My family and I had a fantastic experience at the Shaver Deli! The customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond. The food was delicious (we ordered pancakes, a sausage muffin, a bacon breakfast sandwich, and some chunky bread), and best of all: the reasonable pricing! My only point of contention was the hardness of the chunky bread but that might’ve been due to the time of our arrival vs when the bread came out of the oven. Overall, a quality breakfast in the area. Highly recommended!

First stop before heading higher up the mountain. The shop was short staffed but the employees still did a great job with a smile.The place was clean.They had a mini mart section, had souvenirs to purchase, and a hot/cold food area for order.Also had a mini coffee section which is always nice. Thank you for the friendly environment

Nice place has everything your looking for it's a nice one stop shop from drinks including alcohol, medicine, snacks, chargers, souvenirs,towels,ice cream and a breakfast menu and lunch we had their breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwiches where delicious their coffe and tea was good their cappuccino I don't recommend it wasn't good i didn't drink it but I would go n back again and I recommend this place

We didnt realize it at first, but we got there JUST before they closed at 2:00pm, but they didn't rush us, and the food was fresh. We had a BBQ tri tip sandwich and a grilled chicken wrap. They were delicious and the prices were reasonable. It was a nice day so we ate outside.

I've lived/vacationed in Shaver for 20+ years and used to always come here. We haven't been in for a few years and we stopped in the morning of Shavers firework show. The place was PACKED and they were trying to get orders out as fast as they can. We ordered 3 breakfasts burritos and took them to go. They were awful. Absolutely nothing was seasoned and some of the potatoes were nearly raw and also unseasoned, which was disgusting. We cut them slack thinking they were just too busy and were trying to get food out too fast. My husband and I went in this morning (a weekday morning, not busy at all) to get chunky bread for breakfast. We sat down inside to eat it, got halfway through the loaf (it was actually INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS), until we noticed that the rest of the bread was raw. Completely undercooked. My husband took it up and the lady apologized and gave us a new loaf. We ate a piece off of it and decided to take the rest home. I got home and began eating more...two pieces in and I hit raw dough again. But this loaf was worse than the last. We only got 3 cooked pieces off this one...I tore through the rest but all of it was mooshy and raw, still stretchy and wet. Extremely disappointed.

I wish I could share more details about this location with you, however, it was packed in this little Deli. I would say this is a great sign. They too have souvenirs at this location and their coffee smells amazing.I will probably be stopping by on my way back off the mountain.Just so you know, based on how popular they are with the attendance inside, I'm going to think they are going to be worth the stop.

mom and i had an excellent french dip and blt here, french fries were just ok, but the meal was seriously great and so was the coffee. plus plenty of souvenirs and homey small town friendliness makes it 5 stars. highly recommend for food!

The monkey bread is amazing. Nice and warm with melted buttery cinnamon goodness. I had never had it before. It was a nice sweet treat to go with my coffee. I didn't try any of the signature coffees or sandwiches on this trip. Next time.

Snacks and drinks are great. Service was mixed, employees ranging from greeting guests, to looking at their phones while customers are waiting for their orders, to not greeting customers and walking away. Overall, experience was ok.

Really cool place to stop and pick something up. They have a famous "Chunky Bread" that sells out quickly. It's pretty good and reminds of a cinnamon bun. Definitely worth a stop and try.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches and their monkey bread sells fast. It is a bit confusing when you come in, to figure out where exactly to go for what you want. Regular coffee, get it yourself and bring it to the register. Fancy coffee drinks...all the way down to the left.Order your food where you pay for coffee and if there is no monkey bread in the rack, just ask and they seem to have more available.The staff is nice and the food is excellent...it just takes a long time to get your order and they could use some better organization to eliminate the confusion when you come in.

This is a good place to stop at for breakfast before heading to China Peak for a ski day. Make sure to get the chunky bread! You can share it with your friends, it's a lot if you get the loaf size.

They have a very good Pastrami sandwich! Employees were very friendly and helpful. The prices are very good for what you get. Will definitely go back when we are up there again.

Came here with 11 people after a backpacking trip and they were able to feed us all well within 20 minutes of ordering. Good food. Veggie burger option. Milkshakes! Good vibes. And they stayed open past normal hours to feed us all. Will stop here again!

Chunky bread… that’s all I should have to say. Period!Seriously though, it’s a delightful treat. Sweet, caramelly (?), cinnamon crusted goodness. Get there early because everyone wants it. Not kidding, I don’t think I’ve ever been here and not had a bit of a line in front of me. They move people though quickly, so the wait isn’t bad. The store carries other goodies to go, as well.Just stop in. You won’t regret it.I promise.

Great customer service had a cob salad an hot pastrami sandwich the bomb! Also got a loaf of there best cinnamon bread brought it home family ate it up in 1hour should of bought 2 loafs.
