valuable information about her own pups. It was my first time in the store, and I will definitely be a return customer!

Talk about good customer service! Because of supply chain issues, my dog's favorite treats were out of stock at our local Kriser's and everywhere else (both brick and mortar stores and online). Our dog was pretty upset with us so I decided to call around to the other Kriser's stores so see if they had any. Linda at the Sherman Oaks store had their remaining inventory delivered to our local store the SAME DAY! You don't get that kind of service often anymore. Thanks Linda!!!

We've been going to Kriser's Studio City for some years now. Terrific friendly staff. We've got a cat and the quality of the food they sell is the best we've found. It feels very illicit these days to be ordering our food over the phone, driving to the store and picking up our stash by the back door which is left by a masked employee. They've been great helping over the phone and we're looking forward to the day we can go inside and talk to the staff again. Special thanks to Lindsey and Amanda.

I can’t imagine having not found this place. The staff is so knowledgeable! We have an animal rescue and thankfully I was lucky enough to connect with the manager here. If we have a cat with anxiety issues she recommends special “treats” and even plug in wall accessories that calm them. (Lindsey I believe) She goes above and beyond to explain what she knows will be helpful for an animals well being and helps us with ANY AND ALL dietary needs and concerns for special dog. On top of just cats/dogs she has helped us with most of our rescue critters, has always taken whatever time needed and shared her knowledge of equine health(we have horses/donkeys/ mini horses/mules/goats......! The store is always clean and organized and the welcome one receives up omg entering makes you feel valued and assured your needs will be met. I feel great about feeding my rescue animals the humanely and responsibly sourced pet food (there are more than one brands here!!!) parking is convenient and every question and concern I have felt for my animals has been taken seriously given attention ♥️ this place has made me feel as if my animals and I are very very cared for valued as a customer/customers!!!! Wish I could give this place a 20😊☺️

I just wanted to reach out and give credit where credit is due. Krisers has a great selection of higher quality foods and products than your average pet store. What makes them stand apart is the customer service. The manager Lindsey was extremely helpful, personable, and outgoing. She went above and beyond to help me and my standard poodle. That type of customer service is what creates brand loyalty.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for grooming since they opened and they are really fantastic! I also buy my food here. It’s even better is that they donate dog food to local animal rescues which wins my heart!!

This company needs to work on their front and back-end communication. I went to the store in person to cancel the in-store pick up order i placed online. I didn't get a confirmation about canceling my order and didn't get a refund. As of today, I'm still being charged for the order I cancelled. Called the store to follow up and they said the store can't do anything. It was my first time at the store last week (when I went in to cancel my order) and spent some time there. It carries many good products.

I recently got a new puppy from a shelter and have a been a bit overwhelmed. I stopped by Kriser's for food and other supplies and had an awesome experience. I was helped by Xander who pointed me in the right direction for what my puppy needed and also gave me some great puppy advice. My pup loves the food and treats I got for him. I will consider Kriser's my go-to spot! Highly recommend!

Great local pet store that has way more healthy and yummy options for my sister's dogs and my baby Bengal. It's nice to find a place for animals that reminds me of the quality and high standards as a Sprouts or Whole Foods. Since I consider my little kitty Oslo like my child, and I am too old to have actual kids now, I want him to have the best.

Dangerous treatment of animals and terrible customer service!!! After I paid $100 for a grooming the person working at the store threw my 12lb dog on top of a high counter where she could easily have fallen off. When I commented on the rough treatment, he screamed profanities at me repeatedly without pause. This is absolutely unacceptable. This staff member had no concern for customers or the safety of the animals!

I love the Krisers in Studio City. The staff are very professional and incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the wonderful foods and treats that they carry. Lindsey Baily, the store manager, leads a great team. Lindsey runs a great store. She will let you know the best food for your dog and is so helpful and it’s always wonderful to spend time at this location. Go to Krisers and ask for Lindsey...she’s that good!!!

If you are new to the area and have frequently shopped at another branch out of state don't expect your rewards to roll over when THEY SAY THEY DO. I even called to confirm that the branch was able to pull up my account to see my rewards and confirmed prior to making the commute to said store to make my purchase. I get there and the gentleman working today (6/30/18) said he does not see our rewards but he can sure enough pull up my account and see my previous purchases but still refused my rewards. Keep in mind my reward purchase point were at the point where I earned a free bag of food. This is the first time ever I had an issue with a branch pulling up my rewards information.That's fine there are local store. Loser to me anyways. This loyal customer is taking their business elsewhere.

I took my senior rescue Chi dog there today to have a bath and his nails trimmed......he hates having his nails touched much less trimmed. I must give Randy my highest approval and rating 5 plus...plus....plus....she did an incredible job. My Diego turned into a biting crazy monster and she handled it perfectly. She was patient...loving.....and did an outstanding job. Those of us who have rescue dogs don't know their backgrounds and have no idea what their past experiences have been. My Diego today had an outstanding grooming experience with a very experienced groomer. She took the time to do things right!!!! So, thank you Randy.....
