Got one of their Chocolate cakes for a birthday. It looked very good from the outside but as we started cutting it it appeared to have WAY TOO MUCH cream. I love cake and I love the cream but this way just too much. You know when you want to eat a cake that has cream, this was like eating cream that had a little bit of cake. I do not think I would go back to buy the same cake but I might try other cakes they have and update the review later

If you are looking for fresh Sushi they have it. Including wraps for quick lunch. I recommend Tuna Apple wrap. Macaroons are also delicious and the cakes. Oh man. Shopping is also convenient at this Wholefoods. They have Evgo charging stations, Philz Coffee, Kohls and lots of other shops.

Whole Foods Market is one of the best place to buy groceries. The meat department has huge selection of meats. It is also a great place to buy prepared foods for takeout or eat outside. They have many outside seating. Quality and service is impeccable. Great for the whole family.

Going downhill since it was purchased by Amazon. Selection has decreased greatly, while prices have gone up. The quality and healthiness of most eady-to-eat food, except sushi, has decreased. Personal care items and vitamins/supplements can largely be ordered onlinecthrough Amazon at much lower prices. Much of the knowledgeable staff is gone; replaced by staff who don't know the products. Service in store and pick up/delivery isn't what it used to be. With only 1-2 cashiers, be prepared to scan and pack your own bags. I don't appreciate having to do this, especially at these prices! So I tried ordering for pick up twice in the last two months. Both times, the picker gave me the wrong items. I now only stop in for the few items I can't find elsewhere.

AMAZING!! This store has been a lifesaver for my family throughout the years. When our daughter was first identified with severe food allergies, we went to Whole Foods looking for help on what alternatives to feed her. The staff and managers were always so helpful and patient with us. They helped us understand what to look for on labels and what substitutions were available. They were a lifesaver for us. We couldn’t be more thankful. Now with their store available on the Amazon app, shopping is made so much easier.

Open full review for update below:My 83 year old Mom shops at this store on a regular basis. Yesterday on March 29 between 11:45am - 12:15pm her purse was unzipped and her credit cards stolen while at the bottom of her shopping cart. At 12:29pm the 1st card was used at Lululemon here in Valencia. She was clearly targeted. As busy as this store is why isn't there enough staff assigned to loss prevention to protect the honest shoppers? My Mom was warned at Ralph's by the staff when she walked in the door recently of this exact type of theft happening there regularly. Why isn't Whole Foods assigning a welcome person at each door to warn their customers? Large signs describing this common crime might help. Older people need to be reminded daily of this as their memory declines with age, this happens to all of us at some point. I did report this to the store by 1pm, they were helpful on the phone. This was most definitely caught on camera. How about posting the picture of the thief or thieves on your front door to alert your generous customers who spend their hard earned dollars at your store.I received a call from Whole Foods stating they do have the video of 2 women targeting my Mom. 1st one distracted her while the 2nd went into her purse. I appreciate the follow through. Now we'll see if the local Sheriff will go through the process to view this then hopefully get a clear image at the Lululemon cash register. Added a star for following up with me.

We got a Thanksgiving package for an outrageous cost that frankly, wasn't superb for half the price. I'm talking mainly about the sides. The Ham and Turkey were both outstanding. The sides were sub par. The pie was also below average. I'm not grading solely on this scenario. The store itself. If you like really overpriced but fresh produce, overpriced but fresh bakery items, overpriced but fresh meats and boutique, and yes, overpriced items across the various options of a grocery store the Whole Foods is excellent. You just have to pay quite high prices. Anywhere, you pay for quality and Whole Foods is that. For me I can sacrifice marginally inferior items from all the above for more than marginal lesser costs. I don't hate Whole Foods. I'm simply not impressed.

There were so many things that this store has offered to the customers. One stop for all, even cooked foods for you have already made from pizza, salads to sandwiches. This is a very good and clean establishment, services were friendly and fast. The prices at this Market was a little higher than other Super Markets around or well known.

Got couple of chicken tenders from the food bar and my son and I took a bite and realized the food was 100% raw. This is disgusting and dangerous for anyone. So much for high quality food. This is disgusting and nasty. Im still sick from it and threw up a few times.Never again.

Good experience once inside the market. I had to remove a star or two because of the SA panhandler looking for donations right at the entrance of the store. He keeps trying to engage in a conversation to solicit donations as you enter or leave. This has been going on for a significant amount of time. Clearly people can see him and will donate if they want to, so the need to get attention by verbally soliciting in an annoying manner befuddles me.

I am required to travel 85% of the time for work, so I have been to the vast majority of the Whole Foods Markets in the U.S. and I can say without question that none are as nice, spacious, clean and delicious as this location. Regardless of the time of day, the hot bar is well stocked with fresh food and always super clean. Their breakfast bar is especially awesome, in both taste and variety of selection. Every aspect of this store gets an A+ and then some. I will have the opportunity to travel to southern California more often and without question, this Whole Foods location will be my home base when I do. This Whole Foods Market puts many of their other locations to shame. Bravo to the management and staff of this fine store.

The selection of organic produce seems to have lessened as of late. While the area has not decreased, there were a LOT of oranges and apples and fewer variety of organic veg. Staff is pleasant, clientele were expectedly not respectful of other clients. Olive bar seems to have been on the decline. Meal display and staff were pleasant, but noticed flies at the buffet style area. Pizza/sandwich counter could do with more staff as only one was doing sandwiches and pizzas looked like they have seen better days. Bought a pizza anyway, but the cheese was quite hard and crust definitely was hard to take a bite of. Had to wait a while at the cake counter, but it was just one person working breads and pastries. Cashier was very friendly. Overall an average experience, but expect more from a Whole Foods

Love Whole Foods but would like to see improvements in prepared foods and hot bar. The demand is there, just look at the packed restaurants, fast foods around town. This is an opportunity for WF to capitalize. I want to support Whole Foods and much rather eating here but lately I’ve been getting my hot foods from another LA grocer (similar to WF’s, starts with E). Perhaps theirs (hot bar) is a model to follow - better quality, fresh, and variety.

Stopped by for a quick snack. Was recommended to try a slice of mushroom pizza. Loved the pizza. Had a white sauce with mushrooms and delicious cheeses. Would get it again.Store was clean and organized, employees were helpful and friendly, even the other customers we came in contact with were friendly and providing suggestions.

I came in to Whole Foods on a whim but was delightfully surprised at the beautiful selection of tarts, mini cheesecakes and such in their bakery counter. I tried an assortment of their desserts over the next several days and all of them were excellent! They were each beautifully made and tasted amazing.

I come here 5 times a week specifically for the cafe bar to have a coffee or green juice made. The last 5 to 6 times, my drink has taken over 30 minutes not including the 10 minutes I have to wait just to order. They have forgotten my drink 3 times while I'm standing there waiting and i constantly have to remind them for my drink. They need at minimum two to three baristas and one cashier. It is extremely unprofessional and inconvenient, especially when there is a rush 30 minutes for a 13 dollar drink is ridiculous. And it's a continuous pattern. Something must be done. HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

It was much better before being bought by Amazon. My wife and I were there in the early evening, their prepared foods only had one cooked chicken and no chicken for burritos. We don't eat beef or pork so our only choice was beyond meat. Just saying, they used to be a lot better!

Whole Foods has quality products but not enough to justify how much more expensive they are. For example, one item I like is $3.19 at Whole Foods, $2.99 at Ralph's, and $2.69 at Trader Joe's.

Very nice store and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed help finding a couple of things. They had all kinds of brands I had never even heard of. If you are vegan, this is the store for you. If you want a brand you can find in other grocery stores, then this probably isn't the store to visit. They didn't even have JIF peanut butter! So if you are looking for your classic name brands, check somewhere else first. Another thing that they had were healthy mini orchids, all colors...gorgeous! 😍

Not really consistent with my experiences in other Whole Foods Markets I have been in. Just not as well setup, maintained and run. Very tight layout, questionable organization and maintenance, also felt dirty compared to others, and workers did not appear to be very high quality in a few basic respects. Product offerings subpar for Whole Foods.

It's gone down hill and is understaffed since Bezos took over. Produce is hit or miss. The staff seem to try really hard and seem like good people but they are stretched to the limit.

Whole Foods produce and fresh fruits have gone way down since being bought out by Amazon, coincidence? Doubtful. I've been going to Valenia Whole Foods for 8 years now, was the only place I'd buy fresh produce! About 4 months after Amozon took it over it became more & more "past prime" veggies & fruits on their shelves. I just left shopping there this evening and I was absolutely disgusted w/majority of the produce, had to walk out w/out half of what I was there for because most was mushy, moldy etc..Come on Valencia Whole Foods DO BETTER!!Now I need to go back to finding a place up here who sells fresh good organic produce..Looks like I'll be soley shopping on weekends at the Farmers Markets!
