Billing lady named Diana (very old lady) in counter 7 was extremely rude. As soon as I went to checkout she gave me a weird expression. She asked me whether I need a bag and I clearly said ‘Yes’. This lady didn’t hear it properly. After billing all the items I again reminded her that I need a bag. She said very in a rude tone that ‘I asked you in the beginning, if you need a bag and you said NO!!’ I politely said ‘I said yes’. She murmured that ‘you said No’ and grabbed a bag.Please train her to behave properly with customers. Diana was extremely rude!

This Target is conveniently located and has a wide variety of items, so it used to be my go to store for everything including grocery items, but ever since the remodel, the grocery department has been terrible. So many shelves are empty and there's no point shopping there when I'll have to run to another grocery store for all the things that were out of stock.

Great customer service today at my local Target! Always appreciate the selection (“You can get just about anything at Target”) and the cleanliness of the store. But today I hit a pitch at the self checkout and the guy who came to my aid was so fast & so pleasant, it really went beyond my expectations. Then I hit another “glitch” and the customer service person was, again, very efficient and very pleasant. Everyone was in above-and-beyond mode! I’ve never had a problem at this store. And it saves a lot of time, being able to get everything in one place.

I used to love target. It had a layout like a discount store. All the shirts were in one section. Now you've got to go to each different section to see what they have. It is no longer my favorite store.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Verionica, Robert and RyanAs they really made a difference todayI was looking for velour satin facial puffs they didn’t run away they stopped what they were doing to look on the website and even their private phones to help me try to find this product for another lady that leftTHANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING YOUR PART IN HELPING ME only to find the store didn’t carry it there anymore or at that time 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽they are extraordinarily good people

This review is an updated review. On 3/14/22 I went into this target on Hillsdale Avenue. I have to write this review for the store manager working on this day named Rosie. I had a customer service issue in the store. I asked to speak with the manager. Rosie addressed the issue with amazing grace. I was almost shocked. Target is very lucky to have her managing here. I was very angry and Rosie Handled my issue Swiftly, Diligently And with the utmost respect. By the time she was done, I almost forgot how angry I was. I left a happy target customer, thanks to this woman. Customer service is not what it used to be anymore. This woman deserves 20 stars For the wonderful job she does here. Thank you Rosie.👍

This Target is your typical go to. It is one of the few Targets closer to my house, the other is inside a mall and rarely has items I need. This Target is also very clean, and the workers are polite. However, the grocery aisle is hardly ever restocked. I have been inside on separate occasions, with all different times. A lot of grocery items are hardly ever restocked and it seems like the variety is getting smaller.

This store has friendly and helpful staff. Since its layout was different than another Target store I am familiar with, some things were not where I expected them to be. Soliciting help form the staff working the aisles was easy and worry-free. I found every item exactly in the aisles I had been directed to, and was in and out of the store within ten minutes. Thank you, Target on Hillsdale for a great shopping experience!

Someone named James kept on bothering my son. My 13yo son went to the bathroom and James followed him in there, thankfully I was close by. James also tried to go into the fitting room with my son. I confronted him and he responded in the worst Spanish I’ve ever heard as if to mock my skin color. I felt harassed and I felt racially profiled. Please fix this issue

I went with my little brother to get him a Nintendo switch when out of no where this 4’11 employee by the name of James got close to my 11 yr old brother and started making Ribbit noises and tried taking him into the stocking room. I called my friend Lalo to help but he’s very overweight so he’s slow and the worker James grabbed him by the nalgitas. Very disgusting will not be returning to this establishment!!!

I always find what I need plus a little extra. This trip I found a Mother's Day gift for my mom. I would have rated higher except for the fact that I made it all the way out to my car before realizing the amount I paid seemed kinda steep and when I checked my receipt, I saw it was because I wasn't given the sale price for the dress I bought my mom. So I had to go all the way back inside the store for a price adjustments. Just be sure to check your receipt before leaving!

The bad: several items were out of stock so I still had to go into the store and, when I was shopping, I saw at least one of my "out of stock" items on the shelves (and not just one either).The good: the associate, Tessa, was very good! I had an issue with my order and, not only did she listen and understand my concern, she gave me a great solution! Highly recommend Tessa! Thank you!

A lot of times the product price isn’t the same as on the shelf (so when you scan it, it’s a different price— sometimes cheaper). Or in self checkout it’s another price. Store is clean/organized (people put back your stuff if you don’t want it 🤦‍♂️). Parking is ok. I get everyone want to park closest to the store less walking and more people so you don’t get robbed.

This Target is typically really clean, checkout typically doesn't take too long and I really like that they are seriously cleaning the self-checkout stations, baskets and carts. I haven't seen much of that at other businesses so that's great.My biggest complaint is that this store is constantly out of every day items even pre-pandemic. Examples would be deodorant, floss, mouthwash, advil, barbecue lighters, soap dispensers, laundry detergent and the list goes on... This is the location closest to me however you may have better luck at another store.

Out of stock for items a lot while other Targets nearby have them in stock. Drive Up provided the wrong item, went inside to exchange it, but of course they were out of stock, and they “can’t do” returns for Drive Up orders within 24 hours. Worth taking a longer drive to go to a better equipped Target.

This is my go-to Target and has a great selection of products. It's usually tidy. The grocery section is great, and although limited the produce is high-quality,which is a plus for consolidating errands. My only two complaints: 1. Lack of sizes and organization in the kids' shoe section. 2. Check-out can take an unnecessary amount of time during non-busy times (but the checkers are always SUPER friendly). I would prefer if they promptly added additional checkers when lines get long, but they do have a convenient self-checkout area.

I would leave zero stars but I can't. I've had bad experiences at this Target store.I ordered me a new PS5 controller, I opened it. To my surprise, turns out it was used and broken. I had to go in-store and pickup a new one.A couple weeks ago I also ordered baby swaddles for my kid and I recieved different swaddles from what I had chosen.

I like this store. Clerks are helpful and friendly. Parking is a bit dicey sometimes. I park way out at the empty part of the lot. I was hit here twice by dumb bunnies, one didn't even leave a note and the other just backed into me. Good selection here and better store than its competitors.

My experience with returning items was horrific! I provided both the emailed receipt and the credit card in which I purchased the online items and the none of the employees (including the store manager) could locate my purchase. They continued to express that it was an issue with having 3rd party items on their websites. I would avoid online shopping if there is even a remote chance that you might have to return an item.....it is a true nightmare!!

Target is slways a great place to shop. I wish the receipt would clearly show any discounts, such as buy 1 get 1 free or discounted. It is not clear on my receipt and I believe I did not get the discount. Love Target and want the advertised discounts.

This Target is near my home unfortunately it usually is lacking in merchandise I need to get. After going back within a week of not finding my items, they are still out! The staff are usually rude and unhelpful. Management needs to train their staff on customer service. They have been consistently declining in people skills quality.

My favorite target. Employees here are the best around. Like any establishment the employees change from time to time but this store stays fairly consistent regarding that. Never a hassle on returns for me and they match advertised pricing well without any hassle and with a smile. They cut the head off Santa etc, more asinine sjw rhetoric, but the employees have little control and even care about such nonsense.

The online ordering and store pickup for Target is a joke and absolutely a terrible customer service. Ordered a store pickup order and wanted to return one of the items. I was told that the only option I have is to come back 24 hours later as the target return system doesn’t update for 24 hours. What era is target operating in! Time to upgrade your systems if you want to be a viable option in the 21st century.
