Nicest CVS I've ever been in! TONS of products and huge selection. Big wine and beer selection and they even had clothes. The store was very clean and the cashier very friendly.

I do not have a huge problem with this store, other than the fact that the shelves are consistently empty, the store is not as tidy as it should be considering the fact that there are enough employees to keep the store neat, and the bathrooms clean. My biggest problem is the outside of the store. I am not sure if this is a CVS responsibility. The trash cans are disgustingly full, and stinks to high heaven. Whomever cleans this area needs to check the trash several times a day because it is summer. The trash can also needs to be a closed can to keep the trash in, and not all over the ground. My biggest concerns are the amount of roaches and ants that are all over the outside. I saw a roach inside the store the other night, and wanted to throw up!! How about exterminating your building because the ants and roaches are out of control! This is a health problem and needs to be addressed immediately!!!! If this is not CVS's responsibility, then find out who is responsibility for tackling this problem. It is truly disgusting!!!

Friendly staff in both store and pharmacy. There's a convenient dive thru for the pharmacy and 2 self check out registers that speed getting out fast. I like this store!

Their pharmacy department is a disgrace. They are inefficient,lazy and error prone. They should also get some basic training on how to talk to customers. They keep giving excuses saying we sent a request for refill but your doc's office did not approve or your insurance did not approve but when i called the docs office it appears they did not even receive the request from this pharmacy.They have some major communication issues between the CVS automated system vs how this store handles the refills. Even their basic refill process is very patchy. I have to keep calling them each time they do a refill. If you want to use this pharmacy for medications make sure you have a grace period of at-least 7 days before your refill else high chances will run out of your medications.

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. She wanted spelling, I repeated last name because I didn't know if she needed 1st name or last. She yelled at me and started slamming things on the counter. I yelled back and pharmacist thought her attitude was appropriate

Scheduled my vaccine appointment four days ago for a specific date and time. The website confirmed by appointment, but didn't provide any sort of confirmation code or info.Went to my scheduled appointment, but my appointment went completely MIA in their system. It wasn't in any of their records.Rather than helping me schedule another appointment for a different day, I got the runaround between the person handling vaccination check-in and the pharmacist, both of who passed me back and forth to each other. They gave me a slip of paper with the website and told me to reschedule. The website clearly didn't work the first time for me. I asked if they could reschedule my appointment since I was already in the store, but said, "No, we can't help you. That's not our problem."The lack of any sort of accountability or ownership of the situation was a major disappointment. This isn't something like a simple product return; it's getting a vaccination to be one person closer to ending a pandemic.I wasted an hour of my workday. I can understand a website not functioning. I cannot understand the lack of customer service especially for something as crucial as a vaccine.

If i could have given 0, I would have. Prescription I needed was out of stock, went over after my operation to pick it up and they said sorry they are out of stock and don't know when it will be in.They should have called and let me know the day before. I now can't get it until I find at another Pharmacy that has it and contact my doctor to send a new one to that pharmacy. TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY

I entered the parking lot at 8:47 PM and watched somebody close the window shade in the drive through pharmacy. As I pulled into the bay, I heard the recording assure me that somebody would be with me shortly. I know they're often helping people in the store, so I wait patiently for someone to greet me through the intercom. After about 5 minutes, I press the button and hear the same prerecorded message saying that somebody will be with me shortly. I wait a few more minutes before pressing the button and waiting again.At 9:02 PM I called the main number for the store and spoke to a young lady. I told her I had been waiting in the pharmacy drive through for 15 minutes. She told me that the pharmacy closed at 9 PM, but would check to see if anyone was still there. To my surprise, she said the pharmacy was empty. Somebody closed up shop and went home 13 minutes early. If you're having a slow day at the pizza shop or jewelry store, it's not a big deal to close up early. But when you're working for the largest pharmacy chain in the United States and your website says you're open until 9, you don't have that luxury. People rely on their pharmacy to get their prescriptions and they sometimes make arrangements to get there before closing. Not cool.

Good cosmetics department, but it used to be excellent! Pharmacy & Store employees need to be re-educated on the basics of CUSTOMER SERVICE (and smile 🙂). One employee is A+++. However, the others require substantial changes in attitude and CUSTOMER SERVICE (noted by glaringly obvious two-star rating and personal experience). Such a beautiful store, too bad MANAGEMENT can’t take the reigns...you do realize that low ratings & unhappy employees are pointing directly at YOU, right? If not, I hope Corporate does. Good luck!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 4 years. I’ve never had an issue. A few times I needed a RX filled quickly and they always help me. After reading these reviews I’m very confused since used drive thru and walk in and always left without incident. I do agree the wait times can be slow, but I don’t take it out on the staff. Imagine getting calls, drive thru, walk ins, filling scripts, talking to insurance companies, inventory, patient phone calls, doctor phone calls, ringing up people’s store items, and I’m sure much more work flow items that we aren’t aware of since we haven’t walked in their shoes. Be patient, be kind, and understanding... maybe that would give you a more positive experience.

Went to pick my prescription and they had me waiting in drive through. Finally a man assist me. He said I had already picked it up yesterday. I explained I was in ER and the only gave me 15 pills. I saw my specialist today to schedule surgery and she gave me a new prescription. Had me wait and 10 minutes and Sophia came to window and very rude tone in her voice said we don’t have any. I asked to call the cvs on Soledad and she replied they don’t give me that information and I needed to move because I was holding up the line. If she was the Mgr or some one In charge I hope someone higher up reads this review.

As a US Army Veteran, I was treated awful! Rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional staff including the manager, Lori! I will never come to this establishment again! This CVS staff needs to be taught proper customer service skills from the top down! If you do not know how to bill the VA Community Urgent Care system, then get educated, but don’t take it out on the customer and simply say, “No, we don’t do it!” “VA people go to the VA.” This is INCORRECT INFORMATION! Now I’m wondering, how many Veterans have you turned away? Unacceptable CVS! Do Better!

We just moved to Sta. Clarita, and decided to transfer my prescription from CVS Balboa Northridge, where we used to lived. But CVS in Sierra Hwy Newhall is a disgrace,their service was not good. They made me wait for a prescription, telling me that they will call my doctor’s office for a refill. I never heard from them till I decided to call back this morning. The guy I had on the phone told me that there’s nothing pending or being done for my prescription. That’s it, I don’t want our prescriptions to be transferred there in that location. CVS is a good company but this particular store in Newhall, is no good. It gives CVS a bad reputation. The manager shld take care of this complaint. I don’t usually write any reviews, but they put my health at risk by not filling my prescription on time and not telling me if there’s a problem.

I get that we're all tired of this pandemic but the way a young man, maybe management, approached me today was pretty rude. Came out of no where, told me to get out of the store. The cashier up front was nice and gave me a disposable. I'm fully vaccinated and masked the entire pandemic up until the CDC said it was no longer required, but recommended. Not once has someone at a business in Santa Clarita come at me sideways about masking like this man did. Businesses like this that are requiring even fully vaccinated customers to continue masking are just perpetuating agoraphobia and the death of free choice itself. I get the liability side of it, I help run a business myself, but based on this interaction today-- I can see why this store has a 2.2 on Google and I'll not come back.

For the past few months I’ve had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. They are consistently back ordered on prescriptions which they hand back to you. The day before my surgery I got a prescription that could not be filled. Not good! I went without it. In 3 months that still can’t be filled along with another one I received. Get another vendor!!! They don’t answer phones. I sat in hold for 20 min once while I had my phone on speaker doing other things. Every time I call the wait is this long unless I hang up and dial another extension to let them know the pharmacy isn’t answering. Then they can’t read the prescription so it takes days for them to call a doctor and have it explained. I’ll be switching to Walmart or Target now. Done. I’ve tried other CVS’s but they are all about the same.

Mike (excuse my language) was a total a**hole this morning. All I wanted was a money order and he was extremely rude and actually said “I don’t care” when I asked him politely if he was ok and having a bad day. I always try to be so nice and he was extremely rude and super unfriendly. Ugh… what an awful way to start my day. I hope management sees this as I will be posting to headquarters as well.

Avoid at all costs! It starts with the cold and arrogant manager (asian female, sorry can't recall her name, that's the best way to describe her). Her repulsive attitude towards her team and customers is quite apparent. Here are the facts- the first time I went here the staff allowed a clueless customer to sit in the drive thru lane for over 35 minutes. How do I know it was over 35 minutes? Because after waiting behind this person for 15 minutes, I went into the store and waited another 20 minutes for my prescription while being the ONLY person dropping off a prescription. There were 4 idiots/workers in white smocks running around like frightened mice. The phone was ringing non stop. I politely said to the person that rang me up, "You need more staff or better staff or a whole new staff" to which he replied, "We are doing the best we can." Now my unfortunate second and LAST time back several months later and NOTHING has changed. I'm not going to waste anymore time typing this to even try and explain what those idiots did just now. Target Pharmacy, here I come.

For 2nd time I do money gram and the cashier not give me the change before closed the cash register and I drive back 15 miles to get my change and the manger want check the camera and I wait more time to get my money back. Even after the monger check the camera and give me my money back not say sorry or anything like she give me something for free.If I can take the star out I will give u 0 not even 1. I got my covid-19 vaccination today!This location of CVS guided me through the vaccination process, administered my first vaccine dose (Pfizer) and prepared me for the next one.Visit CVS.com to schedule an appointment here for you or your loved ones, then arrive a few minutes early to check in for your appointment safely.There are numerous signs posted before you enter to guide vaccine recipients and customers.I followed the signs and checked in just after I entered the store where a few fellow vaccine patients were waiting their turn.After a brief line, I rolled up my sleeve and received a painless shot in ny preferred arm.(the right one)I asked questions about the vaccine about negative reactions, to Moderna, Pfizer, and more. The answers were positive, and comforting.CVS required me to wait and rest for 15 minutes after I was given the injection before leaving the store.Thus CVS is giving vaccine recipients a 20 percent off coupon, which reads "thanks for trusting us with your health!" (Thanks for saving my life)2020 was hard on me, my health problems put me at high risk from covid-19. I wouldn't have survived. Too many people didn't.This CVS made the process easy, painless and safe. Thanks to my vaccine and all the advice, and care, I'll be able to do things I wasn't able to in 2020, like volunteer, travel, and more.Free parking lot. Great social distancing practices. Amazing place to get your covid-19 vaccine. Thank you SO much CVS!

I have been dealing with the pharmacy since March 2018 requesting my meter and supplies. My doctor have electronically submitted multiple times my prescription order and until now the pharmacists are saying that they have not receive yet the order and what is worst they tod me that my order is not cover by my insurance. This is unaceptable. You can probably die and tgey can careless.

Been left on hold for over 30 minutes from their supervisor. Then the phone cut off. Misinformation was given. I do not want to tarnish the name. But it’s a gentleman. All I had was a recall question from a letter I received. Now my Father is gravely sick. The recall letter was handled poorly and he is on his 5th day in intensive care.I don’t have the energy to complain to corporate- I am caring for my father.

Less than 30 minutes ago, I went to CVS on Sierra Highway to pick up a few paper products. There was a 60-ish gentleman working as a cashier. His paper mask was pulled down well below his nose. As I approached his station, I politely asked him if he would raise his mask to cover his nose (there is a CVS sign on the door as you enter telling you how to properly wear your Covid mask). He ignored me and did not make any efforts to follow his own company’s guidelines. Very distressing.

I'm not sure if this place is a Pharmacy or a torture chamber. My family as a whole have been forced to go here maybe a half dozen times. The pharmacy must be trying to redefine a new level of slow and negligent service that more resembles willfully slow torture to just plain straight up torture. It's really beyond anything I've experienced. I'm starting to think it must be performance art or the center stage of a hidden camera show.

I have been going CVS Sierra hwy in Canyon Country for about ten years and I have always had a plesant I and friendly service. I always greeted with a hi or hello. I've never had any problems and I always received my prescriptions ( about 12) with absolutely no bad issues or delays. .I take alot of heart medicine and blood thinners due to my heart condition and blood clot disorder. They even notify my Drs to send in new prescriptions. I would never change my pharmacy.

Do not use this pharmacy. I waited 4 days for a medication for my epilepsy. I called them only to be place on hold 3 times and hung up on twice. After 45 minutes on the phone I was told my medication would be ready. I arrived to the pharmacy only to be told “it’ll be ready in 10 minutes”. Then after being called over the speaker to the pharmacy, I’m told my medication isn’t in stock. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I asked for my prescription back and refused to used their location. I took it somewhere else and it was FILLED IN 15 MINUTES. DONT USE THIS LOCATION

This is the WORST CVS Pharmacy. If I can give them a zero I would. They don't help you, they say that they will call you and they have you on hold for so long. I called when I was in the store and I was on hold for about 10 minutes. There were two pharmacy tech just talking when they should of answered the phone. Ridiculous
