Friendly receptionist, great tubs for do-it-yourself washers. They give you soap, a brush to scrub the body with and then another brush to get lots of the loose hairs off, towels, and an apron for yourselves . It was all good with the exception of one minor complaint which was that the hair dryer did not blow out hot air. Maybe there was a switch to change that but the only employee was busy in the back and I couldn't ask. All in all it was a good experience and much easier than washing my dog on the lawn and trying to dry him off when he wanted to run and shake. We will be back.

Great experience! $28 for a "jumbo" size dog (100 lbs). They give you everything you need, shampoo, multiple brushes, water hose with great water pressure, high power blow dryer with low & high settings, rubber apron, towels and a big tub to wash your furry friend. You pay first, then wash your pet. Definitely leave them a tip, the dog hair was everywhere, and it was nice to have everything provided and cleaned up after.

5 stars for sure! They leave my white doggy smelling so nice and clean. I've been able to get same day appointments, and they're done in about 2 hours. The staff is great with my doggy and super human friendly too 😅.

U-Wash Doggie is a cool spot when you don’t want to mess up your house washing your dogs. It’s a spacious dog wash location and it’s always clean and the owner is super friendly and really cool. He’s very helpful and his staff and him go above and beyond. I really enjoy taking my French bulldog and my malti-poo to wash them there. It’s definitely a place that I would recommend to other dog owners.

Only OK. Expensive for what it is. They just increased dog nail cuts to $20 . Takes less than 5 minutes to complete. Overall not a good experience. Won't be back

This place is awesome. Maricela and Andre were both really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. This was Silverado's first bath. He's a rescue.

Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, grooming was not as expected based on reviews. My puppy’s hair was cut too short even though I selected the clip size, lots of uneven spots and bald spots throughout. Face was supposed to be a terrier style but it’s uneven on each side of her face and bald spots in the face and behind the ears. My poor pup looks a sick dog. It’s so short on some spots it’s irritated her skin. I had a few extras so price went from $72 up to $96- very expensive for the poor result!

Staff was nice, but they over clipped my puppies nails WAY TO SHORT, resulting in him bleeding for hours after the appointment. (even though he sat perfectly still/calm for them during clippings)

Quick and easy. Clean. Nice owner. All you want for this kind of place. Been taking my 2 Huskies here for years. In and out in about 30min. My wife and I split up and take one dog each. Best part is that you don't have to then worry about cleaning up like you would if you did it at home. Are you being asked to get the dog washed? Do you want something fast and way cheaper than a groomer? Then you found your solution. Only catch is that you are doing it yourself. Easy though as they have all you need there for you.

The owner is kind and patient. My foster dogs came to me not trained, poorly socialized, and likely never groomed. I felt a lot of anxiety about taking them anywhere because I knew they were a handful. Never once have the employees here made me feel anxious about these dogs. They take great care of them and although the dogs are high anxiety on their way in, they are always brought out acting super happy and looking absolutely amazing!

Great place to bring your pup for a bath and trim. You can also do it yourself there they have everything available for you. We've taken both our dogs there for bath and grooming and we're very pleased. Paid more than I have paid at PetSmart but was overall very happy with the service.

Awesome place to bring your fur-babies! Owner Andres explained everything well and very personable! Love that you have options to wash/ dry your own dog or can leave them to get groomed professionally!! Such a fantastic experience every time we go! Highly recommend!

Ironically, I was looking for a groomer to give a kitten I bought groomed for the first time. I called other places that made it sound like it was inconvenient or astronomically priced. I kept looking and found this place. I called expecting the same tune as the other groomers... I asked if could bring a kitten in they said yes and gave me the best time to bring him. They exceeded my expectation with phenomenal service. I have since brought my cat in several times so I can groom him. I always call ahead of time so see when is a good time to bring him in. They have been so accommodating and friendly. I’m very appreciative!

U-Wash Doggie in Newhall is FANTASTIC! I've been taking our dogs there for over 20 years. If you like bathing your own dog, but hate the mess and backache, this is the place for you and your pup. The owner is a wonderful person, a dog lover, caring & compassionate. Great staff. The doggie salon is always neat & clean. Supplies to wash your dog are provided, or you can bring your own. Fur driers are perfect. Prices very reasonable. It's a great experience. I so appreciate them being there for us🐾

Great place to get down and dirty with your dog. Stainless steel tubes with a walk up ramp and plenty of warm water pressure made for a thorough wash.The owner recommended a rinse to help with my basset's shedding and it worked great. I highly recommend!!

We are so happy on how our dog turned out after getting groomed. My maltipoo is just a puppy and this was his first time getting groomed. He looked just like I wanted him to and the employees were really nice. We will be coming again!UPDATE: We took our dog again and this time Andre wasn’t there. Andre usually grooms my dog and does a very good job.My dog is very anxious around people and he wouldn’t let them touch him so they had to sedate him. We understood it would be hard,so we took him to the vet next door and sedated him. Sadly,When we got him back after grooming he looked horrible. The haircut looked good but they cut him under his belly and between his arms and legs.He also has a huge cut under his tail and he can barely stand or sit so he just lays down. He’s recovering from that though.Also when he got home he kept shaking his head and when we checked him he had an ear infection right after the grooming. He was very active dog before and now he’s always in his bed and depressed.The whole experience was bad for him physically and emotionally.I’m still going to give it 2 stars instead of one because Andre wasn’t there that time and he handles Milo very well.

This place is simply amazing. My dog doesn’t like the groomers so I found this place. It’s super clean doesn’t even smell like a pet washing place. The prices are fair you have the option to either do it yourself or you can get your pet groomed professionally. This place is back pain free and has everything you need. So if your tired of washing you dog in the sink/tub come here and you will be satisfied. CB

We have been going for a self-wash for years now to the Saugus location, and we continue to find the experience great. The staff is friendly, including the owner. The place is clean, and our backs are intact due to their elevated tubs. Through the years, we have recommended this place to many friends who own dogs!

We love the option of being able to leave our dog or just using their tubs to groom him ourselves. Since he's an 80 lb. Golden Retriever- we frequently let them groom him for us. We always get the oatmeal shampoo (costs extra) which leaves his coat soft and shiny for weeks. The staff is very friendly and helpful and my dog always leaves looking and smelling good!

Brought my 2 year old 51 lb.husky here for his first bath after adopting him. He was super comfortable, we gave him a bath as a family and he came out so handsome, shiny and fluffy. The staff was super nice and gave us a hand when we needed it. They provided everything, brushes, shampoo, towels, cologn, professional air dryer, and the water was a perfect luke warm temp. So worth the $16 to not have to clean up my house from the fur flying around and to not have to chase after a wet doggo to get him to dry off. Will definitely be going back time and time again.

Easy place (not back breaking) to wash your dog quick. We usually stop by there to get the dog washed after a dirty hike especially when the weather permits rain or sprinkles. She gets back home clean instead of muddy.

I started bring my dog here 3 years ago and have not gone any where else since. The service is great, staff is always friendly and treat me my pup well. They always address any conserns I have without any issues, as long as we live in town we will be going here. Thwy treat us like family.
