Literally only come here at night because it’s conveniently next to where I live. Never come here after 8pm always long lines and not exaggerating usually 1-2 cashiers. Tonight it’s 1 cashier with a huge line and at least 20 people in line from register 3 wrapped around to the floral sections. (Past the other registers)

The customer service is non-existent.Today, I went to Vons because I need to gallons of water. When I placed my water jugs on the conveyor belt, the cashier was chatting with the customer in front of me, being very friendly with them. When that customer walked away, thing immediately changed.I was not greeted AT ALL. The cashier, Tessa, rang up my water, grabbed the receipt, held it out to me, and said "Here".THAT'S IT!!She was obviously too busy chatting with two other employees to give customer service. I honestly received the impression that I was an interruption to her conversation.This wasn't the 1st time I was treated like this. It seems to me that Vons doesn't care about their customers.

Pretty typical Vons. They've got most of what you need, but their selection can be lacking in areas from time to time. I do like the pre -chopped arranged veggies, but sometimes I'll get it home and realize that the veggies in the pack have actually already gone bad. Outside of that, I've never really had a problem with the products here.

Great selection in produce and all throughout the store. The only complaint is prices are a bit high. I will pay it for fresh fruits & veggies. Calvin is a longtime checker always with a smile. Great store. I'll be back.

I bagged my own groceries and forgot the milk, the cashier ran after me to bring it to me. the app. for Vons worked flawlessly when I was adding my items for discount, only thing that I rated down for is the app that does Not allow us to CLIP ALL...

Their restrooms are pretty darn cool, the floors are so clean you can practically eat off them, and don't get me started on the toilets, if there was an award for an overall cleanest restroom Vons would win by a landslide.Thank you, Vons, for always having my back.

Great customer service skills and good food selection.The store is a little small but it's cool.The one thing I suggest is having someone or two - clean the parking lot.At times it kinda reminds me of a scene from The Walking Dead.Maybe they can get it pressure washed and have one of those vehicles come through that washes the parking lots**UPDATE**They have a great staff member named Calvin.He is really great and happy.It makes shopping kinda coolI also wanted to mention that this time I used the vons app and saved 8 bucks doing itThey are getting a number of things that they didn't have in stock- back nowAbout the only place that has frozen turkeys

If you want to take a trip back in time. This is the Vons for you. I felt as if I was transported to the 60' -70's. Very nice employees and store kept well stocked. It would be cool if they had a remodel but kept it the same if that makes sense. ✌

Customer service with new hire isn't good. The prices on items are always wrong, they shouldn't, and inventory is always low. The meat department is not good either. Go the distant and go to Albertsons always stocked and fresh.

Very poor layout, and very understaffed. If you are looking to get something real quick, this isn't the place. For whatever reason, they only have 2 registers open, lines get really long but they don't open another line. Store is to small for what they have. Isles are real narrow, simply to crowded. On the upside, good selection and the deli is fairly good.

Weekly app coupon deals. You can have your groceries freshly delivered to your home.The shelves are well stocked quality items.There are longer best buy dated items on the shelf. Items are good for stocking your pantry with non perishable foods of highest quality.Yes it costs more, but they always have store card manager deals and app deals at Vons.

I was actually very pleased on this visit ,the main reason was the young man working in the meat Dept. Was very helpful and didn't act as though i was bothering him i wish i could remember his name because the steaks he helped me to pick out were great and the beef short ribs and advice on how to prepare were spot on!!!

This is the 3rd time I have gone to this store to get a pre-made arrangement of flowers in a vase in the past 2 months. They have a nice variety flowers if you would like to make your own arrangement. But unfortunately, the pre-made arrangements in a vase have much to be desired. I am sure the employees in this department are trying their best but unfortunately the store is in need of a professional florist. Or at least someone to train the ones who are making the arrangements.

This store is great. I was wary at first because of the "basic" (I think that's the kindest word) decor, until I realised that this is a design choice. The fresh vegetable produce is stunning (or maybe that's just because California) but for me that alone makes the store completely worthwhile. Seems a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Finally the reviews about the cheerful employees are all true!

The store is fully stocked. There are arrows on the isle floors to indicate direction but most people paid no attention to them. The checkout process is a little confusing but it didn't take long to get to a cashier. The cashiers are super friendly!

Nostalgic - but fine. The Express lane was slow, but overall satisfied with the store. Yes I’d go there again but we live in AZ. Just passing through since my father in law worked in this town in the 60s to bring electricity to the area.

This ligation has been a grocery store a long as I can remember. It is convenient, but not the lowest prices. The aisles are very narrow. It's difficult to negotiate the aisles when there is more than one shopping cart.On the positive side, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Went to the store with my daughter to purchase some roses for Mother’s Day. The cashiers name was “QUE” well his friends went into the store and he didn’t ring them up for anything. Seriously an employee stealing from were he gets a paycheck. Disgusting

Reminds me of the old Williams Brothers local chain but with less Sq Ft Safeway/Vons motif inside. Well stocked and selection of groceries. Just that the parking lot has that old WB feel.

It is smaller than Albertsons, but I live here and there are good sales, so I can save money! The clerk's too are great, especially that guy Calvin. He is a good man!
