The pharmacist name that what she said Shanon hang up and shouted to me and she keep shouting and telling me I was shouting just because I asked to removed the credit card on file because they keep send medication’s without asking for and so because I said remove the card in fife and work pick up in store when I need the medication it seem she did not like that .

Called to see if they accept USPS packages and the employee said “Yes, we do!” He said it with such confidence that I blindly believed him. I get there 2 minutes later and was told they don’t. Gave an additional star because even though the person who helped me was 99% sure USPS was not accepted, she tried to scan it anyway. Guess what? It didn’t work. You can always take it to a UPS store if you don’t want to deal with USPS in-person which is a harrowing experience for most.

This store generally has what I need and I’ve been shopping here for years, but twice now I’ve bought a gift card from them and when I get it home it’s invalid. The store manager wasn’t very sympathetic, in fact, she was a bit rude and no help at all. I’ve learned my lesson, I won’t be buying gift cards or shopping there anymore.

Service at this location was unprofessional and disheartening. I called prior to our visit to ensure that we would be able to get passport photos taken. When we arrived the cashier asked us to wait for 5 minutes. While we waited, I overheard the MANAGER YELL from the photo department to the cashier, "No more passports pictures today because there is no one to cover. Go on your lunch." No one came over to let us know that they were short staffed (which I understand). The customer service was just uncalled for. Managers need to be role models.

This place asked me to show my debit card facing up, I saw a camera above us. I don't know who but there's shady stuff happening here, my girlfriend had 200 dollars taken from jer account. Whoever Bob Hernandez is, or something shady happening. It has to have been from here.

I picked up several Rx’s this evening. The Pharmacist was handling about a million things and I only added using several prescription discount coupons. She never lost her patience with me or the several other customers she was helping. This is one of the reason I chose to fill prescriptions at Walgreens rather than insurance preferred CVS.

I have more than 20 years using Walgreens for all my prescriptions. But in this specific location I've been using them for 10 years. I had a very bad experience with one of the pharmacy workers, her name is Esther. She is extremely rude and does not know how to assist people in the pharmacy. I hope the supervisors see this and do something about this matter.

Always had good service from the pharmacy here, no complaints. Most of the pharmacy staff is surprisingly friendly given the amount of stress they endure day after day.

Twice I've put a photo order in and they are unable to process the order despite the confirmation emails I receive. First time they had ran out of paper and they didnt even call me. I found out when I tried to pickup the photos. The second time, I learned my lesson and called to confirm they had all supplies but they said the photo system was down. Thumbs down

The pharmacy is great, The rest of the store is unreachable via phone. No manager, photo desk, or cosmetics. Not one department picked up the phone in over 20 mins of calling. They have a couple great cashier guys, unfortunatly its not enought to overcome a poorly managed store.
