Gas at a good price. Yes there are a lot of homeless & alleged drug users but I never had a problem with them. They seem to mind their business. I used to work in the area so I was ALWAYS at this 7-Eleven. I’m not in that area anymore but I still go there to get gas every once in a while. Staff have always been friendly.

This place is great and convenient. Customer service is good. This is the only 7 eleven that has gas around the area, the cleanest 7 eleven around and they always have warm food, and it doesn't look old .other 7 elevens have food that looks days old. One time i came at 3 am cause i had to travel early and i stopped by and they made a pizza most 7 elevens won't make a pizza for you after a certain hour. This place is great.

Watch out for new employee as she will over charge due to not ringing up properly especially if items get discounted. Twice been tried to overcharge, first time I just left and went across to AM PM. This time I didn't want to deal with it so made the purchase....but double check.

Me and my boyfriend went to pick up his mobile order yesterday on 10/21 in the night we took a minute so by the time we got there it should of been ready well he didn't get the cashiers name but she was some skinny girl with blue greenish hair , she had my boyfriend waiting there for about 20 minutes because she chose to make food and was giving it out to the homeless. We usually go daily to this 711 but due to that we won't be anymore. They should really look into this and not allow them to be doing this or at least put a stop to it because they will lose business like that

Out of all of the 711 I’ve been to, this one has the worst problem with homeless people! Not only roaming in the parking lots, but inside the store too like it’s their house! Why do employees/management cater to them?? I definitely feel anything but safe at this store

Don’t pump gas here. The pump wasn’t pumping properly. It suddenly stopped pumping and the clerk accused me of lying, questioning me if I really paid for gas, refused to assist me at the pump, gave me a hard time to refunding my money.And also this parking lot is filthy. Serval homeless people and possible drug users seem to live on or near the same property as the store. I was uncomfortable at this location. Some security and better store clerks is needed here.

I really enjoy coming here for all my snacks,needs and wants. Plus they also sell gas so that's convenient aswell... another thing I really enjoy about this 7/11 is definitely the staff they are the chillist people, respectful and keep the store stocked clean and tidy. 5/5

This 7-11 is A+++ the staff at this location is so helpful and sweet. They are always so kind and say hello. The store is VERY VERY CLEAN and well stocked with everything except alcohol. Which is a bummer but I know it is not the staffs fault they just sell it. Stop into the store you won’t be disappointed.

Verry poor location. the managment is horrible. they cann't handle this position and job at all. last 3 months i been there more than 10 times to get the iced mocha coffe and every time that been sold out !! clearly they dont know how they supposed to order for new things they should have it in the store. i ask them if you have to much sell or costumer for something you should order it more than the normal. managment of that poor store really cann't understand the sample things like that.

This place is ridiculous. Most of the staff are super cool. Actually my fav 711. During lunch times they are doing all other stuff but cashier. 1 cashier at lunch for the most part. They are out of big gulp cups 9/7 and 9/8 so you can get a small for a large? Plus computers are down for the app. So yeah, they do not or will not honor anything. They turned away 1 guy, took the drink and hot dog back and said have a good day. What?! Prices were the same yesterday? The deals are in store, why cant we show the app. That is down and we do not have the most popular size here at 711 but yeah make it work or bounce. Spend more and get less.

I've been coming here weekly for the last 15 years. This place is Infested with homeless people always trying to pan handle out in front of the store. The last straw was when I arrived on Monday 5/15/23 @5am and on 5/17/23 @ 5am, the doors were locked. Guess I'll be going to the Am/PM across the street.

Its actually a really nice 711, it just has the rudest staff (edit : staff member). I shop 711 all the time and i love their rewards program with the app. Im riding my bike home and i wanted to stop to use the restroom and the cashier yells at me across the store to stop and that i can't use the restroom unless i buy something. I didnt want to buy anything. I also ask him to put on the air for my flat tire and he says i must buy gas first (im on a bike...).I came back to purchase a few things with my friend and the two ladies were so nice and welcoming and they turned on the air for me too without buying gas. The best part was they did all this in front of the kid that was super rude.

I was told that this 7/11 is corporate 7/11. Have more variety of food, coffee, sodas etc. Also has a gas station. Tbh this is a legit 7/11. Always busy no matter what time and have a lot of workers working. They get you out quickly. Awesome staff and very friendly when they welcome you in the store. Hands down the best 7/11. No BS!!

Stopped in this location the other day for gas and a soda . The store was busy in the morning with 3 employees running the cash registers. After waiting for 6 minutes in line I finally got up to the counter and I asked the employee if they carried a product I couldn't find that I'm familiar with purchasing at another 7-11 and cashier seemed kinda agitated and pre occupied with something else . She was rude to me stating she didn't know and don't have time to look . For me I was glad I glanced at her name (sam) was her name kinda asian looking and the STORE MANAGER. I will not return to this location ever again and this location is looking for a bad PR deliema if they continue to treat customers the way they do especially a inexperienced manager !!

This place charged me the premium price even though I pressed regular. When I brought this to the attention of the employees, they recognized that there was some sort of an issue with the pump from their computer but refused to give a refund. I would recommend going to the ARCO across the street instead.

I've been a regular customer for this location for about 2 years and the employees have all been awesome. Everyone is always welcomed with a smile. You might bump into 1 or 2 weirdos but I think that has to do with the Motel 6 located across the street.

This location REALLY needs to step their Slurpee game up. Always hella soupy and never frozen. The store is always pretty clean and the staff is fairly chill, but if I’m at work and I get a hankerin’ for a slurpee, I gotta drive all the way Tustin to find a decent one.

For the Second time i have gone to this gas station and they said there pumps dont work. This is not a gas station its just a 7/11 dont think your going to get gas here.

Came in last week and some lady Maria or Maura was very rude I come here often and don't like the fact that she gets paid to ignore customers and even with a mask u can tell she is giving you attitude if you don't like your job quit ,extremely upset every morning king I get 10 to 15 of snack for the morning but this is to much . There are so many pan handlers and vagrants at this location it has become the place to not go. It has been getting steadily worse over the past year.
