I’ve been going to this groomers for months and had an amazing experience with Ace every time. But last time I went in for my dogs usual nail file, no one was around so I had to get a cashier from the front and they went to the back to get the groomers after a while. Two ladies came out and I was bummed it wasn’t Ace but continued anyway. When I came back for my dog, his nails were still long on some paws, I debated going back in and saying something because they definitely weren’t filed which costs more and is what I asked for. I didn’t go back in to complain but my dog ended up with an infected dewclaw and the vet asked me if I had taken him to the groomer lately…so I don’t know what they did but I’ll be requesting Ace next time. I had to pay for an antibiotic and vet fees which was pricey :(

Honestly the best customer service ever! Shawn was so helpful and sweet, and so was the rest of the staff. He was able to get me my dogs Halloween costume (so silly, I know), but he went out of his way to help and I truly appreciate it. I really hope this team gets the recognition they deserve. My mom has 2 dogs. Both small mixes. They are not used to car rides and have not gone to a groomer before. Gloria was so kind and understanding with their grooming.

Extremely friendly staff especially in the grooming department where I took my dog to be groomed it never ceases to amaze me how good he looks when he comes out I'm getting a bath a haircut and a shave as I like to say I strongly recommend Petco dog grooming at Petco Central in Santa Barbara California and the prices are right for what you need.

Aquatic department is a joke. Dead fish, tanks loaded with piles of poop, aquatic plants are weak and dying. Fish food shelves are almost empty. Avoid this place if you can."Petco, where the healthy pets go" but not where they come from.However great selection of tanks, substrates and filter equipment at fair prices.

I have been coming to get my dog groomed for over two years now. Every experience I have had has been amazing! Especially today when Frankie and Gloria both took great care of my dog and also gave me great tips on how to deal with her allergies!I could not recommend this location more, especially if you request Gloria or Frankie!!

Guessing they are understaffed. Had to carry items to the front checkouts where there were no employees to ask how much items cost. The fish tanks are all disorganized and only 20% are priced. Waiting in line to check out, again NO employees.

My dog Toto really loves petco. So whenever he needs a little cheering up we go to petco. And we had so much fun trying on costumes. With the help of a petco assistance I finally found a harness that won't choke Toto. I love the taco!!!! We love petco

Tuesday May 30th at 7:35pm there was a very rude man at the cash register that didn’t answer any of my questions with a direct answer. His only statement to me was “we close at 8:00” He called another Very nice gentleman that was helping out from Studio City that helped with courtesy and answers. Not sure why the guy at the register had a chip on his shoulder but I will avoid coming here because of him. Rude. Thank you Studio City man for driving up here and helping. Left with “7 minutes to spare! “ I told him. As other customers walked in after me and were Not confronted on the time.

Love this place. It has everything pets and pet owners need. We have a very nervous min-pin weenie dog. We have tried EVERYTHING to help her with separation anxiety. Nothing worked until we found Treatables. This stuff and the treats are AMAZING. Its is cannabinoid based but does not cause any intoxicating effects.She is a changed dog. I only use it if we are going out and dont want her acting up or in high anxiety situations (seperation) ect bc it is kind of expensive so this saves on product use. It's a great product

I had a wonderful experience taking my sweet dog BooBoo to Petco, to have his long nails trimmed and for a bath, too. I had a very skilled, knowledgeable associate, Aiz, take care of my dog. She made him feel very safe and comfortable with her, she clearly liked my dog and he could tell. She was so gentle and careful while trimming his nails so as not to cut to close to the quick and cause a wound. She did a great job buffing/trimming his nails and not hurting or scaring him while she did it. She took extra care him giving him a bath, taking great care to clean out his ears really well. He was so soft and fluffy and smelled so good when she was done , she even put a little cute bow around his neck. He was very happy when I picked him up. It was a positive experience for my dog and for me! I highly recommend Petco and Aiz especially.

The employees are very nice and overall everything is easy to find even though there's a lot of product in the store... My only complaint is they need to somehow schedule their lunches better. It feels like whenever I go they are short-staffed because several people go to lunch at the same time.

Justin was phenomenal! There was an out of stock item I needed help finding. He took the time to leave his huge load of boxes aside, drop what he was doing and ran in the back to see if they had more stock. They did indeed! This saved my day and the dogs! Thank you Justin ! You rock!
