Me and my husband are so satisfied with my baby's outcome. We used to bring her to petsmart for grooming and they always have to shave her all the way because they always say that she's too matted. So I was expecting them to shave her all the way as well but they groom her so nicely!! Will definitely come back here again! And once my other baby gets her rabies shot will bring her here as well! They also make sure to follow all the notes we gave them prior to the appointment as my maltipoo is overly protective of me and shows aggression if approached wrongly. But baby was comfortable with them I guess, staff are so nice and friendly and made us feel at ease. it only took them about 3 hours, when usually it took other grooming salon about 4-5 hours to do my baby

I did not want to write a bad review for a small business, but they have completed ignored my attempts to speak with them. I just moved here and needed a new groomer. I tried them out. I knew he was going to be short, he was semi matted. But he came back skinned. Which is fine, hair will grow back. But he had cuts and scraps all over him. There were loose, long hairs all around. His nails were SO sharp because they did not grind them down. He cut further himself, and me, all over. One of his nails even split in half and fell off. Christian has no business grooming dogs, let alone doodles.I just can't believe they couldn't email me back, after following up 4 times after I was told a manager would be contacting me.

I think the experience here varies by your groomer.The first time I took my pup Monte here they did an “not-so-great/okay” job — it was evident they gave my dog a bath but when I got him back he was covered in another dog’s fur, his ears weren’t cleaned, and some claws were not clipped. He was also scared straight when I picked him up that time.Most recently, I went back and had Jeremy as our groomer, he gave our pup a perfect cut, brushed him out nicely, did his nails well, and when I picked up my pup he seemed to be in a great mood and friendly toward Jeremy (I could tell Jeremy took good care of our Monte!). Only small complaint would be his butt fur didn’t seem to be trimmed, but I’m just happy my pup seemed taken care of :)

Hands down the best groomers! I have taken my Great Pyrenees baby to many different places some were better than others but in all cases she was scared and would be in a state of fear after. Finally found lush Spaw and my girl grew fond of her groomer right away. We will not go anywhere else, even if it is a drive away.

I’ve been going to Lush Spaw for almost two years now and the service has always been consistently excellent. No matter which groomer she sees, Sadie comes back smelling clean and fresh, with a marvelous haircut that meets our specifications. Our F1B goldendoodle gets a Lush Groom every 8 weeks and a bath and clean up in between. I love that the price already includes everything she needs (like the nail trimming, teeth brush and ear cleaning) to be in tip top shape! We do also get her a mud bath for dry skin. It’s additional but so worth it as it seems to really help with her dry itchy skin!I can tell they treat her with such love. The staff are always happy to greet her, and give her all the pets at drop-off. Despite grooming not being her favorite time of the month , she comes out with her tail wagging and sometimes little bows in her hair. They’re also very communicative about anything they find during the groom, like foxtails or scabs on Sadie (she’s definitely an adventure-loving pup!) which I really appreciate. It makes me feel confident, knowing my fur baby is in the best of hands!

Friendly faces. Cute animals. Reasonably priced. I was greeted by name when I walked in. We will gladly return. Just make sure you bring your dog, as they do animals grooming, not human grooming. I won't make that mistake again! 😭

Ray is the best! My dog is not the easiest to groom and I'm always nervous to take her somewhere new. Ray made her look amazing and was super professional and kind. My dog came out beautiful, happy and smelling great! We will for sure be back!

I’ve been going to Lush on Winchester for about a year and generally had a good experience, but the last week accident completely destroyed my trust in them and I would never be back.I dropped off my dog at 12pm for a bath that normally takes 60-90 minutes. They called me at 2:45 saying that the dog was anxious in the kennel and injured himself. Instead of being apologetic about the lack of care on their side they blamed it on my dog. When I arrived to pick up the dog - I could hear my dog constantly barking (which is extremely unusual for my dog, he is silent all the time) and all of them couldn’t care less about it, they just were going over their normal business.My dog now has a huge chafe on his forehead, which they said he got because he was banging his head on the kennel. He will heal, but this was a total trust buster for this business.

I really don't like to put bad reviews for business, but I'm really unhappy with the service I got from them todayMy trip to LushSpaw for my Shih Tzu's grooming was really disappointing. Even though I asked them to fix the tangled hair on her feet, they didn't do it and still charged me. When I told them about it, they didn't try to fix it. They also didn't listen when I said not to cut her bangs, and they cut them off completely. I wouldn't recommend going there because they didn't do what they were supposed to and didn't listen to what I asked.Her legs are still matted, and the funny part is I tried to dematted with my nail, and it worked, so I'm surprised how they couldn't do anything for herThey didn't even cut her hair in a way that looked good 😔now I have to wait until it grows and fine a new place

Took my shepherd/Collie few months ago.she came back with cut in her mouth that night vomiting blood. Vet and emergency room follow up couldn’t save her.We looked at cameras nothing was found on phone camera. Talked to nice manners owner and had meetings with rude manager.I am not sure what happened but if any part on them, I hope karma be true!

Have brought my dog here twice. The staff are very nice, but I think there’s miscommunication or a lack thereof.The first time I came, they reviewed the options for his grooming, so I assumed they would be doing the same hypoallergenic shampoos. I am positive that I would have communicated no perfumes or sprays, but they did not keep notes. I recall that I had to bring him back because they didn’t trim all of his nails.Just brought him again today, and I’m really unhappy because they sprayed him with some strong perfume. My dog has allergies, which I think many GSD breeds/mixes do. I didn’t realize just how strong it was until I was in the car, and I had to roll down the windows of my car. I also have allergies to perfumes, and I’m incredibly annoyed that I need to now bathe my dog today. They did an excellent job with his nail trim and buffing.

We brought Rocky here to get groomed and they did a great job and we’re always very friendly and easy to communicate with. We also loved that they had a safety gate between their crate area and the front door so that dogs can’t escape should they somehow get loose. We would still bring Rocky here had we not moved away from SJ. Thank you for always taking care of our boy.

We had our cat groomed there with a lion cut. It was hard finding a place to grow cats but Lush Spaw saved the day.They are really courteous and explained what they will be doing beforehand.

We had the worst experience with groomer Neivia from Lush Spaw. She did not have any experience with grooming a puppy. She tried to give my puppy a haircut and messed his fur coat. We did not even get an apology from her at the end of service.The rest of the groom - facial cut, nail trimming was not good at all.I do NOT recommend lush spaw for puppies at all, their groomers have no experience with puppies.

Love this place. Luna, my standard poodle, is always happy and looks great after each service. Plus Luna is often sent home with a cute bandana! All of the team members at Lush are great about asking what you want and even ask follow up questions to make sure they know what you want. If ever something about the service I have requested doesn't work out the team is honest about it with me and let me know. I will continue to return here for any of my grooming needs.

Been taking both my dogs here for years. I have a senior shihtzu and a 2 year old golden doodle. Always a good experience, they get your dog in and out at a timely manner and usually call before the dog is ready for pickup. Online scheduling system is also easy to navigate, but a quick call to the salon is an option too. They’re really good at picking up or calling back if they don’t answer

Been visiting here with my goldendoodle for the past 3 yrs and I’ve never been disappointed! These guys take care of your fur friend like their own. My dog has anxiety issues when it comes to nail trimming and they never force him to get it done. It’s always a happy experience for my pup even with those anxiety issues. Recommend 100%

Lush Spaw is absolutely wonderful. My last groomer, I believe her name was Keda (sorry if I misspelled it). She gave our long haired German shepherd, Apollo the most wonderful grooming. In our 3 years of taking Apollo to groomers, he has never once looked as good as he did when he left her care! Lush spaw gets my seal of approval and we will certainly be returning!

Just picked up my Siberian husky from a grooming day. Elena did a superb job with the sanitary trim, paw trim, nails, and bath. Prices are great and location is convenient. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Lush Spaw staff!!

I love this place at Winchester. The stylists here are very informative. They examine your pet and will let you know what kind of grooming style would be given. Very clear communication. Every time I leave my pet here, he is happy to go with them and with that I assume they are treating him well :)

I dont think this place is bad but just the fact they were not honest with me made me give them 1 star. I know my dog is hyperactive but you could have just told me that you cant trim his nail instead of pretending to forget. I shouldn't have tipped but I did anyway. AGAIN HONESTY IS KEY IN DOING BUSINESS. If you tell me hey I cant do it cause hes too hyper so I will charge you money for bathing him. Don't lie to me....

Update! Ana is still amazing with my now 2 year old Keesie! She's so gentle with him!Ana was amazing with my 7 month old puppy. She called with updates and request for permission to do some services that were needed to maintain a healthy coat. My pup was done in 1 hour - everything she did would've taken me all day! I'll be a return customer!

My puppy smells so great, I always ask for a closer trip, but they leave his hair longer than what I expect. The mail trims are great. He comes back excited but calms down quick and seems to like to staff when he goes there.

It was the first time I took my dog to this groomer. Horrible terrible experience my poor puppy got an awful razor burn, they clipped his belly hair so close to his skin that he got multiple bumps and red spots , they practically hurt him so bad!! They even clipped and hurt his surgery site from 4 months ago where he got neutered which is so ref and inflamed !! He is constantly shaking and agitated doesn’t eat/drink and fears of walking…. Pls save your dog a lot of pain and agony and take them to a professional and experienced groomer! I feel so bad and angry at this groomer, will not take him there even if my life depends on it!!
