We adopted our second pup about 5 weeks ago from our local shelter. She ended up being quite a bit younger than we had planned and I started listening to books on dog training and raising a good dog. Those books were great but I needed some Hands-On learning. I stumbled upon zoom room while doing my online search and I have been so happy that I found them. I have done one private lesson and two group lessons so far. They have been patient with me and my pup as she likes to bark when other dogs are around. They give simple yet helpful strategies to train and to troubleshoot problem behaviors in a very kind way! I have been happy with all of the trainers and we look forward to many more lessons! I can't wait to try the dog play groups and the agility classes as well.

My 5 month old Golden/lab had his first training session last Saturday and it was great. We learned so much. Paige the trainer was wonderful! Looking forward to our next session. Highly recommend!!! So happy I found The Zoom Room!!

The staff at Zoom Room Dog Training Santa Clarita are excellent and caring. They make dog training fun for both dogs and owners. The trainers are knowledgeable and experienced, and they are always willing to answer questions and provide support.The classes are well-structured and provide a positive and supportive learning environment. The trainers use positive reinforcement methods to help dogs learn new skills and behaviors. The classes are also fun and engaging, and they help to build a strong bond between dogs and their owners. Playtime is great even for the most timid dogs. They know what steps to take to ensure that your pup has a great experience and feels safe.I would highly recommend Zoom Room Dog Training Santa Clarita to anyone looking for a positive and effective dog training experience. I volunteer with 2nd Chance Dog Rescue and was offered 4 obedience classes for my foster, Jack from the owner.Trainers and other staff are friendly, welcoming, eager to teach and the obvious, dog lovers.Facility outlay is stellar as well as cleanliness. Small but very appreciative perk to all are the free drinks and snacks. Love a good energy drink after class.

We’ve done 4 private sessions with zoom room and love it. All of the trainers and employees are friendly and know exactly what you and your dog need to succeed. We also appreciate their “train the human” approach because we are where our dogs good or bad habits start.Facility is always spotless and welcoming. Toys and treats are priced fairly and the training programs themselves are very reasonable. We look forward to joining in group classes next year!

So happy that we brought our pup to the zoom room in SCV. They are highly experienced trainers and have common sense guidelines to keep the dogs safe.Kenny and Elisa are both very good trainers and teach the owners as well as the dogs. They are respectful and encouraging and I can see my puppy, Midge learning every time we go. The owner, Amitt is also fantastic. He listens to the customers and works to make SCV Zoom Room a top of the line facility where your dog can learn and have fun. My young pup and my senior dog both love going to the small dog playgroup, which is supervised by at least one trainer. Much better than the randomness of a dog park.I can’t wait to start agility training!

I’ve been taking my dog to training at Zoom Room since she was 4 months old. She is now almost a year. She is a happy and well-adjusted dog. She loves training and her trainers! I’ve learned so much and have been able to apply positive training methods to help have the best relationship I can have with her.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We love zoom room! I have been going there since they opened their doors last year in Santa Clarita. We started with agility training for our 6yr old sprollie and it was a huge hit she loves going and learning and so do we(her humans)We recently got a puppy and they have helped so much with teaching us how to train her properly and is already doing agility at 4 months old with Paige helping us every step of the way.We absolutely love going both humans and dogs and it’s one of the highlights of our week! They also recently changed the agility structure so while there are more dogs in the class there are more opportunities/times for the classes which makes it feasible to go multiple times during the week instead of just one!Can’t say enough amazing things about this place and how much they have helped us understand how to train our dog’s properly. It’s a positive and rewarding environment and that is absolutely a DIRECT REFLECTION OF THE TRAINERS. We have had 3 different trainers since joining and all have been absolutely amazing. They are patient and even though our sprollie refuses to trust people paige continues to be patient with her and is slowly earning her trust.If you’re on the fence go watch a couple classes you’ll see how fun it is and it’s something to do with your pup!The new owner listens to feedback and is very helpful. We even inquired about extra minnows one day and the next week he had them back In stock!! Amit really turned the place around!Only negative(which I’m searching for negatives here and it’s tough)They don’t have playgroups based on size, I have a large breed puppy but the playgroup we went to was all puppies twice her size and they scared her so we left early. Would be great to get puppy playgroups based on age AND weightBut in all honesty there really isn’t any negatives. They bridge the gap between crazy expensive personal trainers and watching at home videos and they teach you not just your dog so you can transfer the skills and knowledge with all your pups.

My pup absolutely loves Zoom Room. We have been going for three months and it has been a positive experience. When I tell my pup it’s time to go to puppy school, he gets so excited and runs to the door. When we arrive my pup can’t wait to get out of the car and go inside. The staff, especially Kenny are very patient, helpful, and care about the dogs. Zoom Room is a very positive learning environment for your pup.Thank you Jared, Elisa, and Kenny for making this a great place for my pup.

Freja had her first training session with Paige at Zoom room today. I like how the classes are small and there was enough room for the dogs. Positive reinforcement is key. Paige did a great job explaining how to use the clicker to my two sons. They played fun games to get her used to focusing when her name is called and to sit. The room is clean, bright, and all the dogs are vaccinated.

Zoom Room has been the greatest joy in my dog’s life! We started attending ZR when he was 8 months old. He is now 17 months old & he has learned so much. I have also learned so much as a dog owner from the amazing trainers at ZR! They are so knowledgeable and loving to all the furry animals & humans! I don’t think we will ever stop going to ZR. My dog has taken the obedience classes, agility classes, trick classes, and the dog playgroups! We are so fortunate to have a fun training place to go to like this one. Could not recommend this place any more!

Fantastic! We are so happy and excited to have found The Zoom Room! We got our pup, Boo, just before the pandemic. We’ve never had such an athletic dog, but I didn’t know that places like The Zoom Room even existed. Recently we got another puppy and, rather overwhelmed in the process of going from one to two dogs, we found a fantastic dog trainer (shout out to Beth Harrison @ A Paw Above Dog Training!)When Beth met the dogs she immediately recommended agility training for Boo and suggested we try The Zoom Room. She said, “The puppy would love it but Boo actually NEEDS it.” So here we are! Beth was so right! Boo loves and needs it. And he loves both Kenny (who gently guided him through his assessment) and Paige (who very deftly guided him through his first agility class!) We are so impressed with how much The Zoom Room has changed our Boo’s demeanor—he’s so happy and much, much more confident (he got the name Boo for a reason, he was terrified of everything when we got him!) We’ve signed him up for ALL the agility classes! Thank you Kenny and Paige! Can’t wait to bring him back for more.

We're on day 1 of training and we got allot done on the 1st day. I have lots to practice and learn to help my boy learn. Their class isn't too full. So each dog family can be taught and monitored to learn correctly. Paige was our main instructor along with a young gentleman. They are both very interactive, helpful and knowledgeable. They give many tips throughout the class, so each class is packed with learning. You can customize the classes to fit your schedule and do multiple a week or a month depending on what suits you. They work with all dog sizes and breeds.

I have been going with my dog to zoom room for almost a year. We were really enjoying the classes and the trainings. The staff are great. Unfortunately the change in curriculum and system has been frustrating. The newer instructors don’t know my dog and having to repeat many basic skills instead of learning some that are more complex and needed has been frustrating. I think a better transition would have been helpful. We won’t be renewing or continuing at this point. For example. Walking your dog is rarely covered and is a skill set I could use help with. My dog pulls on the leash and this isn’t covered. Also they changed some of the instructions for certain tasks.

Zoom Room is easily the best place we’ve taken our pup for training. The staff is always friendly and so knowledgeable. They’re willing to answer questions and spend extra time with you when your puppy has specific needs, and they’re always positive about any progress your pup is making in class. We have a very high energy puppy who we’ll be bringing to Zoom Room for a long time to come!

My dog loves this place! Trainers are great and it’s nice that you can choose to do agility or obedience after completing the first course. We’ve had Elisa and Kenny for our classes and they’ve been really patient with our high energy dog. Highly recommend for anyone looking to either get their dog trained or give him some brain stimulation!

Zoom Room Santa Clarita has everything we could ever need for our new puppy! The staff takes the time to really listen to your needs and expectations and offers a comprehensive plan to address everything from obedience training, puppy playgroups and private sessions. We’re somewhat newbies at Zoom Room but I am thrilled with their staff, their facility, and the training!! My Boston Terrier is “EXTRA” and their calm, clear and reassuring instruction is just what we need. I've had 3 classes so far between my 2 huskies and each class has been great! All the staff members are super friendly and helpful. I've had the pleasure to train with Elisa and Jared and they are both amazing! I had my 6 month old husky participate in the puppy play group and it's so nice to see them have a fun and safe environment to play in. They also have some of the agility equipment out so my pup was able to play around with it. Maybe she will get into agility next! Come check this place out!

We love coming to Olivia's puppy class at the Zoom Room! Our 4 month old puppy has already learned so much after a few classes. We work on basic puppy commands, tricks and even an introduction to agility training. Olivia is a great instructor and the entire staff is helpful and friendly. Andi 🌸 my sweet 9 month old Labrador puppy has had the opportunity to learn and socialize under your caring guidance in a clean, and safe environment. This training is affordable and is definitely a worthwhile investment in Andi’s future as a happy, confident, and well mannered member of our family.I would highly recommend the Puppy Training and Playgroup to all new puppy parents!I’ve taken puppy parenting very seriously and have spent hours reading information and watching dog training videos online. It has been very helpful and a good foundation. HOWEVER, there is absolutely no substitute for in-person training where I receive much needed direction too!The class sizes are small enough to allow for personal attention, but large enough to expose your puppy to other pups and people and the distractions they bring.Andi loves going, and excitedly trots to our front door when I say the words “Zoom Room.” We’re looking forward to the Obedience 1 classes!
