Overall it’s as good as any Walmart. I take two stars off for this: the main reason I visit this store is the garden dept, and it seems every time I go at night, the garden department is arbitrarily closed, meaning no shopping for plants or seeds etc. The store closes at 11 but I’ve seen garden closed as early as 7:30, without any notice of the dept hours differing from the rest of the store. Without a vehicle at the moment, I’ve paid for Ubers to the store and have walked the few miles there only to find the garden dept closed, merchandise unavailable to shopper… Every department should close at the same time as the store, or the hours should be indicted somewhere. If I visit Walmart at 8, 9 or 10:59pm, I should still have the leftover time to shop for plants. Stop closing the garden department early please! Or post the closing hours!Ps. More Patti LaBelle sweet potato pies in stock, please!

No liquor, employees don't know where anything is, couldn't get app to work here. They also charge 10 cents for each bag! That is ridiculous. Every store in the world has free bags. Luckily, there's another Walmart right next door. Weird, but much more helpful. They charged for bags too though.

No open checkouts. Had to scan own items $200 worth of small items for 15 minutes while four employees stood there talking in different languages and not offering any help or even a bag

I made a Delivery online groceries never was delivered. They keep telling me lies, after lies & many times. I placed An Online Delivery Order Thursdays, April 5th 2024 in the afternoon but it was going to be delivered at 3:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M. I was like ok fine. Time pass & no delivery. I got a text at 8:49 P.M. Saying that they attempted to deliver the food but they couldn’t find my Apartment. They never called me as specified and I called them to give them the exact instructions but They didn’t answer my calls. I called the customer service line 1800-??? They answered and checked my order & told me so many lies & of course defending them. So, they said we will deliver the food at 11:00 AM-3 PM. for April 6th time passed by & no food. I got a text message 1 hour later saying the food was delivered. I said to my self WTH they left it at the door with out me signing & following my specific instructions. I went to the door & no Food. WTH! Really, so I’m on the phone I told them so many times the story. Dumbo Walmart employees & managers. They are super lazy & they expect for this employees to represent Walmart. No wonder is so ghetto they are hiring people that don’t care if the Walmart Name gets so much negative publicity comments. Corporate needs to get off the couch and get everything straightened out. I got proof & video that no groceries were delivered. Employees just stoled &1500.00 worth of groceries under their noses. The employees trying to blame it on me that I got the delivery but I never did I have witnesses & video proof that no car or delivery guy came to my door.

Came into the store today at 6:11 sales associate in automotive department by the name of David seemed as if he was being bothered and couldn’t answer orders. I then turned around and went to the automotive service desk. Another flustered associate can’t remember his name older man, acting as if he didn’t wanna assist the customers that were in front of him and waiting for him. Do better at your hiring process Walmart.

Terrible customer service. Our online order was being returned due to it being damaged and unusable moving forward and said on the app that we could return it to the store. Went to the store and had a rude and unfriendly interaction with customer service who told us they refused to return the item due to it being a Christmas decoration. We requested a manager and was told they were too busy but that they stood by the customer service employees inability to return it and that it was up to the store. Nope. Unacceptable. Thank god the online customer service rep was kind and understanding.

I dont understand how this store is franchised by Walmart. It's like the opposite of the Neighborhood market stores they have. Went there for a simple meal with the main ingredient being ground beef... they did not have any ground beef. Looking for a clove of garlic? Not here buddy. How 'bout a bell pepper? Not happening.Personal experience: 0/10 worst walmart I've been to.Unbiased rating: 7/10 clean and not too busy but the lack of a grocery section was shocking

Garbage customer service. I asked for help in customer returns as the line was absurdly long and all I got was “there’s already one person on returns, you gotta wait in line” when there was 6 employees in the SELF-CHECKOUT section. Makes no sense and it’s hardly a positive experience asking for assistance from the employees.

I went there to pick up some toiletries and a few other items. I find their price to be better than most for toiletries. There were some items that I couldn't get anymore. They weren't even on the shelves even though they advertise them in their app. The shelves don't carry everything they sell on their apps. If I pay for shipping their prices isn't the better price versus other businesses that sell what I need to order. I find that sad.

This is an absolutely HORRENDOUS location: a shopping experience worse than a bodega in Bangkadesh. No checkout stands were open. The only way to checkout was the self checkout and the lines which were ridiculously long. Apparently we all work for Walmartnow. . In addition, there were filthy floors, a clothing section with posters of overweight unhealthy models, and a manager who just shuffled around aimlessly. My husband asked him if there would be any check stands opened and he flippantly replied, "no." Too bad Kmart went out of business. It would be better to shop there! PS this photo was taken from the middle of the line. It was much longer than this.

They got my online order mixed up and a delivery was set for me to pick it up. But after many phone calls (disconected and no answers) finally got it straightened out and it was super easy to pick it up.

The gift wrap and bags did not have prices. I asked a worker where I could check for prices and she said the "self checkout." I asked another employee and she pulled out her tablet and scanned the items, and answered all of my questions. She was super helpful. I go to do the self check out, pay the total and before I can turn around to grab my cart another older female employee rates themselves 5 stars on my register. I almost ran into her, she was in such a hurry to hit the screen.

The receipt girl took a toy from my 2 year old daughter, had her crying claiming we didn’t purchase the item. Called for the manager and he pretended to not know who I was talking about acting like she didn’t work there. Learn to be a manager and train your employees to handle situations better. You don’t lay a hand on a two year old.
