The reviews are very true. The gentleman/owner who is always there is full of good information, very helpful, a huge reason to shop here vs. saving a buck on amazon. They tend to sell more mid to high end products (specially with dry dog food) so this isn’t as cheap as big box stores, but the interaction and education makes it all worth it.

If you’re looking for quality customer service, honest advice and feedback from someone who cares about pets - this is the spot for you! I have a chocolate lab who seems to have just about everything wrong with her unfortunately, and I had to find specific food that would work with her allergies and food intolerances. I was personally attended to and helped in finding what would work best for my dog. Completely tailored experience where the customer is always cared for. Highly recommended!

Exceptional experience always! My family and I lived in the Skyline neighborhood, and were so excited when Healthy Furs opened their doors. We were not expecting, however, to have the privilege of experiencing such stellar customer service! Ishmael was always tremendously helpful and knowledgeable in answering my many questions as a first-time dog mom. It was evident from the very start that there is genuine care for each pet and pet parent they support, not only in the careful and thoughtful selection of natural products carried but in the level of customer service offered. Sadly, my family and i recently relocated out of state but there isn’t one day that we don’t miss visiting our friends at Healthy Furs! Highly recommend if you are a pet parent like me that enjoys supporting businesses that truly partner with our efforts to give our pets the best life possible.

This is a great pet store! They have everything you need for cats and dogs. We have a finicky cat but they have three different brands of cat food here that she loves. It makes me happy because it actually looks like real food. We buy Stella And Chewy’s Pattie’s for our pups and the price here is better than Amazon.The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s nice to have a friendly neighborhood pet store to come to. Especially one with lots of choices.

Excellent variety of food for dogs. I assume for cats too, however I only purchase food for my dogs. Yshmael, the owner is very knowledgeable and is a great resource for many issues with dogs

I was happy to find out that a natural pet store opened near by, but little did I know the highlight of the store is actually the shop owner. He went above and beyond to help us, asked all the right questions, gave his recommendations and advised us based on experience. We walked out of the store educated, and that’s a shopping experience I really appreciate.1 day in and our dogs love their new treats and supplements. Thank you!

It’s so hard to find healthy treats and natural food sources in one place nowadays, I usually have to order my fur babies furries and freeze died treats online to make sure they are single ingredient, I’m so excited this little shop has opened up and is close by. They have everything from cod skins, minnows, pig snouts, duck heads, supplements, goats milk kefir, so many goodies. Not to mention, the owners are so incredibly nice and knowledgeable and truly made the experience 100x better. I have found my new favorite pet shop!

This store is the only pet store I have found that only carries healthy foods and treats for your pets. They carry only quality brands with absolutely NO harmful ingredients. They truly have your pets best interest in mind and any product you pick up off the shelf is of the utmost quality, unlike any petstore I have ever been to in the best way possible.
