They only stay in business because it is the only store selma has. They now only have 2 self check out registers but wont open more regular registers. The line to check out wraps around the store. The aisles are filled with pallets of merchandise. Its very hard for carts and handicap people to get through it. They stock all day so you cant get what you need. You have to wait for workers to finish. And now most things are locked. Unless youre doing grocery pick up. Dont bother.

this Selma Walmart is the closest one to me and I’m handicap. Their service is outstanding the people that work there. Unfortunately they don’t provide handicap carts. The management have decided that handicap people aren’t important enough or we don’t spend enough money for them to provide carts for us.At One time they used to be a bench out by where the carts where kept That was removed. Why. I frequent the store at least three times a month am I average spending is at least $200 each time, if not more. I am handicap, can’t drive. So when someone takes me and drops me off or shop themselves I really need a cart. If not I’m standing like the last time an hour and a half so I was wiped out by the time I got a cart. numerous other handicap people came by to try to get a cart nothing finally staffs, guarding the door felt sorry for me and sent the employee to go and see if they could find me one of the two carts they thought they had they found one in the back with the staff area. I hurried and got my necessities cause I know another person was there waiting had been waiting like half the time I had been.This is the second time I have complained about it. I talked to a manager the first time nothing became of that one conversation.I feel that management only care how much money they are making not about the customers. The majority of the personnel are fantastic.Walmart is one of the stores that I can go to and get almost everything I need please help us and I mean us the handicap. Thank you.

It's Walmart. Everyone knows what that means. My biggest gripe is the self check-out. They have done all that they can to force us to use it. But when I go to it, half of the machines sit idle and are not used. So you sit there in a line just to check out, when many of the self check-out stations are not made available.

Walmart has become a horrible and unsafe place to shop for me. I have PTSD and crowds of people make me have major anxiety. This is extremely overwhelming and horrible to shop. There is no self checkout, hardly any lines open. I will never shop at Walmart again. Not only is there a ton of people, they treat you like a criminal. Security all around and security cases have everything locked up. I do not feel welcome or safe in this store. Thank you to the kind staff I know this is not on you. To Walmart company please seek mental help to figure out a logical solution to this unimaginable problem you have created.

This store is small, dark and crowded with product in the middle of aisles. Doesn’t carry a lot of item. Self checkout is 20 items or less so I have to stand for ages waiting on the slowest cashiers in town.

Received a gift of a hair trimmer that was bought at Walmart. I don’t trim my own hair, but needed a beard trimmer. I tried to exchange the hair trimmer for store credit, but was told not at my store by the employee, we didn’t do any exchange without a receipt. Was instructed to go to Sanger or one of the other Walmart's. Sad I wasn’t asking for money I just wanted store credit so I could get beard trimmer. I didn’t steal it it was a gift I was trying to exchange. WhyI be told other stores would exchange?

Went toselma Walmart 12-29, went to the register in the garden area, young kinds working back there talking and giggling while there was a long line. Raising minimum wage just makes people lazier, especially at walmart and especially the younger generation. This walmart is one of the worst but telling management doesn't help either. I would rather pay Von's prices than go to walmart .

This is my local Walmart so for convenience I do end up shopping here. It is always a nightmare. There are always pallets out or employees stocking shelves/remote shopping. Navigating, let alone looking for what I want, requires as much attention as driving a motor vehicle. It might as well be a race track for how tight some of these spaces are they leave for you to squeeze your cart through, the blind corners, etc. The other day I decided to shop early in the morning hoping it would be better, nope. AND it was worse because they were only operating a few self checkout registers. It took me longer to checkout in the morning, when it was less busy, than it did to checkout in the afternoon when it's packed!! This place sucks, it's not the fault of the employees but it is the fault of Walmart management. It is amazing how terrible my shopping experience here is every single time.

I came here to the information desk asking if it was allowed to overnight in my car, and she was super friendly telling me where I could park and inviting me to use all of the facilities anytime. Top service!Was perfect, waking up in the morning and shopping for breakfast before hitting the road again. Amazing Walmart!

Avoid Auto Center. I bought a battery 2 years ago that finally crapped out on me. It is still in the warranty period. Battery acid is leaking over time and the terminals get covered in corrosion which leads to inadequate contact. I went in to get it replaced at 6:20pm and waited until 7:10 when the service tech Ricky finally showed up to the counter. He asked if I could come back tomorrow because they were short people and there were a lot of customer cars already and what I wanted to do would require a manager from the front to come over.... as if he was being lazy and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. He then told me that they probably couldn't do anything about the battery anyways because it is just corrosion and leaking battery acid..... He then proceeds to say if I come the next day, they will have to throw the battery on the machine to see if it is good or bad. That's fine by me... if the problem was a voltage and wattage. The machine isn't going to tell that the battery with corrosion and leaking fluid left me stranded. If it's visually bad they still wont go by common sense. Avoid this place and avoid Ricky.Edit: I went to the Walmart in Dinuba and the employee hooked the mobile battery machine on the battery as soon as I set it on the counter and instantly read bad. The battery was replaced.. The tech at Selma definitely was being lazy and incompetent.

good prices & selection, nice customer service. outstanding team members bringing out the online pickup orders. my 1 complaint is some of the home delivery folks are seriously lacking, after a very large delivery was delivered to the wrong address, i added specific notes for the delivery driver to confirm correct house! yet they delivered to the wrong house 3 more times back to back. this lack of customer care is too much for me. i canceled my membership & now use the free pickup. delivery is a great idea but only if done correctly. keep in mind we're all paying for the $900+ free groceries delivered to the wrong address (3 times!) ps shame on those peeps stealing those deliveries karma does catch- up to you...

I hate this place.. Well, the people make me hate this place. The staff is rude. Some long haired nappy old woman practically ran me over not paying attention. People in electronics aren't there half the time or let any and everyone cut folks in line that have been waiting. And don't get me started on the Auto area. Unorganized.. A mess half the time.

Honestly, the only reason I shop there is because it’s the only real place near me. As far as their Customer Service, it stinks to high hell! Really I had to return something from a out of town store to the Selma Walmart and they said that I couldn’t return it there? Even with a receipt which I thought was weird! So I asked to speak with a Manager who I thought would over ride it but that wasn’t the case long story short, I got into a full blown argument with the Manager and about 5 Customer Service employees there. They were shouting, I was shouting, I was so, so, mad I should’ve reported All of them but failed to get their names. I don’t think anyone knows what their doing there! So ghettofied!!I felt like they were ganging up on me, if you ask me they all need to go back for some Customer Service Re-training. I mean you give someone a job and all of the sudden they think their somebody! Oh yah, one last thing feel extremely lucky if you call their store and someone actually picks up the phone and gives you the correct information!!

I bought a piece of salmon yesterday evening and open it to start prepping this morning and it is definitely not any good. It smells horrible and it’s slimy. I called to let them know and the women that answered at the front desk sounded put out and told me to bring it with receipt and it would be refunded. For starters I don’t usually keep grocery receipts and why would I travel anywhere with this gross expired piece of foul smelling fish. DO NOT BUY SEAFOOD HERE
