Ive been here several times over the last several years. It’s mostly been fine, nothing special on either end of the spectrum, but lately this store has fallen off dramatically. You can’t get help, lines are super long, often the product you are looking for isn’t carried, and ordering parts is atrocious. It’s sad, and unfortunately it’s not unusual, but I’m voting with my money and taking my business somewhere else.

Very helpful very knowledgeable staff. Always friendly. The store is deceptively large in a good way. Massive selection of quality products at great prices for the area. Not just hardware but outdoor, hunting and fishing including a fully stocked gun shop. They also have the best deals on dog food.

For the last year I have noticed the difference in assistance this company has to offer. The hours have changed and the staffs knowledge of basic skills pertaining to the business is insufficient. In addition to that I never liked “Do It Best” cheap equipment. Thank you.

Very friendly staff and a great place to pick up things for our trailer. We even picked up fishing licenses, and the lady serving us was very sweet and so funny. Absolutely will be back if we need anything else before we head home next week.

This is the best community hardware store around. They have all your hardware supply plumbing heating electrical masonry and most important paint to help you with all your projects. The staff there is friendly and happy to help. Check them out if you haven't already and you know you'll return again and again for all your home improvement needs!

Awesome firearm selection and it's so great to have the gear they have available locally at generally competitive prices. I have purchased 2 firearms there and they will do ffl transfers for $50 so it's usually best to just to through them. One clerk gave me parts out of his personal toolkit to get me to the range that day. Great store!

A well lit, clean and well organized store with great employees. Friendly and helpful, and well trained. When I go in I am greeted at the door with a smile, and "can I help you?" They must do their home work because they always direct me to the right place. If they have it they know where I can find it, and they have a comprehensive inventory.

Seems to be the place to go if you have any sort of hardware needs, found it especially helpful as they have a variety of R.V. hardware and accessories that you may find yourself needing to ready your R.V. for storage or along your travels.

Good hardware store, but doesn't have quite as many items as Ace does in town. Disparaged me going to the other place because a street fair would block me from getting there=> they were wrong! Ace had plenty of parking in their own lot.

I come here regularly. The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful to my son and I. They even offered to open up when I came 5 minutes after closing since I come by so often. Top notch customer service is all I have ever received. Last week I went to buy some pvc pipe and a pick axe. I thought they were out of pick axes but the gentleman found one a customer burried behind other tools. Thanks guys!

I stopped in while charging my car. As soon as I walked in, I thought "I"m going to spend money in here. Wow." First, though, the bathroom. "No public bathrooms," the woman in back said. Well, then you just lost at least a $60 sale (Carhartt sweatshirt). I'm not going to continue browsing if I have to use the restroom, so I left. And I'm sure I'm one of many. Maybe Solano's should look at the big picture. I won't be back.

A real hardware store, not a mega mall, employees find what you want, they will cut Hardware that is purchased there, everything you need you'll find. A "Do-It-Best" affiliate, the store has courteous help, quick checkout, and an easy layout.

The elderly man working the register accepted my mother's day $5 off coupon code, then took it off for no reason. After confronting him, he avoided to give me an answer why. Extremely rude! As a local, I will never shop here again. Ace ftw.

It's a ghetto. I will never shop there again. I was harassed upon walking in today because of my backpack (no "hi"). I'm an engineer by profession and don't need to steal items from their disgusting store where they treat people like lowves, and for sure won't give them my backpack with documents, IDs, cards, cash, laptop, camera and other valuables. If you respect yourself avoid this hole.
