This woman tried to low-key, abduct my son from me. She verbally harassed him and asked him if he was OK and then she called the cops on me just because me and my son were standing out in front of the store beware of her because she is not a safe employee, and I feel extremely harassed by her. No employee should ever try to take a child from their parents. That is just wrong.

Decided to do an Amazon return here to receive a coupon and get my dog some treats. Robert voiced his complaint about taking Amazon returns and definitely took his time. He scanned my qr code and took my first return (out of 5) and then began scanning the box that was full and dragged the box to a storage area and started closing the box. Dissappearing for about 8 minutes. It took way too long and didn't need to be done in that moment. He came back to continue the rest of my returns which thankfully didn't take too much longer but still wasn't the quickest. I got my coupon and found some treats and went back to Robert who was the only cashier there. He scanned my items and I was handing him the coupon and he said keep that for next time. Here I'm thinking he was giving me 10% off and letting me keep the coupon to use again. I couldn't see the breakdown of my bill until I received my printed receipt and I never received the 10% discount. With how long the returns took and the negative comments I was not going to stick around to waste more time for the discount. Won't be back to Petco.

Petco had what I needed and if they did not have it, they offered suggestions on where to find it locally. I didn't know they had mobile vet clinics - WOW, and the vets helped me find a feeding syringe I needed for my cat who had just had jaw surgery. All associates were friendly and helpful and a quick check out at register. 5 stars and Kudos This is Carl, my kitty, after his jaw surgery.

I recently visited a Petco store and was deeply disappointed by my experience. It seems that Petco has shifted its focus significantly towards serving Amazon return customers, to the detriment of its core pet store customers.Upon entering the store, the most prominent feature was the Amazon return line, which was significantly longer and more crowded than the line for pet store customers. This not only made navigating the store difficult but also gave the impression that Petco is prioritizing Amazon's business over the needs of pet owners.The overwhelming presence of Amazon returns overshadowed the pet store aspect. It felt more like an Amazon return center than a place dedicated to pets and their needs. In fact, the situation was so pronounced that it might be more appropriate for the store to change its logo to "AMAZON Return Store" to reflect this new reality.As a pet owner looking for a dedicated pet store experience, this shift in focus is disappointing. Petco, once known for its commitment to pets and their owners, seems to have lost sight of what made it a preferred destination for pet supplies and services.Overall, I left feeling let down and am reconsidering where I shop for my pet's needs in the future. I hope Petco reevaluates its priorities and returns its focus to providing quality service and products for the pet community.

Joni was awesome, helped out with questions, informative on restocking items, got my new fish out like a pro, and walked me to the register and rang me up with no wait.The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. Live pets as well as standard foods, toys, treats, and misc.Fish joined the others w/o any problems.

The doctor and the assistant were very good, they listened to me attentively and showed attention to my dog, now, I would like them to do it in front of you when giving the injection since they take it to another area and by faith I have to believe that it was given to them. they put. I don’t like the fact that Amazon lockers are causing long line delays. I used to be able to go in there and be in and out quickly and not have to wait in a long line but with the Amazon lockers now it takes even longer more people should be upfront to check people out if the Amazon lockers are going to be utilized.

I can't believe this is an actual petco. This place looks like a bomb hit it. Shelves empty all over. Inventory sitting all over the place. A huge line with just one person checking people out. I literally came back in with my phone to take pictures because I couldn't believe how poorly this place was being operated.

Whether you have a dog 🐶, cat 🙀, fish 🐠, reptile 🦎, or maybe a bird 🐦, this is your place to shop.Once you join the Petco club, you can earn points which will earn you Petco dollars that'll save you money & you'll always receive a free gift on your dog or cats birthday 🎂!They have so many different brands of food, wet and dry. The top quality food (and there's many to choose from) is a little expensive but they also carry many of the standard cheaper brands of pet food. They have so many different types of treats for dogs & cats, that it takes up 2 aisles to display them. They also have medications, creams, ointments and supplements that you might need.If your pet needs grooming, they have an on-site groomer. Plenty of free parking right out the front door and it's well lit in the evening hours. They are open from 9am to 9pm Monday thru Saturday and 9am to 7pm on Sundays.Occasionally there will be pet adoptions out front in the grassy area but they also offer cat/kitten 😺 adoptions on the inside.I've shopped at this Petco for 11 years, as it's closest to my home. I've had excellent 5 Star 🌟 staff help me but I've also had 2 star service attempt to help me. Everyone has a bad day now & then, so I just let it slide and don't complain. But 99% of the time I come out of this Petco with a smile on my face 😊 and Cammie 🐶 has a treat in her mouth.Your dogs and cats are welcome to shop with you inside the store & the friendly staff always offer free treats to your beloved pet.

Do not support buying animals from petco. They are completely mistreated, especially the bearded dragons. They are too large to be living in those tiny tanks and they are living with other bearded dragons. There was also one DEAD in one of the tanks. This is awful, petco stop selling animals and just sell their products.

I used your app for ‘in store pickup’ and then was told when I walked in that I needed to wait in line to pick up my order. So then what’s the point of buying through the app for in store pickup? Kind of thought NOT waiting in line was the point of this purchase option. Also had one of my items not end up being at that location. Then I wouldn’t have bought the other items for in store pickup. Just a bad experience all together.

I'm not sure which visit you're speaking of. When I talk to an agent agent was amazing and that agent deserves a raise. However, after I ordered the product again, it was canceled saying that it wasn't in stock even though it wasn't in stock before I spoke to the agent. But then after I spoke to the agent, the store said that it was in stock. So that's why I ordered it. So I'm still out the same product that I've been trying to get 12 times even though it says it's In stock

The staff is always kind and helpful. Their prices are decent and they have a great selection. I took my pup here to get him groomed a week after we rescued him because he had several matts and very clearly needed a good grooming. Alexis was extremely helpful in helping me decide on the length as a first time dog owner and did a great job. We will definitely be bringing him back here for future grooming needs.

Went to get 35lb of dog food. Zero shopping carts available. Asked guy dealing working in fish dept and he was rude. Said "they are probably out in the store". I let him know that no customers have carts, none are around or being used. He said "well, don't know what to tell you" as he turned away from me. As the woman in front of me could barely get her large box of cat litter thru the line, the cashier said all the carts have been stolen (usually there are 2 carts around). I told the lady that the cashier can help carry it to her car (even though there was a long line) and let them know about the rude guy working the fish dept.

If you are here for aquarium stuff then... A lot of the plants are being sold while completely dead. ( see photo) Don’t count on getting the fish you want as the staff are not that enthusiastic at selling you them. I was picked out a fish with markings that I specifically said I didn’t want . I was also questioned in a hostile manner about the type of aquarium I have. They just nodded after my answer as if I passed their test. Then there was silence. On the other hand there was no attempt to inform or help me in any way get the purchase wanted. Cold and heartless.
