Best little pet shop. Been shopping for my pets needs since owning pets, about 8 years now. Super friendly, helpful with all my dog allergy questions, and even helps carry out the large bags of food to my car. I highly recommend supporting this small business.

Absolutely love this place! I would drive here without a doubt every time just to see Doctor Tami Theis, she is beyond amazing she is diligent, resourceful, kind, caring,educated, and my dog Mac loves her. She has never let us down every time we go in to take Mac I leave feeling reassured, and within the next couple days Mac is all better. Every single time. She is honestly such a blessing for us and Mac I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a good vet who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond!

I’m so saddened by the lack of compassion and lack of customer service tonight by the female hired by Pet Stop to close this store and the blatant disregard toward the value of my time I seem to be in shock over what happened as I tried to make a last minute purchase at my favorite go to pet store.I called tonight Wednesday, 3-8-23 at 7:30 to find out if there was a case of CD ocean fish flavor canned food available for my kitties. Was told yes and that the store was open until 8. I explained I needed the case and that it wasn’t available a few days ago when I was looking for it so I was on my way and would be there a few minutes before 8. The gal who answered the phone said “ok” and off I went.I raced to Pet Stop to buy the case of prescription diet food for my kitty and arrived a few minutes before 8 like I promised only to find the lights off and doors locked.I rattled the door but no one responded. I left but thought I saw someone in my rear view mirror as I pulled away so made another sweep by the store.I’m aghast … because instead of the young woman coming to the door and helping me with a sale …. I saw this young woman with dark hair and a pony tail duck down behind the counter and hide.I work late and in the past, given that I call and say I’ll be there shortly, Luis and other compassionate Pet Stop staff, have graciously provided service to me, often having the item/s I asked for waiting for me upon my arrival and have in some instances even kept the store open to allow me to purchase food and medicine for my babies when I’ve arrived a few minutes past closing.I’ve been a customer at Pet stop since 1998 and have had wonderful service and support until recently. But recently something has changed in the demeanor of the staff.First, earlier this week, I couldn’t find the case of the prescription CD canned ocean fish flavor I needed so I bought all the singles that were available. When I inquired for help the staff (who were talking amongst themselves with only a few other customers in the store) wouldn’t help me find the case of food I was looking for …. shrugging shoulders and saying if I didn’t see it, it was out of stock… And now, tonight, even after calling and letting the gal know I was on my way, she closed the store early and hid behind the counter. Then ducked down and hid again when I made a loop around to return thinking that the Pet Stop staff I’d thought I’d seen in the store when I pulled away had been otherwise preoccupied when I initially had pulled on the door to find it locked and were now looking for me. Sadly, not the case.Pet Stop has been my pet store of choice for food, medicine, clothing, collars, treats, grooming, etc for my very large fur baby family. I’m sure Dr. Tammy will not approve of this behavior displayed by at least one of her employees. I’m hopeful these employees will not be working at Pet Stop for any length of time. Their lack of compassion for pets who need prescription food and their sense of right and wrong seems terribly flawed, and not in line at all with how Dr. Tammy has always taken care of the pets and their families who frequent her store.Unfortunately , since this type of service seems to be the new “norm” for Pet Stop, I cannot in good consciousness recommend Pet Stop any longer to everyone I know and will be looking for a different place to spend my hard earned dollars for food and supplies for my little ones in the future.

I LOVE coming into this store for dog food and treats. They stock the best quality AND the associates are always friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Luis the Mgr is also SO committed to excellent service and SO helpful when I come in! Great place! Highly recommend!

I buy prescription cat food for very finicky cats. They have been great about taking back food they've decided they hate without complaint. They carry everything I need at prices which are very competitive, even with Chewy

Great place to get dog and cat food the people who work here are knowledgeable, friendly and usually give great advise. They also have a vet and I have seen a lot of people and pets waiting to see her! She must be good doctor or people wouldn't wait like this! I highly recommend this shop to anyone with a pet. I went into Pet Stop to have my dog tested for heartworm. I got there almost at the end of the session for the clinic and was seen right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made it easy to accomplish what i needed to do. As i waited for the results i was able to look for supplies my pets needed. It was far more inexpensive than if i had taken my dog to a regular Vet and i was able to get two different things done in one trip. They have a good selection of quality foods which i insist on feeding my pets. I recommend this place to anyone who has pets.

Nice place, lots of styles of dog collars and food types. You can ask them to order any food they don't have. The vet is wonderful and I recommend going here for your dogs shots.

Groomer is great but the vet service is crazy! This place over charges for their pet vaccinations. I do not recommend taking your pet here for their vaccinations.

reached out today to schedule a medicated bath for my dog. she has sensitive skin and benefit from this type of bath about 5 years ago in this exact location. after explaining the details of the initial visit the person in the phone say they don’t do that type of treatment and state my dog’s condition sounds contagious. when i explained that was ridiculous, i asked if their veterinarian could first diagnose the issue prior to the refusal of service. the representative stated their veterinarian wasn’t capable of the diagnosis as they only provide out patient services. pretty unfortunate the representative is discounting the practice of their veterinarian, even more unfortunate they are refusing service.

The vet was very sweet, and did an amazing job delivering the vaccinations. Our dog is pretty frightened of them and screams (yes, screams) when she gets the shots, but the vet had her so distracted that she didn't even noticed when the needle went in! She barely even noticed until just as the vet was taking the needle out, but didn't yelp at all! They sent us off with a yummy treat and puppy was very happy.

I went into this pet store about a year okay and wasn't impressed at all. They didn't have much to offer, so I continued to travel down to Granada Hills to buy my pet food because no one else out here carries holistic grain, and soy free cat food. I just went back in today and WOW have things changed. They had everything I was looking for and at the best prices I've seen in both the valley and online!! This is a big deal. I was welcomed when I walked in by the staff and they offered me numerous free offers at the checkout. I am very pleased with Pet Stop and their staff, I will be a regular customer from here on out!

Having been going to Tammy for YEARS!! She is ALWAYS, gentle, loving, are caring about any animal I bring to get their shots, check up and anal glands done. Her vet and supply prices also are really the BEST in the valley and have STAYED competitive! Pet Stop is also FILLED with awesome dog and cat supplies. I'm always able to ask questions I may have about a product or my animal's needs and they ALWAYS are super helpful! Soooo glad she's gotten a much better location and size store! She deserves it! My 17 year cat saw her since she was a KITTEN!! Can't say enough about Tammy....

I took my Cocker Spaniel to Pet Stop to get his nails trimmed. I called ahead to make sure they'd be available and when I arrived they took him into the grooming area and had him back to me in less than 5 minutes with perfectly trim nails. Great price, great service. Very happy with the whole transaction and I definitely would recommend them! Thanks!

I have done the mobile groomers and various groomers around town. There are some good ones; this isn't to discount any of the others but I am most comfortable here. I like that they get my baby in and out. I don't drop her off at 8AM and pick her up at 5PM. Often times I even go get a pedicure and a brow wax and then come back to get her. It works for both of us because we are kind of attached at the hip.

The vet I take my dogs to in Santa Clarita referred me to Pet Stop for the Royal Canin “Urininary So” dog food. All of the different sizes are always in stock on my trips here.I support small businesses instead of Petco & PetSmart. So this has became my go to store for dog food and such.
