WORST GROOMING PLACE IN SCV.My brother in law took his 14 year old dog for a bath and the groomer shaved his hair so short, the dog was bleeding. When my sister picked up the dog, the groomer, who had major actitud, responded “it is what it is”My sister asked to talk to Leslie, the manager, this lady never called back.My sister drove the following morning to the grooming place to talk to Leslie and she responded that she was busy and walked away.My sister and brother had a membership for over a year! Common courtesy was the least expected 😡

Cannot say enough about how wonderful Leslie is at Splash and Dash! We bring our Doodle & Terrier here often and she always does a fantastic job and you can tell genuinely loves dogs.

Leslie is the best!! She takes the time to explain everything start to finish and my dogs look forward to going every time I say “you want to go to Splash and Dash?”We are lucky to have such a great business out here that does a great service for a great price and is very accommodating, AAAA++++ all the way!!!

I bring my maltipoo Toby here every week for a bath. He can’t wait to get out of the car to go in! They always do a wonderful job and are responsive to my requests. Friendly staff and I feel as if they treat him like family.

When scheduling the appointment, the person had a bit of attitude and overall made us feel like an inconvenience. That should have been foretelling of what was to come.We had the appointment today for Riley the "miniature sheltie" (no such thing...he's just a Shetland Sheepdog aka sheltie, but we weren't going to argue further over something minor). When mom got there, the employee then told us that the groomer was out sick. Understandable. We all have those days. I'd rather the groomer rest at home and feel well soon. BUT, no one even called us beforehand! We would have been ok to reschedule if they called us. Now, they wasted our time and gas to arrive for our appointment time. They have all sorts of signs explaining fees for "no call, no show"/late fees/less than 24hr cancelation, etc. Where's our compensation for a no call, no show groomer? I'm unsure if it was the same person that made the appointment with us, but this employee also seemed annoyed at our presence, even though mom has been extremely polite through all of this. (Does mom even know how to cuss? Haha)Also, when we went to the franchise's website (this Valencia address was included), there was a page of 10% senior/teacher/military discounts on Tuesdays. The employee did not know of this and had to ask her manager if the discounts were available. Still never got an answer on that. Either way, we will not be returning due to their unprofessionalism.

I am so thankful to have this dog boutique. They always take great care of my pup and he is fresh and clean. I literally have to hold my dog back to not jump out of the car to run into the store. He loves his time at Splash and Dash.

Unfortunately, this was going to be my first time on this place because I received an "Amazing Flyer" at my house and I don't even got the change to have a service here. I did an appointment for today in the morning a few days ago and only because I came 15 mins late they didn't accept my dog. The person who respond the phone was really rude and told me that they couldn't accept my dog because I came late. If I wanted a haircut for my dog, I needed to make an appointment for another day. Eventhough there policy in there website said that if you arrived 30 minutes will be automatically cancel.. it was still 15 mins available of what it's stated on their website policy.They didn't even consider the time that it took me to drive and didn't gave me Zero option for having another appointment the same day in different hour. P.S THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT and that why it took me time to go there!I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
