This was my second visit to this wonderful pet store. All the staff as well as the owner were extremely helpful to me when picking up food and toys for my new cat.There is a wide selection of products to choose from for a variety of pets. I was given some samples to try, which I really appreciated. It's important to support our local businesses. I will be returning to this store soon. I highly recommend Pet Supply in Santa Clarita.

The staff is extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable of their products. The prices are very reasonable and the selection is full of variety. Every time I go in, I am greeted and welcomed into the store immediately. Every single person is extremely helpful in every way. I make a point to shop here and I don’t live in the area. I stock up on my pet’s food, treats and supplements every time I visit the area! They have everything! Toys included. I don’t shop anywhere else! Great shop; incredible staff!!

The knowledge and kindness from staff is amazing. We were referred by a friend and kept going.They have a beautiful shop bird named Marta and allpw me to shoulder in my bird to visit her.This is teaching my bird to learn socializing with human and birds.Also they have Birdsitting available.

Absolutely adore the entire team! Everything is always in stock, the team is knowledgeable on products and they are helpful. Their treat selection is large and HEALTHY! I highly recommend visiting this location.

Celebrated my boys 9th birthday today. Pet supply had a great cup cake that said birthday cake. The gentleman that help me out was very nice. Also gave me a birthday gift for my pup. Really nice people. Will definitely be coming here again to get my doggos supplies.

They're SO nice here! They gave me FREE treats for my cats, and I was there to buy a mouse for my snake! Most pet stores only care about dog owners. I was really pleased. And am SO glad we found a local pet store that carries live feeder mice!

Marley, my 10 year old pitbull, had skin allergies. Her fur looked raised in patches. An employee there recommended Nulo for seniors. Her patches went away and she is comfortable again! Thanks Pet supply! Always friendly, always helpful

Great place for all pet needs. I have been going there since 1997 shen they used to be in their old location on Haskell. I have today throughout the years I have interacted with multiple staff members and the owner. And all have been very well trained and are knowledgeable of the things they sell. I try my best to support this store. Sometimes I do see some items in the big box stores but I rather buy what my pups need at this pet supply store. Keep it up ! 💯

Nothing by POSITIVE things to say about Pet Supply! Employees and owner are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s my go to pet shop! My little nugget recently has been extremely picky with food. I stopped in to ask some questions and they went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered and a solution was presented. Excellent customer service! 🎉

I love coming in here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have two dogs with very different needs and very different ages, so whenever I've had a question about food for their needs they are always super helpful. Highly recommend this place =)

I only have dogs so I can't speak to their knowledge or selection for other pets. But, I'm consistently impressed by their young staff's knowledge and engagement when I have questions or concerns regarding my dogs. Also, they have a wide selection of foods and products for dogs. Great store!

Our first time here, as a recommendation from our pet sitter and we were blown away by the amazing customer service and selection of products! The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, we are so excited to come back here for all our pet needs, the store is also very clean and organized! We love supporting small businesses, even more so when we can trust them to take care of all our questions and concerns!I saw a few reviews about pricing, this is a small business who provides expertise and knowledge, curating relationships with their vendors along with their customers. Of course pricing is not going to be the same as big corporation stores, but you’re paying fair prices with benefit of good service and expert help! There’s inherent value in supporting small businesses in the community, no brainer!

Walked in for the first time and asked for help picking food for my dog’s intestinal issues. The food worked immediately and my dog actually likes it and eats it without coercion. I go back to this store because the team earned my trust and they are always friendly and respectful.

During corona virus everyone is required to wear a mask. The cats are no longer there. I didn't look for the owners big grouchy black cat that is normally cruising the asiles but the cats for adoption are not there. A rat room is available to pet and hold them but they can claw you or pee on you. The employees are kind. They give free cat and dog treats normally!

I just love this little pet store! I have three dogs and get everything I need for them from Pet Supply. The employees here are very friendly and knowledgeable and always able to help answer any questions I might have.
