Love this local spot for all our pup's needs! The owner is amazing and the staff are super friendly and treat our little pup like a princess. We use the self washing stations almost weekly. Love the loyalty program and on our morning walks, our pup beelines it for the entrance to get a treat! Great small business!!

Cute shop with nice doggie self wash. My only recommendation for them would be to put a fixture by the blow dryer so you can attach the neck loop and not have your dog try to escape.

I knew there was a better option than regular kibble for my dogs, but I am also on budget with 3 dogs of different sizes and different ages. The owner was awesome in giving me options that would allow me to incorporate raw or fresh foods into my dogs diets while still using high quality kibble and not break the bank. He was very informative and really took the time to answer my questions. I'll definitely be a returning customer. They even have a rewards program on certain foods!

Went at 2 in the afternoon on a Friday. No one else there. Parking space outside is adequate if not plentiful. Place itself has some good, high quality dog foods. Also 3 DIY bathing/grooming stations. Three different types of shampoos, conditioners available by request. Very clean and the steps are easy for big and medium sized dogs to climb up. You’d have to help your bulldog but maybe a nimble Boston terrier would be able to jump up. One drying station, extra $5 charge for that. Courteous and kind staff. Good experience, would go again.

I love this place. I typically run in and run out because I'm grabbing food for the doge, but this is one of the few places I've seen that has a good selection of raw foods for my dog. I do wish that they're reward system was a little more giving, especially for a frequent customer, but as a small business, I respect that it's tougher to do something like that. Nonetheless, I still give it 5 stars for an awesome selection of toys, healthy foods, and good treats!

My go to place for their dog wash. The staff are always friendly and there is always a tub available to wash my fir baby. They also have the best food/treats and misc items for your dog.

First time here!! Took my dog to give him a bath. It was only $15, which is a few dollars cheaper than other places!! They had 3 tubs, so, didn't have to wait. They provided everything I needed, with a little extras that I've never seen at other places, like hot towels with witch hazel to clean his eyes, ears & face & some cedar oil to spray on him after which helps keep fleas, ticks & insects off him. That was a bonus since I live right by a canyon trail that I walk my dog, Joshua, in. Also, the person working in the store, Kevin, was very helpful, nice & gave my doggie some treats! Very happy!! Will go there again!! They have a club that gives you a free wash after 10 washes, too!! Thanks so much!!

Great selection of high quality food for pets, as well as accessories (collars, leashes, toys...). The owner and staff clearly care about animals and their welfare. There’s a well equipped pet washing station, I haven’t used it but it clearly has all you’d need to clean your furry pet.

Great customer service! We purchased a harness for our dog and the associate put it on our dog for us and adjusted it. He was very kind and offered our pup treats. Good selection for toys, premium food and treats and supplies.

We love Howlistic! The diy dog wash area has everything you need, just bring your dirty dog, especially after a long morning at the beach. They have convenient hours, friendly staff, easy parking, and high quality food, treats, beds, and toys. I forgot to mention, the frequent wash club. They keep all of the info in their system, so you don't need to remember a punch card:)

If you are looking for a pet store in Hillcrest that provides food that's actually good for your pet, you've found it. With plenty of organic food options to choose from your pet will be happy you went here. The owners are very friendly and have a wealth of knowledge. A definite five star business for pet toys, food, supplies for Hillcrest, Mission Hills and surrounding areas.

Convenience is great for me because it is very close to my home. Prices are high though and I believe the higher price is only warranted on products like their"holistic"food but not for things like"poop bags"
