Terrible terrible customer service. Went in and needed a tool unlocked, asked an associate that works at self checkout and with a coach badge for assistance and all I got was her back turned and mumbled breath. I picked out a box that was damaged and didn’t even see that it was. I asked for a discount cause I’ll still take it but now someone else has to buy that messed up box at full price I will never return to Home Depot and I do not recommend this Home Depot to anyone. If I could give -10 stars I would. No wonder there are we nobody in there.

Was out of gas and had to return the Buckethead shop vac, bucket and a multi hand saw so I could get to work. Just bought them Friday night and didn't get to use the shop vac bucket but what can I do

Having a horrible experience, been waiting almost 40 minutes in the lumber/wood cutting area and although some of the associates have called it already 3 times plus someone went to talk to the person responsible for the department and apparently he's on his break? How long are breaks for? none has come to cut 2 pieces of wood.

Store is like any home depot but what changed from other stores is the people working here. It was Halloween and couple members dressed in costumes. I ran into a man identical to Hugh Jackman in wolverine costume. I had to ask of anyone ever noticed the comparison and surely he gets it a lot.Service was excellent.

Has almost anything for Home and Yard. Cleaning supplies, lighting, Garden needs and actual Plants, plumbing, electrical, home repair, paint, tools and so much more. Try also rent out Tools and equipment. They will assist loading your things for you into your vehicle.

Beware of the general manager of this store he wants to charge 2 times and he wants to treat you as his employee of him but he does not realize that it is nothing more than a person wants to threaten you to cancel orders there are many stores to go to

Always a terrible experience. No one is ever around. Even after calling for someone 3 times, still no answer. Workers I've had initial contact with fail to understand what I need help with and will call someone who never shows up, when all I needed was someone to unlock a gate protecting tools.

This is a very nice and clean home Depot but what I do love about it is how helpful the stuff or. I was looking for a planter that they didn't have in stock and their stuff who was not even part of the garden section when out of his way to find it for me in another store. His efforts were much appreciated :)

It's a pretty good Home Depot. Took a little longer to find the fasteners I needed because they split them into two sections, but it's pretty good. Maybe not as good as the Home Depot Plaza one, but, pretty good.

Needed to return a court door that was dented and had chipped paint. The door was still wrapped in it's packing material. HD needs higher quality items or better product inspection. However my reading is based upon the customer service center for my return. They were professional and very nice. She made the exchange super easy and convenient for me. They were awesome.

The employees at this location are super unprofessional especially the girl who helped me at the pro desk. She rushed me placing my 20k order and was rude and didn’t know anything about the products. They overcharged me over $1000 for the order and added products I never wanted. I will never go back to this location. Managers are rude and don’t know how to give service. They should learn from less gettho locations like Irvine! Horrible service! Stay away!

All Home Depots are senselessness and a waste of time. How come every Home Depot in a 100 mile radius doesn't have their wood cutting station working? Apparently they are all mysteriously out of order, it's amazing. Best part, not a single person that works there knows where anything is, how anything works, or even where they are. It's like random strangers walk in to this place, puts on an Home Depot apron and pretends to work. Honestly I would say I'm mad about my experience, but I'm more impressed that this company is still around and in business.
