This is the worst shopping experience in the entire Santa Clarita Valley.There's always a long wait to check out. There's only one to three employees doing check out ever. They don't accept contactless payment.Entering the store makes no sense, why do they check receipts on the same side of the lane that people who are entering the store are using?Shopping here is like driving on the freeway, everyone forgets their manners. It's not like this anywhere else in town.Laundry detergent is locked behind glass, you can't carry it in your cart and you have to wait 5-10 minutes before someone shows up to unlock the soap for you.Even though this is the closest store to me I would rather drive anywhere else to shop in peace.Never going there again.

A customer service employee called Abril at Walmart Kelly Johnson yelled at me from her desk while I was on line to return something because my dogs started barking.I didn’t know that employees at Walmart are allowed to treat customers that way.She yelled that dogs are not allowed at the store when they bark which I agreed and calmed my dogs because they saw another dog. My dogs were not barking anymore and she still yelling at me and treating me saying that if I wanted her to call the manager. At that moment I was confused if she stilled talking to me because she was looking to another place ( I didn’t know that she has a vision condition) and my dogs were calm and she still complaining and yelling at me.When I finished returning the items the manager ( who never told me her name by the way) came to me and I explained to her everything and told her that that’s not the way to speak to the customer and that one my dogs is a service animal. She agreed that was not ok from the employee, but do you really think the employee will have any consequence? She will still doing the same but I won’t shop there anymore even though I used to buy my groceries every week for the past 7 years. I know that Walmart doesn’t need my money but it’s a pity that they have violent employees that can do whatever they want.

I'm new to the store, and most employee's asked where items were had wrong information. Other stores there employee's have smart phones and information is correct. The new self check out screen is very glitch. I had to have an employee interact to fix problem. I feel since we all rely on these smart phones that an app with store mapping and reading the price on the barcode would be nice. The shelf marker price is not always there.

Their theft protection system is ridiculous. I selected a product located in a locked cabinet. Completely understandable due to cureent environment. He said he would bring it to the cashier in the front. Notably, he did not offer to ring it up there to avoid this extra step so I went up to the front, waited in line for my turn, advised the cashier, who seemed confused what she was supposed to do so she called her lead or front end manager. I showed here a photo of what I had elected with a QR code and she headed towards isle I18- outdoor equipment. After awhile she called the cashier to tell us to walk back to her. Notably I was there for a tens unit for my pain so the last thing I wanted to do was walk back. It unclear WHY the employee didn’t walk it up with me and hand to the cashier whose line I selected to wait. The only conclusion is either the employees do not understand the process, are not following the process/protocol or there is no protocol. No one answers the phone (I mean ALL extensions rang until the system disconnected me except pharmacy who is actually independent from Walmart). The pharmacy transferred me to only number they have, which turned out to be theft protection. When I explained the issue, he hung up on me. Pretty soon Walmart won’t need to worry about theft protection because NO ONE, especially me, will be shopping there. They certainly have no interest in customer service.

This Walmart is always clean fast and friendly people I have a few favorites here and the fact the they give out fresh cinnamon puffs,well that's not the real name but annies pretzels is differently an added bonus for this location 😊

My experience with Walmart's in the past had a lot of the negativity. But this Walmart what's the best experience I had so far with Walmarts old workers were friendly nice outgoing they just made a very pleasant shopping trip. I would go back there and that's my number Walmart to go to now.!

Most organized Walmart Store in California. I was so surprised at the Vegan options. Love the new sampling they are doing on Great Value store brand . Helpful staff as well.

This is a decent Walmart. It’s generally clean and well-stocked. It’s generally not too crowded, and there tends to be associates around ready and willing to answer questions. The produce is better than expected in my experience (though sometimes is definitely a miss and makes me wish I would’ve just gone to Albertsons up the street). One majoring thing is the cashiers tend to be inexperienced. For example, today my cashier rang me up as purchasing 22 grapefruits when I had only purchased two. That wasn’t annoying — human mistake. What was annoying was the fact that it took her at least five minutes to fix the mistake. Please implement some basic training for your cashiers, Walmart! I usually use the self-checkout, and it looks like I will continue to do so.

My first time at this location. Even though it was Saturday I found parking immediately and easily made my way through the clean aisles. I would have given five stars had travel gear been more plentiful.

A cart pusher named Sean took a picture of my cars plates and myself because they thought I stole a vacuum went inside and they saw I purchased but didn’t let me talk to him/make sure he deleted my privacy. Unprofessional.

Nobody ever answers the phone at this Walmart. I've been calling for over a hour to see if my photos are ready. I even tried different departments. Then after so many rings the system just cuts you off to dead silence.

I do not like this Walmart on valley Central way, they want to look up everything but nobody is on stand by and the buttons do not work to assist customers it's a lie and a joke. The scanner gun never works and always beeps like it's not being charged I don't care what time of the day it is. It's ridiculous and a joke. Employees there act like they don't want to be there maybe because Dawn isn't running the store correctly.

Not the best Walmart in town. First of all, it smells like an open sewer right in the parking. I don't know if that's the store's fault or what, but it certainly does not help encourage anyone to come inside. Second, the fruit is often not fresh and/or bruised. The vegetables are brown. Third, there was that bread recall where the bakery failed a health inspection. Fourth, what is with the employees checking your receipts? I don't blame the employee because they are just doing their job, but customers should know your rights. You can be polite and show them, but if there's a line traffic jam, I'm walking past.

My favorite stop of all my shopping today. Picked up special dog food for my 16 year old best friend Rubi. Of course a couple of lures and supplies for the month. I love it. One stop shopping.

Waiting for a member of management is ridiculous. Still waiting. Definitely always need one ready to take care of customers. The sad part is all the boxes for the queen mattress was damaged so regardless of what box we took it was going to look open. We asked for a note or something that shows it damaged and was refused. Now we stuck with it. I purched it thinking we was going to stay with family but because I was sick I stayed in hotel. I test positive fr covid so we went home instead of waiting fr meto get better and sure enough they didn't take the return..

Compared to other Wal-Marts, this one is on the smaller side, although it doesn't forego cleanliness. I'm generally impressed at this particular Walmart, and don't quite find that others are as well managed.I have since moved away from the area but still visit this one for my random Wal-mart needs while in town.

had everything I wanted but could not buy because someone stole my loan I applied for a few days ago...I am guessing my least favorite of identity thieves who loves to stalk me and attacks me with diode laser weaponry which is very dangerous and also very illegal.....now if wal mart can only sell me due process of law then I sure would be doing much better....

Went today to see if I could get some water during this panic. Felt very odd with mask on, but got in super longline. Decided to go to Albertsons instead, NO Line! At all. My wife and daughter told me to Stay out of Walmart!!!!

This is a very nice Walmart. I stop here to charge my car at Electrify America and run in to get a few things I need. The timing is usually really good and they have always had what I need.
