My local Walgreens, my go to for last minute items and it never disappoints. The pharmacy staff does the best they can, and are always willing to help if they can. They’re not Drs or magicians. They’re like you and I. For those complaining about coupons, maybe call corporate on your on time and get all the freebies you want. These people don’t have time to sort out all your million coupon codes and what not.

I like to come to this walgreen very much. It is close to my home and has a complete range of products. The young employees are very enthusiastic and polite and can meet my daily shopping needs and products. But what I experienced in this store today made me regret coming to this store. I came to this store to shop in the morning and paid more than 60 US dollars by credit card. Their machine produced a few RR coupons. I went to buy some items at noon, and the face value of the items I used was much smaller than the face value of the items I purchased. My RR in the morning was treated coldly and rejected by my supervisor, who told me that I could only use one RR worth 3 US dollars a day. This was suspected of violating their rules. Regarding the abuse of power stipulated by the company, I asked them where they had such regulations and where was it written on the RR? They said there might be small words on the price tag, but I didn't see it when I looked. So, I can’t use and buy products that their company sends me weekly discount notifications, and spend too much money to buy products without discounts? Is this because I am a woman or because my English is not good enough? Can't you use the normal preferential rights offered by a merchant to American citizens?

One of the pharmacists is a liar! I called in right after my doctor sent over the prescription, and they confirmed they have received it and would be ready to pick up at 5pm. I arrived after 5, they told me they haven't received the prescription. I immediately called my doctor. My doctor said the prescription was sent at 4:20. One pharmacist searched for a while and said they just got it. I asked if they were able to accelerate my order. They refused my request and let me came back one hour later. It's not reasonable for customers to have a second run for your mistake. If I didn't give a call at first, I wouldn’t leave this review. Managers would be better to rethink how should you treat customers and why you made this mistake.

Not only the pharmacist will lie to you but they will tell you that you're wrong and that they did nothing wrong, but they don't care if certain people need certain medication and they'll just say that they can do anything about it when they can. They got the mistake of just switching my medicines for my mother and they told me that she got it when she didn't. Go anywhere else Walgreens is good not this one.

The store manager Martin is very racist! I don't see 1 African American worker in that store. Plus one of his Shift Leads told me he was very racist. Corporate needs to investigate this ASAP! 💯

The review is for the passport picture I took here. I returned to get my picture taken because they did a decent job last summer for my mom. However, this time I was let down. The quality is just so bad that it looks like I was from a movie called Zombieland. There used to be an Asian girl there who took good pictures. I had to go to CVS to get a new picture taken.

Clean and well-stocked with adequate free parking. Not busy during the day on weekdays. Rating for front of store, not pharmacy. Regular shelf prices for items can be expensive so it makes sense to watch for sales. Web site and app also provide discounts using their customer rewards program. Some categories have limited selection of high-priced national brands. Sale prices can be great at times. This location has drive through pharmacy but is not a 24 hour pharmacy.

This review is for the front of the store not the pharmacy. My first visit to this location was a couple days ago and everyone was very friendly and helpful (to the best of their ability). The customers are something else though. An older Asian woman walked right up in front of the register with me standing there and all my things being rung up, and was expecting to cut me in line. The cashier politely let her know she was in the middle of a transaction and another register was opened to help her.

I have been to this Walgreen store since the grand opening. I appreciate for professional and kind staff, most likely they are full time management. On the other hand, I see some workers who don't really care much about their job. So, there is a big gap between well educated staff and ignorant staff.

Walked in to their photo department and there was a young lady by the name of Lisa that took care of me and was able to extract a photo and make me a 4x6 copy of that photo in need. Not only was I in and out in a about 8 minutes, I was able to deliver it to Pasadena way before I was due. Made a lot of people's day including mine. Wow!! That is customer service at it's best!! Oh! Did I mention that she even smiled the whole time. Made my experience so much more pleasant. Just saying. So, the moral of my story is that if a lot more people would treat their customers with a smile....a lot more people would pass it on and on and on. It has long wait times, and they take a long time to open either cosmetics or the next line. Coupons seem to be a problem to accept and properly deduct. Stock is an issue. They always seem to be out! There's only one or two cashiers who actually go out of their way to helpful but those aren't recognized as they should. If I see the moody ones I walk right back out and just head to Cvs down the street. Its otherwise too much of a hassle!

95 percent of the time the problem is not the pharmacy, it's the customers. Sometimes you have to wait for approval from your doctor called pre authorization or insurance, it has nothing to do with the pharmacy. More people need to understand it and talk to their doctors and stop being so lazy and ignorant, this isn't a pharmacy in a third world country there are laws and rules, I don't get medication very often but when I do, I usually don't have a problem, because I understand how the system works.

Very disappointed. They need to teach their employees more about the approval OTC items. The employee today, wouldn't let me even scan my health insurance card to get the item. 7/14 1:30pm.

Walgreens' drug prices are several times higher than other nearby pharmacies, even with coupon discounts. They are making billions by overcharging the elderly and uninsured on vital life-saving medications. Unacceptable!

As far as COVID testing, avoid at all cost. Got tested on a Friday. It’s currently Wednesday, and still no results. ITS BEEN 5 DAYS!!! They can not be trusted if you need anything in a timely manner. I had to go elsewhere to get it done properly.

I don’t recommend this place for Covid testing. I’ve waited a week for my results and still haven’t gotten them. I contacted Walgreens and they just gave me a number to aegis lab. I tried calling twice and sent an email. I have not received a response. I am never going back to Walgreens to take a Covid test.
